You should reply to both Raw and Smackdown since I keep replying to you even though you hate me and my diary, you chocolate bitch hunk tourist! We start off with John Cena and Bray Wyatt again, which was fine. It's the second biggest match come Sunday and I wouldn't mind, honestly, seeing Bray win although I feel Cena might. We get a good opener out of this with Cena beating Harper but Luke doesn't tap, making him look strong even if he doesn't absolutely need to right at this moment. Next up we get Paige obviously winning over the likes of Emma. Tamina Snuka being her top contender was obvious after the past week of stuff. A nice bridge feud for Paige to get over with. WOOOO! DA NAICHA BOAH IS RETURNEN HERE TONEIGHT AND HE IS STYEHLIN' AND PROFEHLIN'! WOOOO! #DropsDeadInMiddleOfTheRing. Bo Dallas with the win over Sin Cara was what it was. It's Bo. HERE WE GO! HERE WE GO! GET YOUR JACKETS AND ELBOW DROPS READY CUZ HERE COMES DA WOOOOOOOO! NAICHA BOEH! Pretty similar to the thing we saw in reality with Flair showing his support of The Shield. Seth Rollins gets the win via disqualification as Evolution gets involved, the brawl taking place. The only problem I have with the Evolution vs Shield match at Payback is that it isn't stipulated when, coming off of WarGames, maybe it should be? Alexander Rusev. Alexander still doesn't sound right to put in. Anyway, he wins his invitational to no surprise and he beats not one, but two bla--- men. Truth and Woods didn't stand a chance. Curious as to who will answer the call at Payback. Good win for Kofi Kingston and Rob Van Dam over The Rhodes Brothers Brotherhood whatever you want to call them. Rybaxel getting involved was a nice touch to build up the tag team turmoil on Sunday. Hey yo, we got ourselves an NXT Showcase match! Cool inclusion and obviously the NXT Champion Adrian Neville was going to get the win on a televised Raw. Dolph Ziggler beats Fandango but I feel like the thing that people would care about more out of the whole thing was BNB and Christian on commentary being bitches. Big E and Cesaro beat Jack Swagger and Sheamus, all good here. I see Cesaro winning his match at Payback while Sheamus wins his at the end of the day. Finally, we get a good concluding segment here with the contract signing between Daniel Bryan and Kane. Seems weird to have Kane of all people in a contract signing but being The Authority's monster it makes sense. Obviously, Bryan will walk out the winner at Payback but making Kane seem like a threat to end this Raw was good, as was the show you tourist.

Final Payback match signed! Two Mondays ago, on a special Raw from the United Kingdom, 21 year old Paige ended AJ Lee's record reign as Divas Champion. This made Paige the youngest Divas Champion in history. Since then, AJ Lee has not been heard from, which upsets her bodyguard, Tamina, more than anyone else. She made her intentions clear this past Friday on Smackdown before attacking Paige last night on Raw. Due to the attack, Paige demanded a match with Tamina and she didn't care if the belt was on the line. Well, it will be when Paige faces Tamina for the Divas Championship this Sunday at Payback!

WWE Main Event: May 27th, 2014 – Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia
After the weekly opening video, we cut straight to the raucous crowd in Atlanta, Georgia, where Byron Saxton and Tom Phillips welcome everyone to the show. They promise that tonight’s main event could be one of the hardest hitting matches in this show’s history when Sheamus takes on Roman Reigns! We go to the opening contest to kick things off here. CODY RHODES VS. CURTIS AXEL VS. ROB VAN DAM; Last night on Raw, Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston defeated Cody Rhodes and Goldust, only for Rybaxel to show up and lay out both teams. Due to that, RVD and Cody both go after Curtis Axel right at the bell. They trade off beating him up as Ryback looks furious outside. He gets on the apron to get involved, but Kofi Kingston and Goldust pull him down and begin to wail away on him. Inside, with Axel down on the mat, Cody and RVD begin to trade shots. RVD is able to hit the Rolling Thunder but his near fall is broken up by Axel. Axel now works over RVD and signals for the Axehole, but Cody springboards off the middle rope, hitting the Disaster Kick to get the 1-2-3. Cody Rhodes defeats Curtis Axel and Rob Van Dam!Cody Rhodes gets to his feet as Goldust slides into the ring with him. He raises his brother’s arm in victory as Ryback pulls Curtis Axel from the ring. They back up the ramp, not pleased at all. To continue the show of respect that both teams have for each other, Kofi Kingston and Rob Van Dam stay behind to shake hands with the Brotherhood.
Byron Saxton takes us to a recap of the continuing issues between the Shield and Evolution. After being decimated by Evolution last week, the Shield was back in full force last night on Raw. Ric Flair, former Evolution member, was in attendance and he surprised everyone by picking the Shield as the winners come Payback. This angered Evolution but before they could do anything, the Shield intervened, leading to a match between Seth Rollins and Randy Orton. The two gladiators did battle until it ended via disqualification and a brawl ensued. One thing is certain; when these teams meet this Sunday, it is going to be a war.
Tom Phillips now informs us that he was just told of breaking news. This Friday night on Smackdown, a main event has been officially signed. “In the ongoing war between John Cena and Bray Wyatt, Cena has been very alone. Even the Cenation seems to have turned their backs on the 14 time World Heavyweight Champion. However, he has found some help in the form of the WWE Tag Team Champions because this Friday, he teams with the Usos to take on the Wyatt Family in a huge six man tag team main event!"
An ad runs to hype the upcoming Greatest Factions in History DVD. It highlights the Four Horsemen, D-Generation X, the nWo, Evolution, the Shield and more. TITUS O’NEIL VS. ZACK RYDER; To continue the ongoing theme of Damien Sandow coming out during Titus O’Neil matches, he does so basically at the bell here. Titus gives him a confused look once again, which allows Zack Ryder to strike early. The crowd is behind him as he gets in some offense and even busts out the Broski Boot. He sizes up Titus for the Rough Ryder, but the “Big Deal” just slams him down from the air. He looks pissed that he was close to losing this one. He hits Ryder with some impactful moves before the Clash of the Titus is able to score the victory. Titus O’Neil defeats Zack Ryder!Damien Sandow seems impressed as he turns and heads up the ramp. Titus O’Neil barks after the referee raises his arm in victory, but then stares up at Damien and still looks a bit confused. Commentary also ponders what the meaning of all of this is.
The Raw Rebound airs, focusing on the contract signing between Kane and Daniel Bryan last night. Stephanie McMahon overlooked it as Bryan cut a passionate promo about how personal this upcoming match has become. They got into it only for Kane to once again leave our WWE World Heavyweight Champion lying.
