So me and my brother were walking the dog this morning and this man pulls up into his house and gets out of the car with his dog. As he lets his dog out of the car he's obviously a lazy so he can't be bothered to get the dog on a lead (my dog is always on a lead when I walk him). His dog leaps out of the car and runs straight at us growling and barking. Then he starts biting my dog. My dog is a pretty tough thing, he's a Collie x German Shephard so he doesn't even bother fighting back against this prick's weeny Jack Russel, still I don't want my dog being bitten so I stick my foot in between them and flicked the little tosser off. I'm not exactly going to stick my hands in there and have them bitten. I was going to let it go, so I went to continue walking when he starts talking to me. At first I thought he was trying to apologize but he starts saying "There's no need to kick the dog". I told him that he was trying to attack mine, and then he starts walking at me trying to be all intimidating, while wagging his finger at me and shouting "THERE'S NO NEED TO KICK THE DOG". I got really pissed off and started shouting back at him and told him to off. When he realized that if he got any closer it'd be 2 vs. 1 he backed off and shook his head as he walked into his "house". So in short, my dog got attacked by another dog that should have been kept under control by its owner. I get the other dog off mine and the twat who owned it got abusive with me.

People suck, end of story. The good news is the good ones out there will more than make up for the bad.
Also, this post is how I found out your English.

Your dog is up to date on it's shots and such, right? cause you never know if the other dog has something or not.

I have nothing to add; I just wanted to point out that this is an incredibly smart thing to point out. I was focused on the absurdity of what happened, and you were able to see the reality behind it.

Because of your avatar, I've always pictured you as Xander. You're Spike now, though.

Ive had a few dog altercations with owners over the years. Ive a border collie she doesnt bite or anything but she likes to chase the ball so when anyone has a ball she's away like a whippet and some people take exception to it because she barks and growls but only because she wants the ball. But yeah i understand where you are coming from if someones dog is going to bite then yea they should have it under control. If there was no blood i wouldnt worry about it, you did the right thing giving it a little kick to get it off your dog whats the guy expect. Dogs will get into scuffles now and then as long as they arent tearing throats out. There are some people that do get ready for fisticuffs but better to walk away, if you get drawn into a fight you might end up doing something you'll regret. Dont let it annoy you man.

ing hate Jack Russell's. Have of them two next door (ones a cross with something else not really sure what) and they're vicious. I kicked over my 2006 world cup ball (I've had that for about 7 years until I kicked it over) so I climbed over to get it and I see the piece of crapeating my ball into pieces. To make things worse my neighbour's garden is a pig sty (figuratively). The unemployed lazy f*ckers haven't mowed to lawn for over a year now and the nettles and weeds are coming into my garden that me and my father spend ages on.

I'm really not sure why the rampant inconsiderate nature of the majority of people these days continues to surprise me, but for some strange reason it does. *shakes head*
At least your dog didn't get seriously hurt. Had a little maltese in our neighborhood get mauled by a pitbull a few weeks ago. Pitbull's owner was too busy talking on his cell phone to notice his dog chasing the maltese as she and her owner were out for a walk. Neighborhood rule is that dogs must be on a leash whenever outdoors. Pitbull wasn't. Just running loose in the yard. Sadly, the maltese didn't survive.
