a permant marker might work or ust decals

paint them.
the best way to do it is to do a custom skintone then do a brush over that.
any other way will look crappy.
see the vampiro in my sig for what painted tats should look like.

yeah dude, do NOT use permanent marker, it will spread to other figs if you plan to use them, i used some acrylic paint and sealer on my sandman and it looks awesome, by the way my vampiro figure sucks compared to yours, nice job