An advertisement runs to promote Slam City. See what happens when the WWE Superstars get fired and are forced to get regular 9-5 jobs, only on the WWE Network! BRIE BELLA VS. TAMINA SNUKA; Earlier today on wwe.com, it was officially announced that Tamina Snuka would be receiving a Divas Championship match at Payback this Sunday. Commentary mentions that the Authority put Brie Bella into the ring against this ferocious competitor as some sort of punishment directed at Daniel Bryan. Brie has the crowd firmly in her corner as they shout “BRIE MODE” along with her before she nails her trademark missile dropkick. Nikki Bella cheers her on at ringside, but Tamina starts to use her power and just tosses Brie around. Just like she did to Paige last night, Tamina hits a Samoan drop and climbs up top. The Superfly Splash connects and leads her to the win. Tamina Snuka defeats Brie Bella!Nikki Bella enters the ring to check on her sister as Tamina Snuka looks down on them. She grabs Nikki by the hair and plants her with a Samoan drop too! The fans boo loudly as Tamina has been on quite the warpath since AJ Lee lost the Divas Title and disappeared.
Renee Young is in the back, standing by with the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Sheamus. She asks him for his opinions on tonight’s big match against Roman Reigns just five days before he defends his gold against Big E. Sheamus surprisingly laughs, saying this is the kind of stuff he thrives on. “In this situation, a lot of other guys would think that it was unfair to face someone like Roman Reigns right before a title defense. But not me. I want to fight. You know why I want to fight? Because I’m damn good at it. It’s why the Authority chose me to join them and why they chose me to teach Roman a lesson. Roman is about to find out first hand why you don’t mess with us.”
A graphic appears to tell us what the most watched shows on the WWE Network were this past week. Leading the pack is Legends House, followed by Main Event, NXT and Extreme Rules. This leads us to Byron Saxton and Tom Phillips taking time out to run down the card for this Sunday’s Payback event. We will see the Alexander Rusev Invitational on the Kickoff show before heading into the main show. On that show Sheamus defends the Intercontinental Title against Big E, Christian puts the United States Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against Dolph Ziggler and Bad News Barrett and Paige makes her first defense of the Divas Title against Tamina. There will also be a Tag Team Turmoil match to determine the top contenders for the Usos and their Tag Team Titles while a former tag team, Cesaro and Jack Swagger, collide. Then, we have the three biggest matches. Bray Wyatt and John Cena have their rubber match in an Ambulance match, the Shield goes to war with Evolution and Daniel Bryan puts the WWE World Heavyweight Title on the line against the Demon, Kane! NON-TITLE MATCH: SHEAMUS VS. ROMAN REIGNS; Talk about two hard hitting competitors colliding. It is clear right from the get go that these two aren’t holding back as they just come out wailing on each other. To be honest, it is quite the sight to behold. As things calm a bit, Sheamus takes control, just wearing down the powerhouse of the Shield. Roman Reigns is a fighter though, and he doesn’t give up despite Sheamus pounding away. He begins to fire up behind the roar of the crowd, nailing his apron dropkick and the Superman punch. Roman shouts for the Spear but Sheamus dodges it and he crashes into the post. Sheamus now calls for the Brogue Kick but Reigns is now the one able to dodge and Sheamus’ momentum carries him outside. When he re-enters, Reigns pounces, but Sheamus just hits him with a low blow and the referee calls for the bell. Roman Reigns defeats Sheamus via disqualification! As the fans rain boos down on the ring, Sheamus has a sick smile on his face. It looks like he isn’t done with Roman Reigns as he heads outside to grab a steel chair. “Byron, it looks to me like the Authority has sent Sheamus out here to hurt Roman Reigns!” exclaims Tom Phillips. Sheamus waits for Reigns to get to his feet, only for the theme of the Shield to hit. The WWE Universe buzzes at the sight of Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins charges the ring form the stands. Sheamus realizes that he doesn’t have much time and just levels Reigns with three chair shots to the back. He then exits the ring before the Shield get there. They challenge him to come back in the ring but he’s up by the ramp now. Evolution appears behind him with smiles on their faces as Sheamus has done what he was asked to do tonight.

NXT TakeOver: May 29th, 2014 – Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
The Pre-Show panel for NXT TakeOver consists of Renee Young, Paul Heyman and special guest, Bret “The Hitman” Hart. Paul Heyman spends a good chunk of the Pre-Show hyping up Brock Lesnar conquering the Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania, while still finding the time to discuss the future stars. He says that he could be here scouting a future Paul Heyman guy or girl. Bret Hart focuses on the Tyler Breeze vs. Tyson Kidd match due to his past with Tyson. They both do talk about the NXT Championship, with Bret mainly pointing out that he’s been in Adrian Neville’s shoes before as the champion defending against a much bigger opponent and that he believes Neville will retain tonight.
To open the broadcast, the WWE Signature flashes across the screen but seems to have technical issues as it cuts right into the NXT intro video, showing that NXT is really taking over tonight. We move to an opening video package that shows the successful NXT Superstars and Divas that have made it to the main roster. This includes the Shield, Big E, Bray Wyatt, Cesaro, Paige and Alexander Rusev. It then turns to a video focusing on the current crop of NXT stars. Cutting to the arena, Tom Phillips, Byron Saxton and William Regal introduce the broadcast as they will be on commentary. TYLER BREEZE VS. TYSON KIDD; Tyson Kidd comes to the ring with a confident look on his face and Natalya on his arm. He gets a good luck kiss from her before locking up with Tyler Breeze. As they exchange early holds, the fans begin the “Nattie’s Husband” chant again, which clearly gets to Tyson. Natalya looks worried about Tyson’s reaction to this, as it distracts him enough for Breeze to take him over and apply a headlock. The fans chant “gorgeous headlock” as he wrenches it in. Breeze continues to get in his offense, including a big implant DDT that only earns him two. He goes for the Beauty Shot, but Tyson ducks and sets up for the Sharpshooter! “With Bret Hart backstage, Tyson Kidd is looking to do him proud” says Byron Saxton. Kidd locks it in, but Breeze is close to the ropes and latches on. Kidd starts to get in some of his signature offense, like a springboard elbow drop and even a suicide dive. Instead of capitalizing on that dive however, he once again asks for a kiss on the check from his wife. He rolls Breeze inside, but when he follows in, is met with a Supermodel kick. Breeze covers for two. “How close was that near fall?” asks Tom Phillips. When Breeze goes to lift him, Tyson greets him with his own superkick! He tries the Sharpshooter again, but as the fans chant “Nattie’s Husband” again, he stops to look out at them in disdain. This allows Breeze to pull him into an inside cradle for a close two count. They get up at the same time, and Breeze nails the Beauty Shot to pick up the victory. Tyler Breeze defeats Tyson Kidd!Tyler Breeze’s new theme music, sung by him, plays as he receives a mixed reaction from the NXT Universe. He picks up his cellphone at ringside and takes a selfie in which Tyson Kidd could be seen laid out behind him. He exits up the ramp as Natalya checks on Tyson. He gets to his feet and slightly shoves her away, drawing boos from the crowd. He realizes what he’s done, but doesn’t seem to care actually. He begins to yell at Natalya, seemingly blaming her for the loss. “You were supposed to be good luck!” shouts Tyson. He continues to berate her before storming off, leaving Natalya standing alone and tearing up as the fans boo loudly.
