- Seth Rollins by hook or crook managed to beat Kurt Angle to retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event...I mean Rollins like it or not he beat Angle right in the middle of that ring 1...2...3 and even though he used the ropes for leverage to get the pin to win the match he still beat Angle cleanly in the middle of that ring I mean even though it kind of did end in controversy Rollins got the job done which basically means Angle doesn't get another title shot as long as Rollins is WWE Champion that means Angle goes to the back of the line
- I mean Angle got screwed but what can he really do about it? Seth Rollins now has been on a run lately he has beaten Lesnar, Orton and Cena in the Fatal 4 Way back at the Rumble PPV and then defended his title successfully beating Cena at Fast Lane and then at WrestleMania he beat Ambrose and Reigns in the Shield Triple Threat to retain his title and now he has beaten Kurt Angle...a surefire first ballot future WWE Hall of Famer so now it makes me wonder just what is next for Rollins?
- I mean will Rollins have to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber?
- It makes me wonder just what Bray Wyatt has in store for Brock Lesnar if and when Brock does show up? If anything I don't see Lesnar/Wyatt happening right away...if anything I can see their match happening at the latest SummerSlam 2015
- The fans are finally on Roman Reigns' side...I would have thought that I would never ever see this day but it seems that the fans have not turned on Roman yet but we will see how much longer that lasts I mean Reigns does the unthinkable he ends the 1 year undefeated streak of Rusev by beating Rusev to become the new WWE United States Champion...Reigns did what all others including Cena have failed to do and that is beat Rusev he didn't just beat him he pinned him for the 1...2...3 the first time Rusev has ever been pinned cleanly and now that Reigns is the champion it is only a matter of time before Rusev gets his rematch for the title
- Neville defies the odds by beating Miz, Breeze and Ziggler to retain his WWE Intercontinental Championship in a Fatal 4 Way where the odds were stacked against him to begin with...he had what a 25% chance of walking out still the champion and he managed to get the job done all be it he didn't even have to be involved in the finish in the decision he managed to put on quite a show...well Neville showed us that he is a fighting champion and it doesn't matter who is put in front of him he manages to find a way to win
- Randy Orton gets his win back finally managing to beat his former protégé and former Legacy teammate Cody Rhodes 1 on 1 after Cody beat Orton at Mania you almost had to know that Orton was going to get his win back eventually and he did even though I was hoping Cody Rhodes would win...but I just figured one of these 2 men would turn heel in all of this but neither of them did but there is still time and if one of them should turn I can see it being Cody Rhodes
- Daniel Bryan beating CM Punk in the Submission Match not just beating Punk but making him tap out in the match and both men are not only technical wizards in that ring both are mat technicians both men can fly both men can brawl and Bryan managed to do the one thing that Punk said that he couldn't do and that is make Punk tap out and he did that...he didn't just do it but he made Punk tap out in Punk's own hometown in front of Punk's people his fans of Chicago no doubt Punk's friends and family were in attendance and he managed to embarrass himself in front of them but Bryan gets his revenge especially after Punk beat Bryan the way he did at Mania...so I wonder where Punk goes from here? I wonder where Bryan goes from here?
- AJ Lee successfully retaining her WWE Women's Championship beating Emma...I mean as far as divas matches go this one not only stole the show it tore the damn house down this match was awesome and I don't say that a lot about women's matches in general but this match was so even so back and forth but AJ manages to get her revenge in by beating Emma but after doing that Emma has to face Paige tomorrow night on RAW and in not just any match but a No Holds Barred Match...I wonder what kind of shape Emma will be in? Will she be in any shape to compete given the beating she just received
- Kidd and Cesaro retaining their WWE Tag Team Championships against The Usos...well it was by hook or by crook well because Kidd & Cesaro had Natalya at ringside and she paid dividends because The Usos Jimmy and Jey both were distracted they both took their eyes off the ball and Kidd & Cesaro took advantage even though The Usos had the match well in hand and could have happened so it makes me wonder what is next for the WWE Tag Team Champions Kidd & Cesaro? I wonder what is next for The Usos?
- Sandow his downward spiral continues to get worse and worse...another loss but this time to Cena the man who Sandow supposedly blames for costing him his shot at the big time back when Sandow won Money in the Bank but failed to cash in on Cena but it seems Cena's Road to Redemption continues so it begs the question of where and who Cena will face
- And Charlotte Flair manages to beat Summer Rae in her debut match on PPV...Charlotte is still undefeated after that win I mean who can stop "The Queen"? I mean it is not only in her blood but she basically proved in the match that she was superior to Summer Rae in every way shape or form so it begs the question of what Charlotte does next

Raw #1144: April 27th, 2015 – Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin
The show opened with a video package showing highlights from Backlash, set to “Gravity” by Hollywood Undead. Following the Raw opening video and commentary introductions, the Resch Center was greeted by the arrival of the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins. Seth walked to the ring with a wide smirk on his face. He got on the microphone, opening with, “I told you so.” Seth laughed at the fans, citing that he has done everything he said he would do when he broke up the Shield. “I told you I’d beat Dean Ambrose and I did. I told you I’d win the Money in the Bank briefcase and I did. I said I’d be WWE World Heavyweight Champion and I am. When I promised to win the main event of WrestleMania, guess what? I did that too. I beat John Cena. I beat Daniel Bryan. I beat Brock Lesnar. And last night, I put the cherry on top of the sundae that has become my career when I beat Kurt freaking Angle.” Seth continued by saying that there was nothing left for him and that he’s beaten everyone put in front of him. “I may as well retire right now, because there’s no one left to topple.”
GOD SAVE OUR QUEEN
The Resch Center came to their feet as Bad News Barrett stepped onto the stage for the first time since November. Seth Rollins looked like he’d just seen a ghost. Barrett had a microphone in his hand. “Seth Rollins. You have beaten everyone in your path and are currently enjoying a successful run as WWE World Heavyweight Champion. BUT I’M AFRAID I’VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS!” The entire crowd said the famous quote with Barrett. He continued, “Your luck’s about to run about because the true holder of the Money in the Bank briefcase is back and I want that title I was so close to.” Barrett entered the ring and his words caused Seth to charge at him. Barrett ducked and Seth hit the ropes. As he came back, Barrett leveled him with the Bull Hammer. With Seth out cold on the mat, Barrett picked up the WWE Title. The fans roared as he held it high in the air. “Bad News Barrett is back!” shouted Michael Cole. Seth Rollins was shown walking backstage, holding his jaw. “I’m sick of this! Every month it’s something new. I’m outta here.” Seth got in his car and promptly left the arena.
CODY RHODES VS. TYLER BREEZE; This first time ever match featured two men who looked to rebound after losses at Backlash. They both came close to doing just that on several occasions. Breeze hit the Beauty Shot, but Cody got his foot on the bottom rope to survive. That frustrated Breeze, and opened the door for Cody to put him away with the Cross Rhodes in 8:17. As Cody celebrated, Randy Orton was shown watching on a monitor.
