Has the WWE or any wrestling company dealt with bomb threats during an event be it televised or otherwise?
Imagine if that happened during WrestleMania Axxess or at WrestleMania itself. I could void my bowels just thinking about having the pulse of the industry potentially wiped off the earth like a grease stain on a stove-top.
Discuss.

Just goes to show wrestling fans aren't that bad. I've NEVER heard of anything like this involving a pro wresting show.

Wrestlemania 7's location was changed because of something like this. I'm actually pretty sure that was the reason the WWE gave, but it could have always been a cover up for something else too.

If I remember correctly, back in 2001, a few people on the Internet were talking about being concerned for the first WWE show after the 9/11 incident. The event was the first large public gathering after the attack if I remember correctly, so it was just a fear that something would happen again.

The terrorists were afraid of Vince's Hawaiian shirt and ran back to Durkadurkastan.

I thought for sure there would be a "yes there a threat of a bomb every time Cena is set to wrestle in the main event" joke in here. lol But seriously I don't recall ever hearing of one.

I can see this turning into a locked thread.
I've always wondered if wrestlemania gets the same treatment as the Super Bowl where they have helicopters on standby and all that.

The worst and most dangerous thing to EVER happen at a pro wrestling event was...
New Jack being booked.

This wasn't a bomb threat but I remember Pat Patterson telling a story once about a guy calling the promoter of wherever he was working at the time and saying that he had a sniper rifle and he was gonna shoot Pat in the head if he wrestled that night. How he thought he could convince people he got a sniper rifle into the building, I don't know.