We turn from that somber scene to something more cheery as commentary directs us to a video package for Sami Zayn. It first discusses his rise through the independent ranks before making his mark in NXT. We see how the rivalry with Cesaro helped mold him as he earned the respect of one of the top competitors in the world. The final things discussed are his personal and bitter feud with Corey Graves, which comes to a head tonight in a Falls Count Anywhere match. NXT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: THE ASCENSION (C) VS. ENZO AMORE AND COLIN CASSADY; Normally, the fans in Full Sail University are pretty behind the NXT Tag Team Champions, but tonight they are more in the corner of the charismatic challengers. Enzo Amore starts things with Viktor, who he defeated on in singles action a few weeks ago. Viktor seems pissed about that still, and wails away on Enzo from the start. He and Konnor use quick tags to really beat down on the smaller half of their opponents. “You see how the Ascension cut the ring in half? Things like that are exactly why they’ve been NXT Tag Team Champions for a record 239 days” says William Regal. The crowd does their best to help rally Enzo, who is able to make the hot tag to his seven foot tall partner. Big Cass comes in on fire, taking out both Konnor and Viktor with big offense. He nails Viktor with a big boot and tags in Enzo. He launches Enzo from the top, but Viktor rolls out and dodges it. Konnor clotheslines Cass outside before the champions set up for the Fall of Man. They hit it, nearly cutting Enzo in half, which is enough to keep the belts. The Ascension defeats Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship! The referee hands the Ascension their NXT Tag Team Titles, which they raise high in the air. Colin Cassady pulls his little buddy’s fallen body out of the ring, and carries him off over his shoulder in disappointment. Meanwhile, the Ascension pose in the ring after another successful title defense. It raises the question of just who in the world can beat these guys.
Similar to the Sami Zayn hype video from earlier, we see one now for Corey Graves. It highlights Graves’ past and his tattoo addiction. We then see some of his successes in NXT before he began to target Sami Zayn. Their wars that have spilled throughout the arena are showcased, with Corey stating that Sami is the kind of guy that NXT would like to build around. “Look at him. He has the nice guy look and he could be the poster boy for NXT. Not someone like me.” He says that because he looks different, he gets passed over for the opportunities that Sami gets, but that all ends tonight when he beats him.
ADAM ROSE VS. BO DALLAS; The party gets started as the Exotic Express arrives, while Bo Dallas gives them a smile. Once the bell rings though, his smile fades and he turns serious. He is in control at the start, but Adam Rose seems to want to have fun, as he breaks free of a hold and prances around the ring. Bo is irritated by this, but tries to keep his calm and gives another smile. This continues, with Bo growing more frustrated each time until he finally snaps and begins to yell at Adam. This causes Adam to clearly tell Bo not to be a lemon, bringing laughter from the crowd. “Poor Bo Dallas is growing very tired of Adam Rose’s games” says Byron Saxton. Things get a bit more serious after this, with both guys jockeying for the advantage and neither gaining a clear one. Rose hits an impressive rolling lariat that only earns him two. Bo fires back with the Bodog, which also only get a near fall. He complains to the official about this, shouting that he’s the longest reigning NXT Champion in history. Bo waits for Rose to get up and hits his double arm DDT, but when he covers, Rose gets his foot on the bottom rope! “Uh-oh, Bo Dallas is throwing a fit” explains William Regal. Bo is so upset that he begins to shout at the Rosebuds who are jumping around outside. This distraction is the opening Rose needs, as he nails the Party Foul to pick up the 1-2-3. Adam Rose defeats Bo Dallas! There is basically a party in the stands as the fans come to their feet for Adam Rose’s victory. He rolls outside to celebrate with the Exotic Express, before they go through the crowd and its one giant party. As they dance around, Bo Dallas gets to his feet and realizes that he lost, as tears begin to run down his face. Bo Dallas is absolutely distraught that he suffered a loss here tonight. He looks more hurt by the second as he watches the Exotic Express and NXT Universe enjoy what just transpired.
Tom Phillips reminds us that tonight, there is a special airing of Legends House on the WWE Network! Instead of airing at the normal 8PM time, it has been moved to 10PM due to tonight’s NXT TakeOver. A preview of the episode airs following his plug. We go backstage where Tyson Kidd is shown in his locker room, very disappointed in himself. Bret Hart enters the locker room and comes face to face with Tyson. Bret speaks, “I’ve known you for a long time Tyson, hell you’re like a son to me. But what the hell were you thinking out there? Don’t you ever speak to Nattie like that again.” He continues to tell Tyson off for yelling at Natalya, while Tyson shrugs it off like it’s no big deal. He cuts Bret off, “Listen old man. I appreciate everything you and your family have done for me, but Natalya is my wife now and if I tell her that my loss is her fault, then it is and there’s not a damn thing anyone can do about it.” He storms off leaving Bret at a loss for words. FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE: COREY GRAVES VS. SAMI ZAYN; Just as Corey Graves is making his entrance, Sami Zayn dives outside with a gorgeous front flip plancha to start us off fast. The crowd is on their feet as Sami gives them every reason to be. He pummels Graves with right hands, showing a more aggressive side than we’re sued to. They stay in the aisle, where Graves turns the tide with a suplex onto the steel. “Believe me that does not feel good in the slightest” tells William Regal. Graves puts Sami in the ring and wisely starts to focus on the leg. He wraps it around the ring post several times. When he gets inside, he continues to target it with various moves that just wear Sami down. He applies Lucky 13, but Sami reaches the ropes. He doesn’t break the hold though as Sami pulls himself nearly out of the ring. “Corey Graves doesn’t have to break for the ropes in a Fall Count Anywhere match” explains Byron Saxton. Sami making it to the outside does force Corey to break it though. When Corey goes to follow outside, Sami hits his excellent through the ropes tornado DDT, but is unable to capitalize due to his knee. The fight moves up by commentary, where they just trade shots. Sami steps back and charges with the Helluva Kick with Corey leaning on the table. However, Graves catches the foot and goes back to Lucky 13! Sami Zayn is in a terrible position as he is unable to reach any potential rope. He is however, able to turn over, reach back and counter it into a variation of the Koji Clutch! The NXT Universe are going insane, expecting him to defeat Graves. Graves though, manages to grab Sami’s already hurt leg and pull it away from his face, back into Lucky 13! Due to the pain in his leg already, Sami is forced to submit. Corey Graves defeats Sami Zayn!Commentary and the fans at Full Sail University are stunned as they’ve just witnessed something they never expected. Corey Graves gets to his feet, looking down at Sami Zayn holding his knee for dear life. He fought for as long as he could, but was unable to overcome his leg injury. Corey Graves goes to the top of the stage and sticks his fists out to show the ‘Stay Down’ tattoo on his knuckles before heading off, making a major impact tonight.