Renee Young introduced her guest, Alexander Rusev. Rusev burst into the picture by kicking over part of the setup. He let out an angry roar, before Lana entered and advised him to relax. She spoke for him, saying that over a year’s worth of work was ruined by Roman Reigns. “He ruins everything. But, Alexander Rusev is not the ‘Super Athlete’ for no reason. He will be the United States Champion again and he will CRUSH Roman Reigns.” Lana walked off, signaling for a furious Rusev to follow.
An Ascension vignette was shown. Konnor and Viktor stood in what they call, the “Wasteland,” saying it will be where the WWE tag team division is headed once they’re done with them.
CURTIS AXEL VS. JOHN CENA; Fresh off a victory over Damien Sandow, John Cena continued moving back up the ranks by defeating Curtis Axel with the Attitude Adjustment in 3:50. “He just keeps on winning. Who’s next for John Cena?” asked Jerry Lawler.
Renee Young returned, this time to get a word with the man who returned earlier tonight, Bad News Barrett. The fans cheered as he stepped into the picture. She wanted to know more about his return. Barrett said it was straightforward. “I had to take time to heal up after Survivor Series. It was bad news, pun intended, but what made it worse was watching Seth Rollins carry around my Money in the Bank briefcase and then successfully cash it in. That was supposed to be me at the Royal Rumble. I was supposed to main event WrestleMania. But now, I’m back and I’m officially challenging Seth Rollins to a WWE World Heavyweight Title match.”
CHRISTIAN VS. DANIEL BRYAN; A highly competitive match here, as the show neared the end of hour one. Despite a recent lack of success, Christian came close to scoring the win over the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion several times. He even escaped the Yes Lock and signaled for the Killswitch. However, Bryan shoved him off into the corner and delivered the Busaiku Knee to win in 8:52.
After the match, Daniel Bryan helped Christian to his feet and raised his hand to a nice ovation from the crowd. Christian left Bryan to celebrate and exited to the back. While Bryan celebrated, commentary hyped the rest of the show. Suddenly, the cameras returned to the ring, where Bryan was assaulted with a steel chair by CM Punk. Punk opened the chair over Bryan’s throat and sat down, leaning over to stare Bryan in the face. Punk’s eyes bulged out like a man possessed. Bryan struggled for air as Punk shouted, “YOU DO NOT GET TO WIN!” Officials ran in to try and pry Punk away, but he was fixated on Bryan and didn’t move. It took multiple officials to finally pull Punk away, but the damage was done. Bryan’s face was purple and he was out cold.
An advertisement ran to promote Payback, airing on May 17th.
Backstage, Summer Rae was getting her makeup applied. The Miz walked up to her, with rage in his eyes. He rounded on Summer, “Where the hell have you been? I’ve tried calling you all last night and today.” Summer said she left the show early to heal up after her match. This angered Miz even more. “Really? You weren’t at ringside for my Intercontinental Title match, because you decided to go off and try to be a star on your own? Do you not understand how any of this works? I’m the leading man. I’m the star. You’re a supporting character.” Summer was taken aback. “Excuse you? Just because I was in a supporting role in the Marine, doesn’t mean that’s how it works in WWE.” The fans cheered that, but Miz took a deep breath and calmed himself. “Fine. You want to be a star. We can get this taken care of.” Miz walked away, leaving Summer a bit confused.
The music of Kurt Angle played as he made his way to the ring. Commentary reminded us how close Angle came to winning the WWE World Heavyweight Title last night. Once in the ring, Angle said he wasn’t here to waste time. “Last night, I was robbed of the title I’ve been dying to get back for nearly a decade now. I’m freaking livid, but understand something. I don’t blame Seth Rollins. Don’t get me wrong, I’m mad as hell at him, too. I expected it, though. He’s a guy who likes taking shortcuts and he did just that. My issue is with the people in charge for allowing that to happen. That’s right, Bray Wyatt. I’m talking to you.” Angle chastised the way Bray has run things. Instead of Bray Wyatt, Kurt was cut off by the arrival of Dean Ambrose, to a huge pop. A confused Kurt questioned his arrival. Dean said he was out for two reasons. “One, you’ve been away for a long time, so maybe you don’t get how the Wyatts operate. They love this chaos stuff. I mean, so do I, but that’s besides the point. What I’m getting at, is that you shouldn’t expect them to do anything about what happened last night. The other reason I’m here, is because I share your gripes. I’ve wanted nothing more than to get my hands on that slime ball champion, Seth Rollins, but Bray just enjoys keeping what I want out of my reach.” Kurt was still unsure of Dean, before calling out Bray. The Wyatt Family obliged, as their signature hit the screen. When the lights came back on, only Luke Harper and Erick Rowan were in the ring. Angle and Ambrose realized they weren’t getting any answers from Bray, so they stepped up and took the fight to Harper and Rowan. The two duos traded blows, going to opposite corners. Kurt and Dean countered whips, sending Harper and Rowan into one another. Dean hooked Harper for Dirty Deeds, while Kurt grabbed Rowan’s ankle. The Wyatt signature hit again, signaling the arrival of Bray Wyatt. The lights came on to reveal Angle in his grasp for Sister Abigail. Bray hit it, as Harper and Rowan pounded on Dean in the corner. Harper walloped him with a discus lariat. Bray grabbed a microphone and addressed the fallen Superstars. “More than ever before, this is our compound. You do not make demands of me, you do not threaten me! However, I must admit, I admire your gumption. So, I’ll make you an offer. If you two want what want so badly, you can have it. If you join me. Join the family, follow the buzzards and your desires will be met with vigor. You have seven days to think it over.” The Wyatt signature hit again, sending the show to commercial.
Backstage, cameras caught Daniel Bryan being checked on by the company’s medical staff. He looked to be in rough shape. A glove-clad hand reached into the lens and pulled the camera away. The hand belonged to Paige. She addressed the camera and said, “You see Daniel over there? He’s in bad shape, huh? Poor guy. And yet, it’s nothing compared to what Emma will feel when I get done with her tonight. This whole thing that started last year, ends tonight and so does Emma.”
NON-TITLE MATCH: THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS VS. TYSON KIDD AND CESARO W/ NATALYA; Riding a high after defeating the Usos at Backlash, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro looked to continue their roll. They accomplished it, without Natalya’s help this time, winning via Sharpshooter on Darren Young in 4:48.
Their celebration was cut short by the arrival of the Usos. They stayed atop the stage, with Jimmy holding a microphone. He ran down the Tag Team Champions for using Natalya to beat them last night. “We can play that game, too. You bring Nattie ‘The Anvil’ Neidhart to Smackdown and we’ll bring a special surprise for her.
Before our main event, the commentary team brought viewers the news that the first match for Payback had officially been signed. Seth Rollins will defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Bad News Barrett!
