Switching out arms on figures

i have been dying to make an old school Psychosis for about a year. I held off until Jakks made a Psychosis figure so i could use the arms with all the tats printed on them alrready, as I really did not want to paint them. I got the new Super Crazy, Psychosis two pack, but I plan on buying another one for the parts. I have a BOECW Rey as the body.

Is there a way to remove the arms from the Psychosis figure without destorying the figure? I want to save the torso so i can make a Super Crazy in a jumpsuit. Also, once removed, what is the best way to install them in the Rey torso. I'm not sure what the point of karma is on this board but i will give it to whomever has advice for me.
