there was a toys r us lion o figure thundercats that looked awesome in detail, i was wanting to know what is the name of that stuff, so i could use it on custom wwe figures

I'm guessing they used plastic like any other action figure. Similar stuff to mattel wwe action figure?

a mold/cast is created and then it is mass produced just like any other action figure
