So I'm on the dirtsheets reading the comments, everyone wanted Bryan in the Mania main event, now that he has a chance (Come on, it's pretty obvious that he'll win over Trips) they complain about Bryan getting the chance?! Everytime WWE does what the fans want the fans change their mind. What's up whit that? I personally don't mind Bryan getting the chance, I'm not a big Bryan fan or so, not too big on technical wrestlers (Bret Hart is not even on my top 50) but I can't deny how over he is so I don't mind it. I think the whole "Yes!" thing is cool, awesome to see the whole crowd do it. But why complain when you get what you want?
Also, I was on Twitter and I see Renee Young getting death threats because she's dating Dean Ambrose and like... Is the whole fanbase really this messed up? Sure, who am I to say right? I sit here and jokingly post Ambrose gifs to get some hate. Pretty fun thing to do in the RAW thread. But seriously, what is up with todays fans? Did I just notice this or have the WWE (or WWF back in the day) fanbase always been like this?

There's no way to please people anymore. Someone will always find a reason to bitch and complain about something.

It is natural human instinct to always want more.

Nobody is ever satisfied. They whine and bitch for something they want, and when they finally get it they either whine and bitch because they didn't do it exactly the way the wanted it or they immediately move on to the next thing they want and start whining and bitching.

You can please all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time but you cannot please all of the people all of the time.
Also, death threats are not new although I think sending them to Renee because she is dating Renee is way over the line; seriously psycho stalker stuff. Back when Sgt Slaughter went heel in the early 90s he received tons of death threats and had to have special security assigned to him and his family back home. Some people take this stuff way too serious.

Spot on, and this is why we can't have nice things with wrestling.

Like, I can appreciate couple photos and stuff, think it's all cute, be abit jealous when it's a Diva I like with someone. But I'm not gonna go send death threats like these women are doing to Renee because she's with Dean. I just find it bizzare.

There's some crazy people out there as far as the death threats. As far as pleasing everyone forget it. I can honestly say I'm very content with whats been going on with WWE programming lately. Tonight's RAW was just another prime example of it.

Some not all.
You could find crazies or people who complain in every fanbase but it doesn't mean the whole fanbase is like that.

In the old days people use to throw cups of piss, bricks and I think even try and stab wrestlers they hated........its pretty tame today.

What has been said already - it doesn't matter how good a show can be, there will always be a percentage of people who will just crap all over it.
It is a shame that people who hate certain things have to go a certain extra mile to take to social media and share nothing in particular with a whole world of wrestling fans that may or may not agree with them.

People are seriously sending death threats to Renee over her being with Ambrose? Im sorry but he isn't exactly a heart throb ( I know you will disagree)...........is AJ getting threats over her being with Punk....

I just never understood what women think is so great about his looks. Don't know if AJ is getting threats because I don't care for either AJ or Punk so... Idk, but I can assume so.

He's bitter, he took it all way too serious, but I think that's why he was one of the greatest of all time; and make no mistake he was. If you grew up in that era, there was something special about the Hitman who survives across so many eras tying so many superstars together. I've never met anyone who was a huge wrestling fan who hated him.

Some not all. You could find crazies or people who complain in every fanbase but it doesn't mean the whole fanbase is like that. Exactly. Most of the time it's different people complaining when something changes. You please the old crowd but the new crowd is now upset. The people who believe it's everyone following the same opinion and flip-flopping all the time are delusional, but given how they act that's not surprising. Sure, there are a few people who complain just to complain, but they're by and far the minority. You can't please all ten thousand members on this forum let alone the millions of people online around the world. Plus, those who are dissatisfied are always louder than those who are happy with the product so you'll always see complaints more than praise.

I'll say this... It's a very frustrating group to be a part of. I'll leave it at that.