A video package airs to promote the NXT Women’s Championship match. It starts with clips of Paige’s dominant run as NXT Women’s Champion before showing how Bayley, Sasha Banks and Charlotte have risen through the ranks. The finish to the Battle Royal a few weeks ago airs, where Bayley, Sasha and Charlotte went out at the same time, so Paige challenged all three of them. “I was not going to back down from a challenge” we see Paige say. Bayley speaks, claiming that this is her dream. “Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve wanted this and I still want it more than anyone else in this match.” Sasha Banks is shown saying that she is the Boss of NXT. “I run Charlotte, I ran Summer Rae and when I win that title, I’ll run the entire division.” The last person that talks is Charlotte. She claims that Sasha can think she runs things all she wants, but she is where she is because it’s her destiny. “I am genetically superior to all of these other girls and I will prove it tonight.” NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP: PAIGE (C) VS. BAYLEY VS. CHARLOTTE VS. SASHA BANKS; Paige comes to the ring wearing both the NXT Women’s Title and the WWE Divas Championship. Early on, it is clear that despite their words in the pre-match video, Charlotte and Sasha Banks work together. They knock Paige outside before turning the attention to Bayley. A double team move leads them to both pin at the same time, causing friction. Sasha yells at Charlotte who backs off, only to take her down with a big neckbreaker. Charlotte then begins to work on Bayley’s knee, hoping to bust out her dad’s Figure Four, but Paige enters the fray. She crushes Charlotte with some headbutts before letting out a scream. “Look at the aggressiveness that Paige brings to the table” says William Regal. She sets Charlotte up top, calling for a superplex, but Bayley goes under her and powerbombs her as she suplexes Charlotte. The crowd roars as Bayley gets to her feet and tightens her hair band, seemingly on the cusp of victory. Sasha comes in, but Bayley sends her into the corner and reels off some big back elbows. She gets Sasha up top now and brings her down with a major hurricanrana! “My goodness, look at what these Divas are going through for that title” says Tom Phillips. Bayley is again to her feet, and the crowd is totally behind her. She waits for Paige to get to her feet and hits the Belly-to-Bayley, but Charlotte breaks up the pin. Their fight spills to the outside until Sasha Banks takes them out with a big suicide dive! Paige, not to be outdone, motions the crowd to their feet as she climbs to the top. She leaps from the top and takes out all three challengers. A “This is Awesome” chant rings out as Paige rolls Bayley inside. She connects on the Paige Turner, but Sasha Banks slides in and throws Paige outside. Sasha lifts Bayley and hits the Bank Statement, locking in the submission. Bayley looks on the verge of giving in as the fans chant “Please Don’t Tap”. Suddenly, Charlotte comes in and kicks Sasha in the back of the head. Charlotte then strikes with Natural Selection on Bayley, pinning her to win the title. Charlotte defeats Paige, Sasha Banks and Bayley to win the NXT Women’s Championship!A mixed reaction rains down from the NXT Universe as Charlotte is announced as the winner. Paige is seen on the outside, looking furious at the result. She wasn’t even pinned to lose the belt. Charlotte is handed the belt and raises it high in the air, as some fans boo and some give her a round of applause. Sasha Banks looks distraught that her supposed BFF snuck in and won the title that she was so close to winning. Bayley, in more pain than anyone, is sitting in the corner, nearly in tears. “The emotions on the faces of these girls tells the story. The thing that matters most though, is that Charlotte is your new NXT Women’s Champion” says Tom Phillips.
We are now taken to a video package, hyping up our main event. We see Adrian Neville retrieve the NXT Championship at ArRival back in February, where he won a Ladder match to become champion. Next, we see how Brodus Clay lost his music to Xavier Woods, so he showed up on NXT, proclaiming to be a main event player. He then won a Number One Contender’s over Tyson Kidd and Bo Dallas, earning the right to a shot at Adrian Neville on the NXT TakeOver Special. Over the next few weeks, Brodus continued to show his brutality, even knocking some teeth out of Neville’s mouth. They get locked inside of a Steel Cage next. STEEL CAGE MATCH- NXT CHAMPIONSHIP: ADRIAN NEVILLE (C) VS. BRODUS CLAY; Brodus Clay and Adrian Neville stand across the ring from each other before coming face to face. Brodus shows off his aggressive side by instantly grabbing Neville and throwing him into the steel. He continues to just toss Neville around for a bit, as the fans boo loudly. “Things are not looking good for our NXT Champion right now” says Byron Saxton. Commentary then reminds us that you can win via pinfall, submission or escaping the cage. Brodus plans Neville with a belly to belly suplex before staring out at the fans angrily. They actually start a “You Can’t Wrestle” chant, which he smirks at before heading towards the door. Neville manages to get up and dropkick him in the back of the head to stop his exit attempt. Like a wise smaller competitor, Neville begins to kick away at the legs of Brodus, trying to cut him down to size. Each time he seems to gather momentum though, Brodus stops him in his tracks. Brodus actually nails the Fall of Humanity and looks down on the Champion’s fallen body. He covers confidently, but Neville kicks out. “What will it take to keep Adrian Neville down?” asks Tom Phillips. Brodus is stunned, so he decides to take the easier route and leave through the door. Neville manages to somehow reach over and trip him up. Then, in an incredible act of strength, Neville dead lifts Brodus from the mat into a huge German suplex! The crowd goes wild as Neville begins to climb the side of the steel. He makes is to the top as the fans go wild, but he stops at the top. “What the bloody hell is Adrian Neville doing? He could win right here” exclaims William Regal. Neville looks out at the raucous NXT Universe before pointing down at Brodus. He then leaps from the top of the cage with a breathtaking Red Arrow! The crowd loses their collective minds and Neville gets his arm over Brodus as the referee counts the three. Adrian Neville defeats Brodus Clay to retain the NXT Championship!“We just witnessed an incredible performance by Adrian Neville and what has to be the most spectacular Red Arrow in history” says Tom Phillips. The fans chant “NXT” at the top of their lungs as Adrian Neville slowly moves to the corner, still feeling the effects of the match. From his seated position, he raises the NXT Title as high in the air as he can, to the roar of the crowd. When he’s finally able to actually make a move, he climbs the cage again and sits atop it with the NXT Title as the show comes to a close.

Good write-up for NXT, Kev. I got some catching up to do since I last read this thread, but it looks pretty good! Payback card looks like it'll be a fun read as well.

