I'm tryint to switch heads on a few figures. This is the first time I've tried customizing like this, can anyone offer me any suggestions specificaly with taking the head off the figure

Pull it off gently, it will come off with a peg in it and you can easily switch heads.

boil some water, then dunk the head and neck into the water and it comes loose.

Heat it up with a hair dryer for 40 secs and it will pop right off!

My method is to get a pair of pliers, squeeze the head tightly, and pull it off hard.

Boil some water to loosen head that will help

just push up underneath the head, no need to use a hairdryer or boilingwater, just use you thumb

just pull it off i done it about 5 mins ago its fine but you need to dip th head in boiling water befor you put it on the other figures

To put heads back on do you just push down and it will like, pop in?

I tried using my teeth and pliers but left marks in the fig, so I stopped that. I use a flathead screwdriver and pop the heads off.

well people say that if you just pull of the head and switch it without boiling it, it goes in great. but this is what i do when i dont wanna boil it:
take anything thats 3dimensinal duh
it has to be square or rectangle
no wait just use a cabinet (thats what i was leading up to)
then take the figs head and put the chin over the top and pull hard. so then after that just like get a scissor and cut the sides
well its what i do when the fig has never been decapatated