NO HOLDS BARRED – EMMA VS. PAIGE; As we’ve seen in recent weeks, Paige came out with her trusty steel chair. Emma was prepared, jumping her from behind during her entrance. The bell rang as Emma beat on Paige in the aisle. She got to use the steel chair first, cracking Paige on the back twice. They brawled into the stands and around the ringside area. Paige fought back, whipping Emma into the guardrail. She pulled a kendo stick from under the ring and delivered some loud shots to the back. Paige cleared off the announce table, but Emma grabbed some of the ringside cables and choked Paige. She used them to tie Paige’s hands over her head and to the ring post. Emma then used the kendo stick to batter Paige’s midsection, bruising it and leaving several welts. Emma let her free and covered inside, but Paige kicked out. Emma couldn’t believe it. She dumped Paige outside and set her up on the table. “Not this. This was how Emma took out Paige last November,” exclaimed Michael Cole. Paige slipped free of the Michinoku Driver and got behind Emma. She turned her around and delivered the RamPaige through the table. Both women were down for a while, until Paige stirred. She rolled Emma’s limp body in the ring, along with the kendo stick. Paige looked around to a chorus of cheers. She hooked Emma for the PTO, but held the kendo stick. After hooking Emma’s arms, Paige brought the kendo stick in front of Emma and pulled it back across her eyes. She couldn’t fully hold her up, but the pain was enough for Emma to submit at 14:15.
The fans roared in approval as Paige put the rivalry with Emma to bed and was free to move forward. She fell back on the mat, letting out huge breaths, before standing and celebrating with the fans.

- Paige ends the rivalry with Emma once and for all by beating her in a No Holds Barred Match...this match definitely had main event written all over it and this match was not only physical but it was downright brutal well for divas but at the same time this match was so back and forth too but now with Paige getting the win it begs the question of where she goes from here? Where does Emma go from here?
- WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd & Cesaro beating The Prime Time Players...well it just goes to show you that the Tag Champs that they keep beating tag team after tag team in this division I mean who at this point can beat them? I mean they have beaten The Usos time and time again but now The Usos want a rematch and they say they have a surprise for Natalya so lemme guess the surprise is none other than Naomi
- The Wyatt Family they run roughshod yet again...this time by leaving Kurt Angle and Dean Ambrose laying...I mean Bray Wyatt obviously wants to control things his way and so far he has done that ever since winning control of WWE but obviously he feels that Angle and Ambrose are trying to challenge his authority well because they both want a WWE Championship match they both want Rollins but then what about Bray Wyatt? I mean why hasn't Wyatt just booked himself into a title match? I mean what is the point of having all this power all this control if you are not going to use it to book yourself into a championship match?
- I would have thought that the Punk/Bryan rivalry would be over by now...considering both men have a win against each other Punk won back at Mania and Bryan won at Backlash I would have thought that the rivalry would be over but now it continues...I guess it makes sense because of the fact that it is all even and there has to be a match to settle things once and for all
- Does this mean that Summer Rae and Miz are done with each other? I can see Miz replacing Summer Rae with his own wife Maryse
- Daniel Bryan beating Christian...I mean Bryan has been on a roll ever since Backlash hell ever since after WrestleMania but then him being attacked by Punk post-match I mean Punk he is incensed well ever since last night I can't blame him he probably feels embarrassed he probably feels that Bryan embarrassed him by not only making him tap out but also making him tap out in his hometown of Chicago
- Ascension debut I can't wait
- John Cena beating Curtis Axel...I mean Cena has been on a roll ever since after Mania winning match after match so it begs the question of what Bray Wyatt will try to do to try to derail Cena?
- I wonder if a Rusev/Reigns rematch for the WWE United States Championship match will happen? I mean it is bound to but will the match happen at Payback and if it does I wonder what kind of stipulation match will it be?
- Cody Rhodes beating Tyler Breeze...well Cody needed the win considering he lost at Backlash to Orton and with Orton watching on a monitor it makes me wonder if this Orton/Rhodes rivalry is really over? It makes me wonder if it is only a matter of time before Orton turns on Rhodes
- Seth Rollins the WWE World Heavyweight Champion being confronted by none other than his former Authority teammate Bad News Barrett...Bad News Barrett is back in a WWE ring Wade Barrett is back I can't believe this I mean Bad News he has been out for a while with an injury but now he is back and he wants Rollins' title...I mean I guess I can't blame Barrett considering it was originally his Money in the Bank briefcase and he had to vacate it because of injury he never really lost that briefcase he had to hand it over and Rollins was basically handed the briefcase he never really had to earn it and Rollins cashed in on Lesnar, Cena and Orton to become champion...Rollins main evented Mania and Barrett was on the sidelines while all of this was happening he feels like it should have been him getting all of those moments but now he is back for one thing...the title that he feels like is his as he left Rollins laying...Barrett in his return makes a huge statement
- Rollins vs Barrett for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Payback...no doubt that that match will be the main event could Barrett make history? Can Barrett become the first Englishman to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion the first ever English born WWE Champion? Or will Rollins turn back yet another challenge?

NXT #275: April 29th, 2015 – Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
A video package opened the show, chronicling Finn Balor’s loss to Kevin Owens last month and his loss to Shelton Benjamin last week. The commentary trio of Rich Brennan, Jason Albert and Renee Young introduced the show and sent things to the ring.
NON-TITLE MATCH: NXT CHAMPION KEVIN OWENS VS. MOJO RAWLEY; There was an anger in everything Kevin Owens did tonight. He put away Mojo in short order with a Popup Powerbomb at 1:49. After the match, Owens got on the microphone and said it was nonsense that he must defend his title against Hideo Itami at TakeOver: Unstoppable. “The guy doesn’t mind his own business and saves his little buddy Finn Balor, and all of a sudden he’s a worthy contender? If that’s how William Regal wants to play this, then fine, but understand that Hideo Itami’s blood will be on your hands.”
Backstage, Greg Hamilton stood by with Evan Bourne, who requested interview time. Evan stated that he wasn’t sure what to do next. “I came back to NXT to compete with the best and I’ve done just that, but it hasn’t gone the way I’d hoped. I wanted to pick up the wins, capture the NXT Title and find myself back on Raw and Smackdown. After WrestleMania, people like Tyler Breeze and Charlotte were called up, yet I’m still stewing down here.” Bourne claimed he needed to make a change and do so fast. Cutting to William Regal’s office, Shelton Benjamin entered. Regal congratulated him on the big win over Finn Balor last week. Shelton thanked him, but was there for something else. “Normally, I’d come here asking you for an NXT Title shot after a win like that, but I know that spot is occupied at TakeOver. So I come here asking for one thing. I want Baron Corbin. Find a way to make it happen.” Regal was taken aback by Shelton’s intensity. He agreed to look into it and see what he could do.
CARMELLA W/ ENZO AMORE AND BIG CASS VS. DANA BROOKE; The loss to Charlotte didn’t humble Dana Brooke in the slightest. She was as brash as ever against Carmella here. Carmella locked in her Cone of Silence submission, just as Austin Aries and Bobby Roode snuck out, with Aries nailing Big Cass in the back with a steel chair. Roode added his own shot to the kidneys. Enzo turned in shock as Roode and Aries backed up the ramp with smiles. Carmella let go of the hold to check on Cass. Dana got up and planted her with a Samoan Driver to win at 3:37. Enzo continued to tend to Cass after the match.
