The divas division hasn't really been all that interesting since the Golden Era with the likes of Trish, Lita, Molly, Jazz, Mickie, Victoria, etc. and the last credible diva feud in recent memory was Kaitlyn vs AJ. It was the first divas feud the WWE actually put effort in in years and it got fans talking about the divas division. However Kaitlyn and AJ did just about everything they could in that feud and it finished after 3 months. That feud was followed by the AJ vs Total Divas feud but the only good thing about it was AJ's promo on them. From then and still to this day, the divas division has been all about Total Divas. It's barely even about AJ anymore, she just holds the title. The Divas Division has been stale ever since but what would it take for you to be interested in the division again?

This is what I would do:
Rehire Beth Phoenix, Kaitlyn, and Mickie James. Maybe Eve.
Fire Everybody except AJ, Natalya, The Bellas, Layla, Summer, and Emma.
Promote Paige and Bayley from NXT.
Give them 15-20 minutes on Raw, 10 Minutes on Main Event and SmackDown.
AJ would be the top face of the division.

I'm one of the few that care about the divas more but the division would better if WWE did the following:
1.Drop the entire total vs true divas feud and pretending it never happened. Still continue Total Divas, just don't turn it into a feud. 2.Rehire Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, and Michelle McCool, Eve, Kaitlyn, if they decide to return to wrestling. Try to get Gail Kim to come back... again. Bring up Bayley, Paige, Emma, and Sasha Banks to the main roster. Put Layla back on TV. 3. Give the divas at least 15 minutes on Raw and Smackdown and 10 minutes on Main Event. Now that raw is longer give the divas 2-3 matches each Raw. 4. Either bring back the Women's championship or create a new championship and use the "broken" Women's championship as a Women's tag title. The Womens title would be the major title and the divas would be the minor one. 4. Try and get some former and current knockouts like Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, Madison Rayne, Sarita, Rosita, etc; At this point the knockouts division is fading anyway so they could try to buy the knockouts titles too. 5. Rehire a few former eye candy divas like Maria, Kelly Kelly, and Maryse and powerhouse divas like Kharma. 6. Send Eva Marie to NXT so she can actually train. Once Eva and JoJo are main roster ready, put Eva and Kelly in a feud for a Maxim shoot or something. They both end up in the shoot anyway. Have JoJo be one of the jobbers along with Rosa Mendes and a few Indy girls that'll eventually surpass the other two and start having actual matches. 7. Hire some of the people TNA used in their Knockouts Knockdown PPV. Mainly Santana Garrett, Mia Yim, and Trinity. 8. Start feuds with actual creative storylines. I know, I know, but it's possible! 9. Do something similar to TNA and have an all divas PPV and see how that goes. If it goes well, have one PPV a year dedicated to the divas. 10. Have Kharma destroy divas every once I'm a while just at random and for no reason at all. This is the idealistic divas division from my perspective and you might be confused but it's 2:25AM and I don't really care. I'm pretty sure I meant everything I wrote though...I think.

Same as the male roster below the main event: Characters that are interesting, and actual stories between them, instead of bland rematches. For the divas, probably an overhaul of the roster too. I'd keep the Bellas and probably AJ, and get rid of most of the rest. Bring in Lita, Trish, Velvet Sky, Kelly Kelly, Maryse, maybe Beth Phoenix -- even if they'd just come back for a month or two at a time. Mostly, I'd stop pretending that the likes of Naomi and Natalya are good wrestlers and wish them well on their future endeavours (although I do like Naomi on Total Divas).
