Hey Guys, I was wondering what things can be done to make sculpty the 'most' playable it can be? And what paint colour (or paints mixed) would make an Eddie Guerrero skin colour? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

To make it more playable, I'd say keep it away from the joints, and paint then seal it. And try to keep it as flat and smooth to the figure as possible- the more you have sticking off of the figure, the more likely it is to break.