Like last week’s special look at Bayley, fans were treated to one centered on Becky Lynch. Clips were shown of her training at a young age. She said she began at the age of fifteen and worked alongside Finn Balor. “I didn’t go through all this to come up short in the big moments. I trained at fifteen, I moved to Canada for more experience at seventeen and I went to Japan, all so I could be the best.” Becky added that she left the business and nearly didn’t return. She had a cushy job as a flight attendant, but wanted to give it one more go and found herself in NXT. “If I don’t win at TakeOver, it’s not just a case of me not realizing some dream. A loss invalidates everything I’ve done in my life. I can’t fail. I won’t. At TakeOver, I’m becoming the NXT Women’s Champion, because losing is unacceptable.” Next week, NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks is the focal point of a video package.
Backstage, Devin Taylor interviewed Alexa Bliss, who had Blake and Murphy flanking her. She was asked for her thoughts on the NXT Women’s Title match at TakeOver. Alexa said it was a travesty. “It’s the same thing every TakeOver. First, it was Paige. Then, Charlotte. Now, Sasha, Becky, Bayley. They’ve both failed miserably. I’m sick of it.” Alexa laid out a challenge to either Becky Lynch or Bayley and dared them to put their spot at TakeOver on the line.
An ad ran to promote the upcoming DVD/Blu-Ray release of the Marine 5, starring The Miz and Summer Rae.
AMERICAN ALPHA W/ JACK SWAGGER AND ZEB COLTER VS. DASH WILDER AND SCOTT DAWSON; The mostly unknown duo of Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson impressed the NXT Universe. They worked as a well-oiled machine and nearly beat American Alpha on more than one occasion. However, the All-American Real Americans proved to be too good, pinning Wilder with Grand Amplitude at 4:14.
A Tapout advertisement ran.
Finn Balor entered William Regal’s office. Finn looked down on himself but shook Regal’s hand. Regal told him that he has whatever time he needs to talk to the fans tonight. Finn thanked him and went to leave, but Regal stopped him. “Just, don’t give up on anything. I’m currently working on something that I feel could benefit you greatly.” Finn gave a small smile before leaving.
Viewers were taken to a video recap of what Kevin Owens did to Sami Zayn back in February. Sami’s still on the shelf, but a new update suggests he could make his return by summer.
CJ PARKER VS. SOLOMON CROWE; The vicious Solomon Crowe went right after CJ Parker’s leg. He kept trying for the Stretch Muffler, but CJ found ways to slip free and avoid it. He finally applied it, only for CJ to fight and refuse to tap out. The fans surprisingly got behind CJ. Crowe realized he wouldn’t tap, so he turned over into a pinning combination for the victory in 4:13. Crowe left the ring looking at CJ with confusion in his eyes, while the fans gave Parker a solid hand.
Backstage, EMTs and medics were shown tending to Big Cass. After the chair shots sustained earlier, he was in rough shape. Enzo Amore and Carmella stood by him. An official came up to Enzo, reminding him that they’re match was up next. “Whaddya mean? Can’t you see Cass ain’t fit to compete tonight?” asked Enzo. The official said the match was scheduled and they would forfeit if they didn’t go out there.
BIG SHOW AND BO DALLAS VS. ENZO AMORE AND BIG CASS W/ CARMELLA; In a rare trip to Full Sail University, the Big Show and Bo Dallas faced the top contenders for the NXT Tag Team Titles. Big Cass came out with Enzo, but was in condition to tag in. That left Enzo to do things on his own and Big Show knocked him out with ease at 2:40.
The crowd came unglued for the arrival of Finn Balor. Unfortunately, his demeanor was much different than usual. There was no flair to his entrance; he just walked straight to the ring. Once inside, Finn began talking about coming to NXT. “I was doing quite well for myself in Japan. I held titles for over a year, I won tournaments and even went undefeated through some of them. I was in high profile matches on the biggest stage in Japan. But, the one thing I never grabbed was the top prize. I could never win the Heavyweight Title. Even without that accomplishment, I decided to come to America and to NXT. I wanted to challenge myself even further. Things were going so well. I had my friend, Hideo Itami, by my side. I was unbeaten for months and I earned a shot at the title. And yet, here I stand, still without the top prize. Last week, I lost to Shelton Benjamin. These things aren’t embarrassing, but that’s how I feel. I come out here for each and every single one of you and you believe in me and I let you down. I honestly don’t know where I go next.” William Regal’s music played as the NXT General Manager walked out onto the stage. Finn spoke before he could, “I know why you’re here. It’s the same thing you did a few weeks ago, right? You’ve got a new match for me to try and right the ship. It didn’t work last week, so I’m sorry, but I’m not in the mood.” Regal said that wasn’t the case. “I do have a match for you, young man, but it’s not one to right the ship as you say. You struggle to figure out things when you aren’t the ‘Demon’ but you had a lot of your career success before you ever unleashed that. And there’s one man who knows this better than anyone. A man who helped mold you while you were in Japan. A man who takes many athletes just like you under his wing. A man I’m bringing in for one time only at TakeOver.” Finn’s eyes widened as Regal completed the announcement. “Finn Balor, at TakeOver: Unstoppable, you will go one on one with Jushin Thunder Liger!” The fans erupted and for the first time all night, Finn let out a smile.

- Kevin Owens the NXT Champion beating Mojo Rawley...I mean Owens just continues to get better and better not just every match but since he has become NXT Champion he just may in fact be head and shoulders above everyone else in NXT but I love that you are keeping Owens true to character here in NXT...a ruthless, merciless, remorseless superstar who just goes on about winning matches and brutalizing his opponents as he promises to do the same to Hideo Itami at NXT TakeOver...I can see him doing it too because he has been beating superstar after superstar
- Evan Bourne if anything he may as well just leave NXT leave WWE altogether because he just doesn't have what it takes anymore
- Shelton Benjamin being the veteran here in WWE beats the best in NXT that being Finn Balor...I would think that at least puts him in contention for a future NXT Championship match but him going up against Corbin now that is a definite match that I know I wanna see
- Dana Brooke beating Carmella...well big assist goes to Austin Aries and Bobby Roode the NXT Tag Team Champions showing up as Carmella was distracted since they left her guy Big Cass laying and Enzo in shock should have at least done something but before he could Aries and Roode bolted as Dana took advantage to get the win...since she has it begs the question of if we could see an alliance between Dana, Aries and Roode?
- Becky Lynch in order to become NXT Women's Champion she is going to have to go through not just Sasha Banks but Bayley too...it is a Triple Threat Match where it is every woman for herself and all 3 women want to be NXT Women's Champion but only one of them can be
- I wonder what Sasha Banks The Boss what she thinks about having to defend her title the NXT Women's Championship against not 1 but 2 other women in the same match she doesn't even have to be pinned or even be made to submit to lose her title...33.3333333333333 percentage odds to walk out champion
- Alexa Bliss challenging Becky Lynch or Bayley for their spot in the Triple Threat Match for the NXT Women's Championship...I wonder if either one of them will put up their spot?
