for the head try to get a ttl gangrel head, for the torso try to make a white cloth shirt for him.

If you aren't going to use a cloth shirt (which is the best option) then you are going to have to just use the gangrel ttl torso. You can add RA arms to it if you like.

use: ttl torso+ head.
if you want all ra, a benoit head with sculpting can work, and the shirted torso w/ sculpting is good.