Takeover! I wonder if there's any depth to Heyman potentially being there to scout the next Paul Heyman Guy or Girl. I liked the note of the NXT signature cutting into the WWE signature. Did that really happen? Either way, it was creative. Solid opener with Breeze/Kidd. I'm glad to see Breeze get the win and the post-match stuff with Tyson and Natalya was interesting. I'm assuming you're semi-going down the route of what WWE done with them as a couple but it should still be fun. I would have liked Enzo and Big Cass to win the tag titles here since I feel like Konnor and Viktor have had more than a lengthy reign but I know whoever you've got lined up to dethrone them will be a good choice. I liked having videos for both Zayn and Graves as it gives their match a "big time" feel to it. Quite surprised that you're still holding off on Solomon Crowe's debut. I was expecting you to have him debut here on the live broadcast, to be honest. Big win for Rose over a former NXT Champion in Bo. Bret Hart! Loved the backstage segment with him and Kidd. Wow, I'm shocked that Graves went over Sami but I'm pleasently surprised. It's a shame that Corey got injured in real life, ending his career as he would have made for a great NXT Champion down the road. The match sounded great and had a good story attached to it, with Corey working over Sami's leg, etc. I'm presuming that Graves will now go on to feud with Adrian Nevile (who I'm expecting to retain tonight against Brodus) for the title. Fatal four way for the Women's Championship sounded solid. From Paige not being pinned and losing her title to Charlotte pretty much stealing the win from her BFF Sasha, there's so many outcomes from this. I'm looking forward to what's next. The main event was another solid match. I liked the inclusion of Neville hiting a big German Suplex on Clay. Red Arrow off the top of the cage for the finish is sick. The show coming to a close with Adrian sitting atop of the cage was a nice touch. Overall, a solid show, as usual. I'm really hyped for what's yet to come in NXT. It would be great seeing Neville/Graves feuding over the NXT Championsip given their past feud and now this time they're feuding over the big one.

Friday Night Smackdown: May 30th, 2014 – Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia
After the weekly opening Smackdown video package, we cut straight to the arena in Atlanta, as the music of Evolution hits. Triple H, Batista and Randy Orton stroll out to the stage, receiving boos from the WWE Universe. They are dressed in suits and, as they walk to the ring, Michael Cole and John “Bradshaw” Layfield welcome us to the broadcast. They also take us to a video of Ric Flair on Raw saying that he picks the Shield to beat Evolution this Sunday at Payback. They enter the ring and Triple H grabs a microphone first, addressing Ric Flair. “This past Monday, you all got a kick out of hearing our former partner Ric Flair say that he thinks the Shield is going to win this Sunday. I heard people laughing and I got all of the tweets. Listen, that’s perfectly fine. Ric can think whatever he wants. He’s entitled to his opinion. It seems like he has forgotten just what the three of us are capable of. Maybe some of you have as well, so I direct you to the titantron.” On the titantron, a special video airs, showing Evolution. We see the accomplishments that each guy has had in their careers, before things turn dark. We see the trio decimating multiple Superstars during their run. Goldberg, Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Shawn Michaels and others all just getting beaten down by Evolution. When the video ends, all three members of Evolution smile at it. Batista takes over, saying that is video proof of what they can do. “Some of you seem to think that because that was more than a few years ago, we can’t do that again. How quickly you all forget that I won the Royal Rumble this year, Triple H still goes with guys like Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton here was WWE Champion for the first four months of the year.” Randy Orton chimes in the final thoughts, saying that Evolution has only gotten better with age and this Sunday at Payback, the Shield will find that out first hand. To end the promo, Evolution put their fists together in mocking fashion of the Shield.
Before going to commercial, Michael Cole reminds us of tonight’s huge main event, which was announced this past Tuesday. John Cena has finally found some help in his rivalry with Bray Wyatt as the Usos team with him tonight to take on the Wyatt Family! ALBERTO DEL RIO VS. BIG E; During Alberto Del Rio’s entrance, we are shown an insert promo from him where he says that he is tired of being overlooked. “The fact that I was World Heavyweight Champion less than a year and now I’m not even on Payback is insulting. I promise you, that El Patron will be back on top and it starts with Money in the Bank.” Money in the Bank, for those unaware, is the next Pay-Per-View after Payback. As for the match itself, Del Rio comes out trying to win with multiple quick pin attempts. When those fail, he decides to target Big E’s arm, obviously setting up for the Cross Armbreaker. However, Big E is able to overpower him and hit some of his impactful moves. He brings the straps down and pins Alberto Del Rio with the Big Ending. Big E defeats Alberto Del Rio!Big E celebrates his victory but seems like he is very focused on this Sunday. He simply has his hand raised and motions around his waist that he’s going to be Intercontinental Champion once again. After he exits, Alberto Del Rio is clearly frustrated with himself as his quest to step his game up heading into Money in the Bank stumbles out of the gate.
Backstage, Renee Young is standing by with the United States Champion, Christian. She asks him about his opponents for Payback being in a match tonight while he gets the night off. Christian smiles, saying this is how it should be. “First of all, I shouldn’t have to defend my title against both Bad News Barrett and Dolph Ziggler at Payback. Neither guy is worthy of a shot but if there is any poetic justice to this, it’s the fact that while they compete, I get the night off. I need some sort of championship advantage don’t I? Don’t answer that Roxanne.” Renee seems annoyed with Christian calling her by the wrong name again, but Christian wraps things up by saying that he will sit back and relax at ringside for their match. NON-TITLE MATCH: PAIGE VS. CAMERON; Earlier this week, it was officially announced that Tamina Snuka will get the first crack at Paige’s WWE Divas Championship this Sunday at Payback. Tonight, Paige faces Cameron, who has Naomi at ringside. Despite knowing that Paige is the champion, Cameron seems to take her lightly. She nails a move and instead of capitalizing, she yawns loudly before taking a mirror out of her boot and looking at herself. Naomi is very confused by this at ringside, yelling for Cameron to go after Paige. When she does make a move, Paige is ready and headbutts her. The Divas Champion then reels off some of her trademark offense before polishing Cameron off with the PTO. Paige defeats Cameron! The referee raises Paige’s hand as the WWE Universe cheers for her victory. She picks up some momentum with a tough task ahead of her in 48 hours as she defends her WWE Divas Championship against Tamina Snuka. After she leaves, Naomi continues to look at Cameron with bewilderment.
We go backstage to Renee Young again, who is standing by with the WWE’s hottest new tag team, Kofi Kingston and Rob Van Dam. She asks them about the Tag Team Turmoil match this Sunday. Rob Van Dam responds, saying that they are ready for Payback. “Being in a Tag Team Turmoil match would bother some guys, but Kofi and I are just like, whatever.” Kofi chuckles and chimes in saying that he’s won multiple Tag Team Titles with multiple partners, but he’s having the most fan with RVD. “We do know that the time for fun and games is over this Sunday and we’re coming to win and we’re coming to be the next WWE Tag Team Champions.”