- American Alpha beating The Revival here...I mean with Zeb Colter and aligning themselves with a veteran like Jack Swagger I mean with American Alpha being a part of the Real Americans they have seemingly gotten better and better but can Colter lead these boys to an NXT Tag Team Championship?
- Finn Balor needs to become The Demon King...he needs to turn into The Demon
- Sami Zayn I could see him coming back by at least SummerSlam 2015
- CJ Parker surprisingly held his own here in this match but Solomon Crowe winning this match by pinfall I mean he tried to do everything he could to make CJ tap out or injure him but CJ just kept coming...so I wonder what Solomon Crowe will do? Has he gained a new respect for CJ Parker or will he just come back even harder at Parker and put him on the shelf?
- Big Show and Bo Dallas both being veterans on the main roster beating Enzo and Big Cass...well it makes sense given the fact that Aries and Roode the NXT Tag Team Champions put a hurtin on Big Cass they brutalized him earlier on in the night with steel chairs and it showed here as Big Cass could barely do anything in this match and it was essentially 2 on 1 here as Enzo had to face Big Show and Bo essentially by himself but Big Show knocking out Enzo I wonder what this win does for Bo Dallas & Big Show as a team?
- Balor vs Jushin Thunder Liger...this match is essentially a Dream Match a match of mentor taking on student because Balor he essentially trained with or under Liger and Liger being such a legend in Japan he helped mold Finn Balor and now Balor has to essentially face the man who helped make his career I can't wait to see this match

Cruiserweight Classic #5: April 29th, 2015 – Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
A video package opened the episode, showing highlights of the first round. Cedric Alexander, Kyle O’Reilly, TJ Perkins, Kota Ibushi, Matt Riddle, Tajiri, Will Ospreay, Marty Scurll, Andrade Almas, Alex Shelley, Gran Metalik, Zack Sabre Jr., Rich Swann, Jack Gallagher, Fenix, and The Brian Kendrick are the sixteen remaining participants.
Those men were discussed once again, when it was time for Bracketology, led by former Cruiserweight Champion Dean Malenko. He pointed out the mix of styles left in the tournament. There were high fliers (Ospreay, Metalik, Swann, Fenix), technicians (Sabre, Gallagher, Shelley, Perkins), stiff strikers (Ibushi, Riddle, O’Reilly), cunning vets (Tajiri, Kendrick) and guys that could do a little bit of everything (Almas, Alexander and Scurll).
Viewers were now taken to a video package to hype our first second round match. Representing Japan is former WWE Cruiserweight, Tag Team and United States Champion Tajiri. He bested Gurv Sihra in the first round and was looking to use the tournament as a way to make an official return to the WWE. His opponent calls himself, “The Villain.” Marty Scurll represents England and considers himself the best wrestler in the world, regardless of weight class.CRUISERWEIGHT CLASSIC SECOND ROUND – MARTY SCURLL VS. TAJIRI; Like the opening round, Scurll refused to shake hands. The two cunning athletes played it smart. They both avoided risks and looked for the other to make the first mistake. Tajiri went for the green mist, but Scurll ducked it and rolled him up with a handful of tights for a near fall. He took the kick out and turned it into the Chicken Wing, making Tajiri submit in 10:51.
An advertisement ran to promote Payback, which comes to you on the WWE Network on Sunday, May 17th, 2015!
A video package aired to set up the main event. Two representatives of Mexico will go head to head for the first time ever. Gran Metalik is known more for his time in Japan, but wants to be the pride of Mexico. Metalik beat Jason Lee in round one. He spoke through a translator and so did his opponent. At 24 years of age, Fenix is one of the youngest competitors in the tournament. In the first round, he defeated the legendary Jushin Thunder Liger.CRUISERWEIGHT CLASSIC SECOND ROUND – FENIX VS. GRAN METALIK; You may never find a better display of high flying action. Fenix and Gran Metalik spent the early portions of the match outdoing each other in terms of aerial displays. They brought the crowd to their feet when they landed on their feet on Fenix’s top rope C4 attempt. Gran Metalik came close to victory with several springboard moves. Fenix escaped the Metalik Driver, but Metalik still knocked him down and went up top. Fenix followed and nailed a double jump springboard rana to bring him down to the ring. He busted out a Fire Thunder Driver to put down Metalik at 14:58 and advance to the Quarterfinals.
The fans gave the match a standing ovation. Fenix and Metalik came to the center of the ring and shook hands once more. Metalik left the ring so Fenix could continue his celebration alone.
Dean Malenko spoke over clips of the competitors we’ll see next week. First, veterans will do battle as well-traveled Alex Shelley and the Brian Kendrick go at it to advance for America. Then, Mexico’s Andrade Almas goes one on one with the fun loving American, Rich Swann. In our main event, two of the top high fliers on the planet will meet for the first time ever as Japan’s Kota Ibushi faces England’s Will Ospreay.

Smackdown #819: April 30th, 2015 – I Wireless Center in Moline, Illinois
The weekly Smackdown intro video kicked things off tonight, before Mauro Ranallo, Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton welcomed viewers to the show. Cameras headed straight to the ring for the opening contest. NON-TITLE MATCH: FANDANGO W/ LAYLA VS. ROMAN REIGNS; The new United States Champion made his first appearance since winning the gold. He took out Fandango with a Spear in 3:29 to continue his hot streak. After the match, Reigns got on the microphone and said he heard Alexander Rusev on Raw. “You think Backlash was a fluke? I’m not hiding from you or anyone else. You want your US Title rematch? You got it. Believe that.” Renee Young stood by backstage to interview Tyler Breeze. Breeze entered the picture while looking at himself in his phone. Renee began asking a question, causing Tyler to look up as if just seeing her for the first time. “My god. Who let you in here looking like that?” Renee’s words got stuck in her throat, unsure of how to respond. Breeze continued, “The standards around here are lower than I thought.” Tyler walked away in disgust, leaving an embarrassed and upset Renee behind.
Viewers were taken to a recap of the altercation between the Wyatt Family and the duo of Kurt Angle and Dean Ambrose from Raw. Tonight, Bray has placed Dean in a match with Luke Harper. Plus, for the first time since WrestleMania, “The Animal” Batista returns!
THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS VS. THE USOS; Like Tyson Kidd and Cesaro did on Raw, the Usos looked to best the Prime Time Players. They successfully did just that, when Jimmy hit Darren Young with a splash at 6:03.
The WWE Tag Team Champions, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro, followed by Natalya, made their way down to the ring. Kidd had a microphone and said this was what the Usos wanted. “What’s this surprise you supposedly have for us? And make it quick because the champs are on a busy schedule.” As they walked around the ring towards commentary, Cesaro chimed in, “Fact.” Jey Uso said they admitted their loss the night after WrestleMania was fair and square. “You were the better team that night. But at Backlash, you won because of your little third wheel over there.” Kidd put his hands over Natalya’s ears so she wouldn’t have to listen to this. Jey said they found an equalizer. Naomi’s theme hit as Jimmy Uso’s wife ran down to the ring to a pop. Once inside, she nodded to the Usos and the three of them performed dives onto the champions and Natalya! Kidd and Cesaro struggled to their feet, but stumbled over away from the Usos. Kidd checked on Cesaro, while they left Natalya on the floor. The Usos and Naomi celebrated in the ring as this rivalry now has a new added element.
