Being honest , good effort , but it's very sloppy , the idea is there just needs to be executed better , try and use reference pictures and thin down your paint , also some different hair may have helped or just use a Jeff Hardy head .

I hate to sound like a dick but that's extremely sloppy mate. Try neat ending up the painting and going over it in gloss paint.

Did you make the pants? If so, that's amazing.
An Idea I have is maybe using something small (like a toothpick) and add white paint for detail.

That custom doesn't look good at all, but keep practicing and you'll get better at it. Please don't try selling it on eBay now, because no one is going to buy it.

The painting on the face is pretty off, if you used a Jakks Cyber Sunday head it would like a lot better.