A graphic airs to show the top ten most watched shows on the WWE Network. Legends House, NXT, Main Event, Extreme Rules and Slam City round out the top five. JBL claims that he fully expects to see Payback as the number one show after Sunday. BO DALLAS VS. ZACK RYDER; Just like the last few weeks, Bo Dallas comes to the ring with a huge smile. He gets on the microphone beforehand to tell us that Zack Ryder was once one of the most popular stars in the WWE. “You were even United States Champion, but since then, you’ve fallen on hard times.” He tells Zack that he can turn things around, if he just Bolieves. Zack Ryder doesn’t seem to Bolieve and shows it by leveling Dallas with some early offense. Dallas weathers the storm though and gets Ryder in the Bo and Arrow submission. He pleads for Zack to not give up, but he taps out, leaving Bo disappointed. Bo Dallas defeats Zack Ryder!Bo Dallas stands up and looks down on Zack Ryder with great disappointment in his face. He snaps out of it as he’s announced as the winner and runs outside for his victory lap. He even high fives JBL as he passes him by. He runs all the way up to the top of the stage and poses for the fans, who just boo him mercilessly.
Returning, we are taken to a video recap of what happened this past Monday when Kane and Daniel Bryan had the contract signing for their upcoming WWE World Heavyweight Title match at Payback. Daniel Bryan passionately spoke from the heart as he discussed how personal things had gotten between them. They signed the contracts and it led to a brawl, where Kane would Chokeslam Bryan through the announce table. 3MB VS. LOS MATADORES; With Rybaxel’s recent attack on Kofi Kingston, Rob Van Dam and the Brotherhood and the Wyatt Family prominently involved in the big rivalry between John Cena and Bray Wyatt, it seems like the teams in the Turmoil match besides these two have been getting heavy shine. Due to that, both teams do their best to get noticed, busting out some moves that we rarely see. Drew McIntyre hits a front flip dive to the outside while Los Matadores show off some impressive double team moves. Los Matadores are able to avenge their loss on Main Event a few weeks back as El Picador is enough for the win. Los Matadores defeat 3MB!Cheers are heard from the crowd in Atlanta as El Torito enters the ring to celebrate with Diego and Fernando. Jinder Mahal looks on from ringside and is clearly not pleased with the fact that his teammates suffered a loss heading into Tag Team Turmoil. Los Matadores exit up the ramp as they get the fans to let out a hearty “Ole!” for them.
An advertisement airs to promote Legends House. You can check out last night’s brand new episode in the video on demand section of the WWE Network anytime you want. CESARO AND DOLPH ZIGGLER VS. BAD NEWS BARRETT AND JACK SWAGGER; Christian is sitting at ringside, with his feet up on the announce table to enjoy watching his two opponents for Sunday compete. As the match progresses, Dolph Ziggler is getting taken apart by his opponents. While Jack Swagger and Bad News Barrett work surprisingly like a well-oiled machine, Barrett does spend some of his time jawing with Christian at ringside, who gives a big yawn to show that he doesn’t care. Ziggler is able to hit the jumping DDT that allows him an opening. He makes the hot tag to Cesaro, who comes in on fire. He takes down both Swagger and Barrett with a bunch of hard hitting uppercuts before getting Swagger set up for the swing. The crowd comes to their feet for this but Barrett strikes Cesaro to stop this. Shortly after, Dolph is the legal man and seems close to a win. The referee focuses on Cesaro and Swagger brawling outside, allowing Christian to hit Dolph with the US Title. Dolph stumbles back into a Bull Hammer that earns BNB the 1-2-3. Bad News Barrett and Jack Swagger defeat Cesaro and Dolph Ziggler!Christian laughs at ringside and raises his United States Title in the air as if he was the guy who won this match. Bad News Barrett has his arm raised by the official but is put off by Christian celebrating outside. Cesaro and Jack Swagger’s brawl has taken them backstage, while BNB steps outside behind Christian. He turns Christian around and wallops him with the Bull Hammer before picking up the US Title and holding it high in the air.
Once again, we head backstage to Renee Young. She introduces the WWE Tag Team Champions, the Usos. Renee asks about their thought process in agreeing to be John Cena’s partners tonight despite knowing how dangerous the Wyatt Family is. Jimmy speaks, saying that with this whole debate about who the number one contenders will be, they haven’t been competing as often as they’d like. Jey chimes in, “Look Renee, we were getting bored sitting back and watching, so we wanted in on the action. We know that Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are very real threats to win that Turmoil match so we’re going to stand side by side with John Uce and test the waters against them.” They do their signature Uso call before heading off.
A promo airs for Payback this Sunday. This one focuses on the huge battle between Evolution and the Shield as they are set to collide in a six man tag match. Returning to the ring, Alexander Rusev and Lana are standing, basking in heat from the crowd. Lana, smiling completely, introduces Rusev and says that tonight we are going to see one more Rusev Invitational before the big one at Payback. “Jim Duggan. William Regal. R-Truth and Xavier Woods. They have all fallen at the hands of the Super Athlete and have been unable to last five minutes. To try and keep things fair, we are going to give two more Superstars a chance.” This brings out Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel, who are next in line to try the Invitational. ALEXANDER RUSEV INVITATIONAL: ALEXANDER RUSEV VS. JUSTIN GABRIEL AND TYSON KIDD; Like the match on Raw involving R-Truth and Xavier Woods, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd start things out by circling Alexander Rusev. They have more success, both kicking away at Rusev’s legs and backing away. However, he’s able to elbow Kidd before grabbing Gabriel with a big suplex. Kidd comes back in with some fiery offense, but Rusev is able to withstand that and clothesline him to the outside. Rusev then turns his attention to Justin Gabriel, who is getting to his feet. Rusev puts him back down with a huge superkick and he taps out to the Accolade in under four minutes. Alexander Rusev defeats Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd! Tyson Kidd runs into the ring since Alexander Rusev refuses to break the Accolade, but his strikes don’t have much of an effect on Rusev. The Bulgarian Brute throws him over and back outside before celebrating with Lana. Commentary asks again, if anyone is going to be able to survive five minutes with him.
An advertisement airs for the two part season finale of Total Divas, airing this Sunday. Not only do we get a look at the historic WrestleMania XXX, but we’ll also see the wedding of Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella! JOHN CENA AND THE USOS VS. THE WYATT FAMILY; Things start with a bang as once the Usos and John Cena hit the ring, they get into an all out brawl with the Wyatts. The Wyatts are sent outside to retreat, which leads to us getting some “FLYING USOS”! As the match calms down a bit, we get more of a standard six man tag formula. Everyone gets a chance to hit their offense, until the Wyatts cut the ring in half on Jey Uso. He just gets pulverized for a while as the Wyatts specialize in picking their opponents apart. He does manage to bust out a superkick that sends Erick Rowan back and he makes the tag to Cena. Cena comes in hot, gunning for Bray, but only getting the other two. Bray and Luke Harper end up getting taken out by the Usos outside, allowing Cena to drop Rowan with the Attitude Adjustment and pick up the win. John Cena and the Usos defeat The Wyatt Family! The Usos get back in the ring to celebrate with John Cena. Erick Rowan rolls outside and retreats with the rest of the Wyatt Family. Bray Wyatt has a bit of a smile on his face as he tells John Cena something about this Sunday. Cena challenges him to do this right now but Bray stays back with his family. One thing is for sure; when these two meet on Sunday, it is going to be physical and someone is leaving in an ambulance.

