I want to start using decals to fix up some shirted figures I have, how do you do them, and what do you need?

first you have to find a printout/decal you want, print it out, cut it out neatly then put a little glue on the back of the decal and paste it onto the shirt. i also heard about using an iron as well to iron it on.

Is that all it is? I thought it would of been like, using special paper or something.
