I've seen a modded Test head work for American Dragon. I've heard of Hardcore Holly working too.
Jimmy Rave- I've seen a Edge head work for Rave and a Matt Hardy TTL first scan.
Colt Cabana- The one used the most is Rene Dupree and I think it works the best.
Alex Shelley- I've seen RVD TTL Scan work for Alex as well as RA Charlie Haas.
