Ugh. Another Foley who thinks wrestling wouldn't be anywhere without them. I'm sorry and I know I've said this in the past so no offence to Foley fans. Mick Foley is his own biggest fan and it seems like his son is following in the same footsteps. And yes, I understand Micks contribution to the world of wrestling. I get it. But he is a guy who got his name doing horrific things to himself and cutting a decent promo before doing so. But Mick needed to wrestle guys like HHH, Undertaker, Vader, etc to get to where he was at as well. So in essence, those guys made Foley as well. Mick would never have been anything if he was just doing death "matches" in Japan. A decent promo? Mick's promo's are FANTASTIC. I can see how to some they were fantastic but to me they were just decent.  I tried really hard to get into Foley but I never could. |

Is it any wonder some of the top guys aren't giving their best anymore?
If I went to work everyday and everybody constantly praised our receptionist Sheila?!
I'd be pretty pissed and eventually fall into mediocrity...
I mean sure he like sheila is popular but the fact the wwe dunno wtf to do with him kinda makes him irrelevant to me.

I'm going to be completely honest here in saying that I don't really care who says it, wrestlers kids, wrestlers, or random fans, but I believe two things to be very true:
1. Daniel Bryan should have won the Royal Rumble on Sunday. He is unquestionably the most popular guy on the roster and the ball, at least in the past, has always gone to that guy.
2. Someone in WWE is holding Bryan back and doesn't want him to be the guy. I don't know if it's Vince, Stephanie, Triple H, or someone else, but "management" doesn't think Bryan is the guy. This is undeniable at this point.
So anyone who makes those two points, even in a roundabout way, is someone I can agree with to a certain extent.

I'll I am hoping for is that this is a work and Foley is somehow going to enter the feud. But Dewey is correct in the fact that his father did make Triple H a main event player.

People are more demanding these days , it seems like they'll say anything to get what they want as quick as possible. its quite sad to see whole events torn down by the fans who're more interested in getting what they want NOW, rather than waiting a few weeks for a storyline to develop...
