Mabye just a head of him,like the actual one. I'f not,mabye a heavily modded Snitzky.

Why would you want to make a custom figure of someone already made?
..Anywayy, Use any TTL or RA Foley head.

lol for once i agree with sasso , but if you really can't get a hold of a foley head , umm you could try CS 6 Earthquake , modified of course