Backstage, Jojo stood by with John Cena. She asked him about what’s next now that Damien Sandow is in his rearview mirror. Cena said the plan remains the same. “Go through each and every person on this roster to get back to the top.” Cena was interrupted by the arrival of Christian. Christian said he came in peace. “I know we’ve had our differences in the past, but I wanted to talk to you about something.” Cena agreed, but Christian said not tonight. “How about Monday? Will you come on the Peep Show?” Cena was hesitant, unsure about trusting Christian. However, he shook Christian’s hand and agreed.
CAMERON VS. CHARLOTTE; Fresh off a win over Summer Rae at Backlash, Charlotte continued to move up the ranks of the division, this time by beating Cameron with Natural Selection in 2:50.
A mixed reaction filled the I Wireless Center as Batista stepped through the curtain for the first time in a month. He made his way down to the ring and got on the microphone, explaining that he was away to film a movie. “Yea, that’s right. I’m that kind of star now. The box office one who comes and goes as he pleases.” The fans booed that, so Batista cited how they always cheer a guy like the Rock. “Anyway, while I was gone, I kept up with what was going on around here. I know the Wyatts are in charge, I know Kurt Angle returned, I know John Cena’s starting at the bottom. But one thing stands out above them all. Randy Orton.” The fans were surprised at this. Batista called Orton to the ring to talk face to face. Orton obliged to a hearty ovation from Moline. Once in the ring, Orton shook hands with his former tag team partner and asked what this was all about. Batista proceeded to rip into Orton, surprising “The Viper.” Batista chastised him for how he’s treated the situation with Cody Rhodes. “I lost to Daniel Bryan and Brock Lesnar at the last two WrestleManias and guess what? I didn’t shake their hands. I didn’t become their tag team partner and I didn’t become their friend. What the hell happened to you, Randy? Last year, you were on top of the world. You were the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. You and I ran through this company as the Tag Team Champions. You know why we did so well? Because we were ruthless.” Batista said Orton should’ve annihilated Cody at Backlash and punted him in the head. He called Orton soft and shoved the microphone into his chest, before exiting. Orton stared out at him, but didn’t respond, choosing to watch him head up the ramp. “Come to think of it, is Batista right?” asked Byron Saxton.
The commentary trio informed the WWE Universe that, due to Roman Reigns' words earlier tonight, a new match has been added to Payback!
BAD NEWS BARRETT VS. SHEAMUS; For the first time in 2015, Bad News Barrett was in action. The fans were way behind him as he battled his former Authority running buddy. Sheamus came close on a few occasions, but fell to a vicious Bull Hammer at 10:04. Barrett couldn’t celebrate his win for long, as WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins hit the ring. He went to hit Barrett with the title, but Barrett ducked. He went for the Bull Hammer, but Seth quickly dropped to the mat and rolled outside. A frustrated Seth declined Barrett’s dare to get back in the ring. “For the second straight show, Bad News Barrett has gotten the better of Seth Rollins,” said Mauro Ranallo.
Viewers were taken to a recap of CM Punk’s attack on Daniel Bryan on Monday. After Bryan beat him at Backlash, CM Punk attacked Bryan on Raw and opened a chair on his throat, before sitting on it. Punk has been told to stay home and Bryan is resting. “Daniel Bryan has promised to be back on Monday, where he will call out CM Punk for a confrontation. Those two combustible elements are sure to explode on Monday,” said Tom Phillips.
An advertisement ran to promote the Cruiserweight Classic. Round Two continues next week, on the WWE Network!
DOLPH ZIGGLER VS. THE MIZ W/ SUMMER RAE; During this battle of Ohio born stars, WWE Intercontinental Champion Adrian Neville was watching on a monitor. Summer Rae attempted to cheat for Miz, but an Irish whip counter led her to accidentally trip Miz. Miz turned and yelled at her, allowing Dolph to win with the Zig Zag in 6:28. As Dolph headed up the ramp celebrating, Miz glared at a cowering Summer Rae.
A vignette ran for the Ascension. They guaranteed to get back to sending teams to the wasteland.
DEAN AMBROSE VS. LUKE HARPER W/ ERICK ROWAN; It was one of the harder hitting main events in recent Smackdown memory. Luke Harper and Dean Ambrose threw everything at one another. Erick Rowan threw in a few cheap shots behind the referee’s back. Dean slipped free of Harper’s grasp and too out an unsuspecting Rowan with a tope suicida. Back inside, Dean ducked the discus lariat but ran into a bit boot. He fell to the ropes and rebounded out with his own clothesline. Luke hit the ropes and fell right into Dirty Deeds for the finish at 10:18. Rowan slid in the ring and attacked Dean from behind. He put the boots to him, joined by Luke Harper. Kurt Angle hit the scene to a huge ovation. Kurt ducked a shot from Rowan and took him over with a German suplex. Harper clubbed him on the back a few times, only for Dean to stand and knock him over the top from behind. Harper and Rowan went to get back in, but the Wyatt signature hit the screen. Bray Wyatt appeared on the Titantron, telling Harper and Rowan to stay back. “I’m an honest, fair man, Dean. You bested me tonight and for that, I must applaud you. Even the greatest of leaders lose some battles, we just don’t lose wars.” Bray continued by saying he chose the next battle in this war. Dean and Kurt looked eager to get their hands on the Wyatt Family. “This Monday night on Raw, Kurt Angle and Dean Ambrose will get just what I know they want.” Their faces changed when Bray booked Ambrose vs. Angle for Raw. The fans popped as Dean and Kurt stared down one another. Bray laughed at them as the show went off the air.

Raw #1145: May 4th, 2015 – Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Kicking off Raw on the USA Network was the theme music of Daniel Bryan. As he made his way down to the ring, to a chorus of “Yes” chants, video was shown of CM Punk’s attack on him last Monday night. Before entering the ring, Bryan got a chair from ringside. Once inside, he took a seat and got down to business. “I’ve got something to get off my chest. CM Punk, get your ass out here!” There was no response for several seconds. Bryan said he had all night to wait. Finally, “Cult of Personality” played and CM Punk stepped out onto the stage. He asked Bryan how his throat felt. Bryan stood and stared a hole through Punk. “Each and every week, you come out here and cross the line. You turned your back on me as your partner and friend, you put your hands on my wife and you tried ending my career last week.” Punk interrupted, saying it would never stop until he came out on top. “I told you Daniel, you don’t get to win.” Bryan said it needed to come to an end and that’s why he called Punk out. “You and I, one final time. Regardless of who wins, we’re done afterwards.” Punk seemed to like the idea and agreed, with the caveat that it happen at Payback. “I’m a star and people will pay to watch me compete.” Punk went to leave but Bryan called him back for one final announcement. “You’ll get a match at Payback, but I want something different. Just beating you one more time is not enough. I want to end you.” The fans cheered loudly for that as Bryan got closer to his point. “You and I, Three Stages of Hell.” That brought the WWE Universe to their feet. Punk had a concerned look on his face for a moment, but shook it off and nodded in agreement.
