Im 24 so as a kid i grew up watching the Attitude era and loved it. I kept watching until around the middle of WWE/ECW period i think, i remember watching One Night Stand with RVD/Cena and some of the Money in The Banks at Mania, but for whatever reason i just stopped watching. Then one day i was just flicking through the channels and saw a repeat of MITB2011 so i thought id check it out and see what was going on, obviously the main event was incredible and the whole CM Punk situation got me interested again, but shortly after i ended up having to get rid of Sky so i followed results online until about a year and a half ago when i got Sky back in.....now i watch every week as well as being a regular visitor to this board, so my question to you is have you been like me and stopped watching, and what managed to draw you back?

Stopped watching from 2007 until 2010, was really into the Nexus, but stopped again when Cena pretty much ruined them. Then I started watching again after Punk's pipe bomb, until Extreme Rules 2012, after which I lost interest again. Started watching anything involving the Shield from TLC on, but didn't get fully involved again until the Wyatts debuted, then Summerslam brought me back big time. Don't know if I'll stay interested through the year but the network helps a lot

I stopped around 2008, and started to rewatch around when Punk was the leader of the Nexus.

I pretty much stopped around 2008 and then somewhat got back around 2011. I watched TNA instead, but now I watch both.

I nearly stopped watching around July 2010 because of all the Nexus crap. The roster had also got generic and hardly anyone had gimmicks and the only thing that kept me interested was Kane and Undertaker.

I stopped watching in 2009 from just after WrestleMania 25 until January 4th 2010 came with Bret Hart returning for WWE, I've been watching ever since then. I didn't start watching because of him returning but because it was during my break and I had nothing else to do. During my "break" from WWE I watched TNA and occasionally read up on WWE's results when I was bored.

"I stopped watchng in....." is what all you say...
Yet you still buy the figures, the dvds, and still come crawling back.
Gotta love it.

I go threw periods of not watching because sometimes its really hit & miss story wise and for me that's always been 50% of what WWE is about but inevitably I always come back because having grew up on it I miss it when I drop out for awhile...
So no one story brings me back, WWE is just part of my weekly routine now...

I've been watching weekly ever since 1997, but last spring I pretty much stopped watching after Ryback turned heel. It still infuriates me to this day just thinking about it, not to mention how awful the product was in general then. Nobody was doing anything, the faces won every single match, Dolph won the title only to immediately get injured, and to top it all off Punk was on break. Both Extreme Rules and Payback passed by without me realizing. I watched RAW the night after Payback with Punk's return, and I think Bryan/Orton in a Street Fight was week later, so Punk/Bryan saved me from completely falling out with the product. So I guess I stopped (although not really) watching for about two months, and even that was weird for me.
I still haven't watched a full episode of SmackDown since 2011, however.

I stopped in the summer of 2000, started again in the summer of 2002 because Davey Boy died and it reminded me that wrestling existed and I found WCW Revenge for my N64 and started playing it a lot again and it made me curious as to what was hanging with the big E. I feel really ing old now because everyone else is in the late 2000s.

I stopped watching Raw in 1997 because we didn't have Sky Sports anymore, but I still kept up with Livewire or whatever on Saturdays... Survivor Series 1998 brought me back to watching religiously at my sister's house where they had Sky Sports.
Then I stopped watching regularly in September 2001 when I went to university and didn't have Sky Sports, but we did get it for a bit so I only watched sporadically throughout moving house and stuff for the next few years. I still bought the magazines and watched at friend's/relative's houses and things so never missed many major PPVs, but wasn't watching every week. I've watched pretty much every week since about 2004, I think. It wasn't anything to do with the quality of the shows, just the availability of watching it again.

I stopped around 95 -- put a kid 4 years older than me, that was bullying me at my birthday party, through the coffee table in the living room.
Wasn't allowed to watch it for about 2 years...came back in with NWO, etc. WCW, and ultimately the attitude era, got me back in a major way.

I stopped watching in 2001 (started college and was really just out every night partying). My social life took a front seat to Everything else. I had watched a few times in the late 2000's had no clue who anybody was. Then when the Rock came back I was like oh crap. So I started watching during the build up for WM 28 and have been watching since.

I still followed it a little from like 2007 to 2011 but what really brought me back was Punk's Pipebomb promo.

stopped about 2002. due to not having Foxtel(australian cable company that broadcasts WWE) started back up in 2004-2005 due to getting Foxtel, and immediatly became hooked to Cena.
