Just received Jericho and this happened! What do I do? Do I contact ringside or Mattel? If mattel sends a voucher, can I use it on Rindside?

That sucks. Contact Ringside considering you JUST got your order.

This is NOT looking good for RSC. On edge about ordering again, too many of these faulty figure occurrences as of late

RSC doesn't make the figures, so I don't see why this would not look good for them? I would call/email them and if it goes no where, call Mattel.
Vouchers can only be used in stores, not online.

Mattel will send you a voucher so you can replace it. You didn't spend much on it and it'll be super easy to find in stores. Keep the box for the numbers. Mattel will need them.

Did if not mean to sound rude, I've just NEVER had this happen with a retail purchased figure, yet these keep popping up on the forum from RSC orders. It's weird and concerns me, that's all

I'm telling ya, Mattel's figures seem to be getting made more cheaply as of late, especially the Basics. I'm almost afraid to attempt to move my figures as the last few I've bought have seemed very stiff and brittle, especially the hip joints. And from someone that plays with their figures, it sucks. There really seems to be a difference in quality between the older figures and newer ones. And the price tag seems to keep going up as well.

But I had that happed to two Basic 2 Kozlov's and both were purchased at TRU.

Remember when someone first got E25 and reported that it felt like they started using new plastic. He dosent seem so crazy now does he.

I don't see any difference in the plastic between the older figures and the newer figures. I honestly feel like it's lighter.

Yeah the plastic feels lighter. This is the newest figure Ive bought in a while. As soon as I took it out of the box, I could tell its a lighter plastic.

i can't believe they even make basics.
look at that. It looks like a broken Toy Biz x-men figure from 1991.
That leg articulation is archaic. It hasn't been standard in 2 decades