DOLPH ZIGGLER VS. RANDY ORTON; Batista’s harsh words on Smackdown were shown during Orton’s entrance. When Orton began hitting the mat in preparation for the RKO, Batista strolled to ringside. Orton stopped and directed him to leave. That gave Ziggler the opening to roll him up and steal the match at 6:11.
Randy Orton couldn’t believe what happened. Dolph Ziggler stood on the middle rope and celebrated, Orton looked over at Batista, who pointed at Dolph. Batista could be heard shouting, “Is this what you’ve become? Rip his head off!” Orton looked back and forth between Batista and Dolph, before pulling Dolph off the second rope and planting him with the RKO. The fans booed as Orton backed away, unsure of what to do next. Batista continued to egg him on, now from the apron. Orton stepped back to the corner across from Dolph. He sized Dolph up for the Punt. Suddenly, Cody Rhodes burst onto the scene and stood in front of Orton. Randy was fixated on Dolph, but Cody got in face and talked him down. Batista smirked as he walked away, leaving Cody to continue to calm Orton down. NON-TITLE MATCH: AJ LEE VS. SUMMER RAE W/ THE MIZ; While at ringside, Miz didn’t care about anything Summer Rae did inside. AJ Lee was in control throughout, winning with the Black Widow in 2:33. The Miz looked unimpressed with Summer’s performance. While AJ Lee celebrated, Paige was shown watching on a monitor backstage. “This Thursday on Smackdown, Paige and AJ Lee will come face to face to sign the contract for their showdown at Payback,” explained Michael Cole.
An advertisement ran to promote Payback, which airs live on the WWE Network on May 17th.
Renee Young stood by with Rusev and Lana. She asked for their thoughts on Rusev getting his US Title rematch at Payback. Lana went to speak, but Rusev stopped her. He simply said that justice has been served. “Roman Reigns got lucky at Backlash. No man can beat me twice in a row. At Payback, I will CRUSH Roman Reigns like a cracker over soup.” He walked off, leaving Renee and Lana looking confused.
JUSTIN GABRIEL VS. SHEAMUS; Sheamus has been rather quiet in recent months. He righted the ship a bit by winning here, with a Brogue Kick in 3:09.
Returning to the arena, it was set up for the Peep Show. Christian stood in the middle of the ring and introduced his talk show. “On Smackdown, I asked this man to appear on the Peep Show tonight as a special favor.” Christian brought out John Cena, who got his usual mixed reaction from the WWE Universe. It didn’t bother him, as he charged to the ring with the usual vigor we’ve come to expect from him. Once in the ring, the pair shook hands and Christian got down to business. He took things back about ten years. “I was talking a big game. I called you out on several occasions. Then, you got drafted to Raw and were the WWE Champion. You had what I wanted more than anything in the world. So what did I do? I ran my big mouth and called you out again. And I found myself staring up at the ceiling while your music played and you celebrated.” There was some venom in what Christian said, causing Cena to ready himself for a fight. Christian assured him that wouldn’t be the case. He added that he’s had some rough months lately and has failed to gain any real traction, while Cena’s been “the man” for a decade. “What I’m saying, John, is that I may only have one more match in me and I’d be honored-“
The music of the New Day interrupted Christian’s speech, as Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods stepped onto the stage. Woods spoke first, saying they weren’t out here to be rude. “To be rude is to be negative and we are all about the positivity.” Big E claimed they came out because of what John Cena’s been up to lately. “You been going up and down this roster, beating every Superstar in your path and we have just one question for you.” Cena leaned forward, wondering when the question was coming. It was Kofi who asked, “Why were you so negative when Bray Wyatt sent you on this quest through the WWE roster?” Kofi added that it was the kind of thing Cena has purposely avoided for years. Cena said he wasn’t ducking any challengers. Kofi responded that Cena has never faced him one on one, despite being on the same show for years. “In fact, I believe you’ve faced every other possible Superstar in that span, except me. “I been saying the same thing since day one around here. You want some, come get some. Whether it’s you, you, or you,” said Cena as he pointed at each New Day member, lastly on Kofi. Christian interrupted, saying he had Cena on the show for a reason and would like to get back to that. Xavier chimed in again, saying that the focus isn’t on Christian. “Right now, what you need to understand is that the New Day are putting John Cena next on our list, not the other way around. John Boy, you will learn the power of positivity.” The New Day danced on the stage, while Cena stared them down and Christian remained frustrated behind them.
Backstage, Kurt Angle was interviewed about his main event match with Dean Ambrose. Angle said that he and Dean worked together a few weeks ago, and they have a common enemy in the Wyatt Family, but there’s no way he holds anything back tonight.
Cameras cut to a video being streamed from the Hart Family Dungeon. Tyson Kidd and Cesaro were shown doing various workouts and grappling exchanges, while Natalya officiates. Once that montage ends, the three speak to the camera. Kidd directs the words at the Usos, saying this is why they’re the better team. “I was the last graduate of the Hart Dungeon.” Cesaro added in, “Fact.” Kidd continued, saying Cesaro has been named an honorary graduate by he, Natalya, and uncle Bret.” Cesaro smiled and said, “Fact.” Tyson lastly noted that Natalya is royalty and was the only woman to graduate from this hallowed ground, so nothing Naomi could do would even remotely affect her.” This time, Natalya ended with, “Fact.”
NON-TITLE MATCH: BO DALLAS W/ BIG SHOW VS. WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPION ROMAN REIGNS; In something of a warm-up match before his rematch with Alexander Rusev, Roman Reigns ran through Bo Dallas. He beat him with a Spear in 2:25.
NON-TITLE MATCH: WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION ADRIAN NEVILLE VS. WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION SETH ROLLINS; As one would expect, these two turned in one of the better matches on Raw in recent memory. Tons of near falls and close calls for Neville. At one point, he hit the Red Arrow and seemed to win, but Rollins got his foot on the bottom rope. The referee got hit, so Seth went outside to use his title as a weapon. Bad News Barrett, who was on commentary, snatched the title away from him. Seth threatened to hit him, but decided against it since BNB had the title. Seth rolled inside and was pulled into a small package for a three count in 10:07! Neville quickly exited the ring to celebrate, while Barrett laughed at the furious Rollins.
Like Kurt Angle earlier, Dean Ambrose was interviewed by Renee Young about the main event. Dean agreed with everything Kurt said. “We do have a common enemy, but there also might not be two crazier SOBs in the WWE. So, we’ll go out there, beat the holy hell out of each other, and once it’s over, the Wyatt Family will still have a giant target on their backs.”
ALBERTO DEL RIO VS. TYLER BREEZE; The former World Heavyweight Champion proved to be a tough challenge for “Prince Pretty.” Though Breeze came up just short of capturing the Intercontinental Championship, she’s still a formidable competitor. Del Rio went for his signature armbar, but Breeze had a counter ready with a rollup. Del Rio kicked out but was instantly greeted with the Supermodel Kick and Beauty Shot, giving Breeze a big win in 6:44.