Your shows are extremely solid, Kev, both in appearance and from a booking stand-point. I think the way you're booking Cena/Wyatt is great as well as the Rusev Invitationals. Tamina being utilised as a monster Diva is something different and something WWE should be doing. Christian's reintroduction to his old heel character is fantastic and adds a lot to your shows. However, I think the danger with modern-day diaries is they mirror real-life in many aspects and so I'd love to see you branch out even further with ideas the way you have with Tamina and Christian. I anticipate how you'll handle upcoming events - the impending split of The Shield (if you go down that route), Money In The Bank, the status of Evolution - and what effect they'll have on your booking.
Good stuff.

I haven't followed with this as I should, but it looks like a lot's gone down since I last commented on this diary, Glad you're still going with the Shield/Evolution feud, are you still going to turn Seth Rollins heel. Bryan vs Kane at Payback for the WWE World Heavyweight Title will be good. I'm really liking the Kofi Kingston/Rob Van Dam combination as well. Keep that up too, the Cena/Wyatt feud continues to get awesome, an ambulance match between the two at Payback should be great, Cena should come away with the win too or Bray Wyatt and that could set up either Cena or Wyatt for a WWE World Heavyweight Title Match in the near future against either Daniel Bryan or Kane. Keep up the good work with the diary man.

WWE Payback: June 1st, 2014 - Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois
The Kickoff Show opens with shots of the crowd filing in at the Allstate Arena before our panel of Renee Young, Josh Matthews, Alex Riley and Alberto Del Rio welcome us. They go over the card, discussing each match and giving recaps of the feuds that led us here. Alberto Del Rio spends his time bringing up much of a travesty it is that he isn’t competing tonight. We also get a backstage interview with the WWE Divas Champion about her first defense. After she discusses how big of a night this is for her, we go to the ring for our Kickoff Match. The “Ravishing Russian” Lana makes her way to the stage to a mixed reaction from the WWE Universe. She introduces the “Super Athlete” Alexander Rusev, and they walk down to the ring. She brings up the Invitational so far, reminding everyone that there is a $5000 prize if you can survive at least five minutes with Rusev. “Your legends have been unable to do it. Your tag teams have been unable to do it. Who wants to give it a shot tonight?” Silence is heard as nobody comes out to answer, making Lana laugh. That laugh stops when the music of Booker T hits to a major pop from the crowd. The Hall of Famer walks out in complete ring gear as Rusev and Lana are completely taken aback. THE ALEXANDER RUSEV INVITATIONAL: ALEXANDER RUSEV VS. BOOKER T; The crowd in Chicago is completely buzzing as Booker T stands across from Alexander Rusev. When the bell rings, Rusev charges, but Booker ducks and begins to reel off some right hands. “I know that Rusev has overcome legends like Jim Duggan, but Booker T is a whole different ball game. He is still in fantastic shape” explains Jerry Lawler. Booker busts out some of his classic high kicks, knocking Rusev to the outside. He looks up at the clock and sets for the Spinaroonie. The crowd is going insane as he pulls it off, just as Rusev gets back in the ring. Booker looks to go back on the offensive, but Rusev is ready and snaps off a belly to belly suplex. He begins to pound away on Booker as the crowd starts to deflate. Rusev signals for the Accolade, but Booker slips out from under him and nails the Scissors Kick! “That could it be King!” exclaims Michael Cole. Booker covers but Rusev kicks out, though it’s the first near fall on Rusev during this Invitational. Booker sets for it again but Rusev nearly decapitates him with a superkick. He manages to apply the Accolade and Booker has no choice but to submit. Alexander Rusev defeats Booker T!The “Bulgarian Brute” gets to his feet and looks up at the clock, which shows 4:17. Lana enters and raises his arm as Booker T was unsuccessful in winning the Alexander Rusev Invitational, but gave it a spirited try and came closer than anybody else so far. Rusev pumps his chest while Lana smiles at the fans, who boo mercilessly as his dominance continues.
Our official Pay-Per-View opens with a video package set to the song “Ticking Bomb” by Aloe Blacc, centered on the three big matches for tonight. We start with clips of the months long rivalry between Bray Wyatt and John Cena which comes to a head in their rubber match tonight, where one man will leave in an ambulance. Next, we see highlights of the wars that have gone down between the Shield and Evolution, including their involvement in War Games. Lastly, Kane turning from Corporate Director of Operations back into the Demon is focused on, as is his attempted attack on Brie Bella. Daniel Bryan comes to her aid and goes to war with the Big Red Machine over the past few weeks. Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and John “Bradshaw” Layfield welcome us to the show, citing that the Allstate Arena is sold out and rocking as always. After introducing our Spanish announce team, we head to the ring for our first match! WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP – CHRISTIAN (C) VS. DOLPH ZIGGLER VS. BAD NEWS BARRETT; The crowd reaction for the arrival of Dolph Ziggler is huge as the Chicagoans seems to love him. He rubs his Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy for good luck before entering the ring. The three men stand across from each other as the bell sounds. Christian immediately tries to make the veteran move of convincing Bad News Barrett to join forces with him. Barrett seems to like the idea and they go after Ziggler. He valiantly tries to hold them off, but the numbers game is too much. With him down, Christian and Barrett high five but both guys kick each other in the gut. “I guess that’s what happens when two snakes try to team up” says Jerry Lawler. They begin to trade shots until Dolph joins the fray with a loud superkick on Barrett, before a jumping DDT on Christian. Dolph gets to his feet and beats his chest as the crowd roars for him. With both of his opponents on the mat, Dolph decides to go into his heart attack elbow drop series, hitting each guy one after the other and ending with a huge double elbow. Both guys kick out of his pin attempt though. He puts both guys in opposite corners and hits Barrett with a splash. He goes to do the same to Christian, but the Champion dodges and nails his signature kick. Christian comes off the top with a sunset flip for two. He charges at Barrett, but is caught in the Winds of Change. Barrett goes for the cover but Dolph leaps on his back with the sleeper hold. Barrett begins to fade as Christian gets to his feet. Christian pulls Dolph off and plants him with a reverse DDT. “The wily veteran may have just found a way to sneak out with his title” says Michael Cole. He covers but Dolph kicks out, so he turns his attention to Barrett, who is reeling from the sleeper. He goes for the Killswitch but Barrett shoves him off and catches him with the Bull Hammer as he comes back off the ropes. Barrett covers but Dolph uses what little energy he has to pull him off. “A complete desperation move by Dolph Ziggler there” says Michael Cole. Barrett is pissed and he puts Dolph on his shoulders for the Wasteland. Dolph wriggles free and connects on a superkick that knocks Barrett out of the ring. Christian is slowly getting to his feet as the crowd come to theirs. Dolph points at Christian before planting him with the Zig Zag to secure the win! Dolph Ziggler defeats Christian and Bad News Barrett to win the WWE United States Championship! The Allstate Arena comes unglued as Dolph Ziggler’s hot 2014 continues. Not only did he win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania, but now he captures the United States Championship for the second time in his career. The referee hands Dolph the title while Bad News Barrett looks on furiously. He knows how close he was to winning gold tonight, only for it to slip away. Dolph heads outside to celebrate with the front row, as Christian is on the verge of tears in the ring. His greatest fear of someone taking his title and potentially his spot, has happened.
