Wood.Cardboard is cool but it can break and you will have to rebuild another one.

I used to have it and it was awesome. I probably recreated the NAO/Foley & Funk storyline a million times. I used to put pieces of paper and foil in there so when they got slammed in there, it'd all pop up

Yeah the BCA one does indeed rule !
But i would say make on out of wood/cardboard, if you did use strong enough cardboard then it wouldn't break to easily, it would be a bit less time consuming.