An Ascension vignette ran. They declared a return to the “wasteland” this Thursday on Smackdown.
DEAN AMBROSE VS. KURT ANGLE; As they hinted to in their interviews earlier, Ambrose and Angle held absolutely nothing back They hit each other with everything they had. Within minutes, the intensity was revved up and Dean was trapped in the Ankle Lock. He rolled out, sending Angle to the corner. Dean exploded with a clothesline that kept both men down for a bit. Suddenly, the Wyatt signature hit the screen at the 4:50 mark. The Wyatt Family, including Bray, all appeared in the ring to surround the wounded warriors. Dean and Kurt struggled to their feet and stood back to back, facing off against the Wyatts. Dean and Kurt charged forward, attacking Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. The pairs did battle, while Bray mostly stood and watched. As Dean got the upper hand on Rowan, Bray finally got in on the action, leveling Dean in the back. Angle tried grabbing Harper in an Ankle Lock, but the numbers overwhelmed him. Bray grabbed him for Sister Abigail. Before he could plant the kiss on Angle’s forehead, Brock Lesnar’s theme hit the speakers and the crowd came unglued. The “Beast” ran down to the ring, leaving Paul Heyman in the dust. Rowan ran outside to greet Brock, but just got completely run over. Brock slid inside and traded blows with Harper. Brock ducked a right hand and delivered a German suplex. Rowan entered again and got hit with one as well. The fans roared as Brock stared across at Bray Wyatt, who, for the first time in months, looked startled and unsure what to do. Brock moved towards him but the Wyatt signature hit again. When the lights came back on, the Wyatt Family was gone, leaving Brock Lesnar in the ring in the midst of a huge reaction from the fans. Dean and Kurt used the ropes to help themselves up, as they looked at Brock with surprise and confusion on their faces, as the show faded to black.

- Punk vs Bryan in 3 Stages of Hell at Payback and it being the final encounter between these 2 men makes sense. Basically 3 Stages of Hell is a 2 out of 3 Falls Match but with stipulations I am sure and I can see it now. The first match will probably be a regular singles match and then the 2nd match will probably be a Street Fight and the last fall if it goes to a last fall it will probably be in a Steel Cage.
- It seems Cena has a new feud and it is with none other than The New Day but I wonder if Cena will face one, 2 or all 3 members of The New Day? If he does will he face them on his own? Or will Christian be his tag team partner?
- It is pretty obvious what Batista is trying to do in that he is trying to bring back The Viper of old he is trying to turn Orton heel and I would say it is more or less working

NXT #276: May 6th, 2015 – Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
This week’s NXT opened by going straight to the ring for the opening contest.
CHAD GABLE W/ THE ALL-AMERICAN REAL AMERICANS VS. JOHNNY GARGANO W/ TOMMASO CIAMPA; Two of the brightest young stars on the NXT roster did battle. Gable and Gargano traded some excellent mat exchanges. Jason Jordan tripped Gargano at one point, causing Ciampa to run around the ring and brawl with him. When Jack Swagger helped, that brought out Apollo Crews to join the fray. During the chaos, Gable rolled Gargano into Chaos Theory to score the victory in 6:40. Officials made their way to the ring to break things up and keep the units apart.
The final piece in the trilogy of videos surrounding the participants in the NXT Women’s Title match at TakeOver aired. This one focused on Sasha Banks. Footage was shown of her time on the independent scene, as well as of her childhood. Sasha grew up idolizing Eddie Guerrero and wanting to be a Superstar just like him. Sasha said that she’s worked her ass off in an effort to get to where she is right now. “I am the best women’s wrestler this company has ever seen. Don’t believe me? Look at this title on my shoulder. No matter who steps in front of me, I beat them. Charlotte? Please. Becky? Ask her how her arm feels. Bayley? She tapped out in front of her family. At TakeOver, facing two challengers instead of one just saves me time.”
An advertisement ran to plug the WWE Network.
New backstage interviewer Kayla Braxton stood by to interview Hideo Itami. She asked him for his thoughts on getting in the ring with Kevin Owens in tonight’s main event ahead of their NXT Title match. Itami said he first came after Owens because of what he did to Finn Balor. He hasn’t forgotten that and promised to show Owens why his style is kick.
BARON CORBIN VS. BULL DEMPSEY; It wasn’t as quick as some of his other matches, but Baron Corbin still handily beat Bull Dempsey with the End of Days in 0:58. Corbin gained more momentum heading into a clash with Shelton Benjamin at TakeOver.
Alexa Bliss was shown talking strategy with Blake and Murphy on a couch backstage. Becky Lynch came up to them and wanted a word with Alexa. Blake and Murphy stood in front of Alexa, but she waved them down and made them leave. Becky spoke, saying she heard Alexa last week. “And you’re absolutely right about one thing. You deserve a chance. But, I don’t take kindly to people calling me a failure. So, meet me in the ring next week. If you win, you get my spot at TakeOver.” Alexa smiled and went to leave, but Becky grabbed her arm to stop her. She added that she was going to show Alexa just how much of a failure she isn’t.
Viewers were taken to a special video package that hyped up Jushin Thunder Liger. The Japanese legend made sever appearances with WCW in the 1990s, but has never stepped foot in a WWE branded ring. That all changes on May 20th at TakeOver: Unstoppable when he faces a man he helped train, Finn Balor.
Devin Taylor stood by with CJ Parker. She asked him about the big win over Solomon Crowe last week. CJ said it was the kind of thing he’s been gunning for since he got to NXT. “I got too wrapped up in things outside of the ring. But now, I’m laser focused on getting better each day and it may sound funny to some people, but I’ve got the NXT Title in my sights.”
From his office, William Regal addressed the camera with an announcement. “Due to the events of earlier tonight, one final match has been added to TakeOver: Unstoppable. On side of the ring, you’ll have the three members of the All-American Real Americans, and opposite them will be Apollo Crews, Johnny Gargano, and Tommaso Ciampa in a six-man tag team match.”
AUSTIN ARIES, BOBBY ROODE, AND KEVIN OWENS VS. BIG CASS, ENZO AMORE, AND HIDEO ITAMI W/ CARMELLA; The three male champions of NXT teamed up to form a super trio against their challengers for TakeOver. The team of challengers got off to a hot start, but ran into trouble when Enzo got the tag. The champions isolated him and picked him apart. He finally made the big tag to Itami, who came in kicking everything in sight. Owens did his best to avoid him, but got lit up as well. Itami got Owens up for the GTS, but Roode pulled him to safety. He sent Itami to the corner, where Enzo tagged himself in. After Roode and Itami fought outside, Enzo was left alone with Owens, who hit him with a Popup Powerbomb for the finish in 14:02.
Itami quickly re-entered the ring, but Kevin Owens slid away and left up the ramp with his partners in celebration. Cass checked on Enzo, while Itami stared out at the NXT Title.
