Ok, so probably pretty morbid but going back I've noticed there have been quite a few matches in the history of Wrestlemania featuring wrestlers sadly no longer with us going against each other. So my question is which match do you consider the best out of the list?

Macho vs. Crush.
Perfect vs. Owen just didn't get enough time.

Went for Bossman vs Perfect at WM7, can't understand why this match didn't have the payoff it deserved, Bossman winning the IC belt. Bossman had beaten all the Heenan Family members leading up to this match, but then won by DQ?

Some say Bossman was meant to go over & Perfect would regain it on SNME in the Summer but Vince changed his mind....

Earthquake vs. Hercules gets my vote. I'm kind of partial to that one because I was there as a kid.

I have no problem with Bossman dropping the belt back to Hennig around June, ready for Bret/Perfect at Summerslam 91. Traylor was over enough to hold the IC belt for a few months. Having The Mountie cost Bossman the strap at a SNME would have given Mountie more heat going into the Jailhouse Match.

I had forgotten about Mountie......Man this would have been definitely the best way to go. Bossman would have been out for revenge on Mountie!!

Probably Perfect vs Boss Man. I like Savage vs Crush a ton too, so it's kind of between those two for me.

Eddie vs Test for me. I started watching wrestling in late 1999 and continued until 2002 when I took a break. Their match at X-Seven was during the time when I was a big fan.

Perfect sold so well, as usual, against Bossman. Made him look great. Good match. Perfect needed more clean wins back then. But that didn't happen for heels very often during that time.
