I usually find them at retail right around the time RSC gets their second shipment. Probably early April.

It's funny, because for the most part, I've been seeing a lot of stuff later than some people here. Basic 36 didn't show up here until the end of January. Elite 26 was mid-February. Still no Basic 37 to be found.
But the WM XXX Elites and E27 both have shown up early, so it's not so bad.
It's funny; I almost stopped checking Target a while ago because their stock was so stagnant. They didn't re-stock mine for the last two months of 2013. But they've been rolling in 2014.

This seems like a work to me lol I would think it's a work if it's just a picture of the figures at home with a receipt. Who would really bring a figure to a store, put it on the peg and then take a picture? |