Going backstage, Renee Young is standing by with the Brotherhood. She asks them for their thoughts heading into the Tag Team Turmoil match later tonight. Goldust speaks first, saying that it is time for he and Cody Rhodes to regain their titles. Cody adds, “You know, when we rejoined last year for the sake of our jobs, I didn’t expect us to take off the way we did. But we went out and were the best tag team in all of the WWE. Since the turn of 2014 though, I haven’t liked the way we’ve been going and tonight, we get back on track.” Cody heads off, leaving Goldust a bit perturbed at his comments about the team.
CESARO VS. JACK SWAGGER; Tensions for this one have been building since WrestleMania and exploded at Extreme Rules last month. Since then, Jack Swagger has ferociously targeted Cesaro’s ankle, injuring it in the process. That wisely is his focus tonight as he attacks it from the get go. “If Jack Swagger is able to apply the Patriot Lock I believe this will end quickly” says John “Bradshaw” Layfield. While he isn’t able to get the hold on, it doesn’t stop him from ruthlessly working the ankle. He stomps on it, pounds on it and wraps it around the ring post. When he goes for the Patriot Lock, Cesaro rolls forward to send him into the corner. “This could possibly be the opening that Cesaro needs” says JBL. He is fired up as he charges in with a big uppercut, though since he can’t get much on his run, it’s not quite as impactful as it could be. Cesaro sets up Swagger on top but when he goes up, Swagger elbows him. He gets down onto the apron and goes to shove Cesaro but he holds on. Cesaro fires back before dead lifting Swagger from the apron into a huge superplex, garnering a major pop from the fans. Cesaro gets up and cranks his neck before setting up for the Neutralizer. Swagger back drops him out of it, going back for the Patriot Lock. He locks it in and Cesaro is writing in pain. He is able to roll forward again, but this time into a rollup for two. As Swagger kicks out, Cesaro doesn’t let go and gets to his feet. He swings Swagger around twelve times to a major pop from the fans. Somehow unfazed by the spins, Cesaro goes right into the Neutralizer for the 1-2-3. Cesaro defeats Jack Swagger!Cesaro stumbles to the ropes after hearing the bell, as his ankle is still not at 100%, but he does earn a victory tonight. Zeb Colter looks absolutely heartbroken at ringside, but the crowd has the opposite emotion going right now. “Cesaro can finally put the Real Americans behind him and focus on what is sure to be bright things in his very near future” says Michael Cole.
WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP – SHEAMUS (C) VS. BIG E; Last month, these two met on Pay-Per-View with the roles reversed. Sheamus was the aggressive challenger but this time it is Big E. As they come face to face, Big E straight up slaps Sheamus. This angers the “Celtic Warrior”, who takes a big swing but Big E ducks and backs him into the corner. There, Big E nails some shoulder thrusts but that their action doesn’t stay in the ring long. They find their way outside where Big E drops Sheamus on the guardrail. “With how badly Big E wants his belt back, it’s no surprise how physical this has been” says Jerry Lawler. The brawl continues on the outside, with Sheamus turning the tide by sending Big E into the steel steps. Unlike Extreme Rules, Sheamus is able to hit the Beats of Bodhran uninterrupted. When he pulls Big E in the ring, he tries the Brogue Kick but Big E ducks, comes off the ropes and levels the Champion with the E-Train. Sheamus falls to the apron, so Big E goes for his spear but Sheamus dodges and Big E crashes and burns on the outside. “There is the high risk that comes with a move like that” explains JBL. Sheamus wants the official to speed up his count as he’ll gladly take a countout victory. Big E is able to just roll back in at the count of nine, infuriating the “Celtic Warrior”. Sheamus hits the Finlay roll for two before hoisting him up for White Noise. Big E is able to slide out and come back with a belly to belly suplex. Both guys are down though when Big E gets up he noticed his opening and the straps are down. He manages to hit the Big Ending, but before he can pin, Sheamus rolls to the apron. Big E desperately tries to bring him inside, but by the time he’s able to, Sheamus can kick out. At a bit of a loss for what to do next, he bounces off the ropes for a big splash but Sheamus gets his knees up. He gets up and connects on the Brogue Kick, sending Big E into the corner. As he stumbles out, Sheamus nails White Noise which is enough to retain. Sheamus defeats Big E to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship!
As the official brings Sheamus’ Intercontinental Title to him, which he snatches violently, the fans boo loudly. The Authority’s “Celtic Warrior” is successful in his first title defense though it took a lot to beat Big E once again. Sheamus poses with the gold on the second rope. Big E is still on the mat, looking very dazed as it seems like he hasn’t yet noticed what just happened but he once again fought valiantly.
A video package airs that recaps the feud between John Cena and Bray Wyatt. It starts way back at the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, where the Wyatt Family cost John Cena two separate shots at the WWE World Heavyweight Title. Bray called John a “false prophet” and defeated him at WrestleMania. Cena refused to give up, but Bray promised to bring out the monster that lies within John. At Extreme Rules, they met in a Last Man Standing match where Cena had to do something drastic to win, showing some of that monster. The next night on Raw, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan Chokeslammed Cena off the stage, sending him out in an ambulance. Cena returned to challenge Bray to one more match, which Bray only accepted so he could take the few Cenation stragglers left behind under his wing. AMBULANCE MATCH – BRAY WYATT VS. JOHN CENA; In the midst of Bray Wyatt’s eerier entrance, John Cena attacks, proving how badly he wants to get his hands on him. Cena wallops him with offense on the outside, whipping him into the guardrails twice. “Up by the aisle, those rails are not padded like they are down here” explains JBL. Bray turns things around with a short arm clothesline. Noticeable by their absence are Erick Rowan and Luke Harper. The fight between these two continues around the ring, where Bray throws Cena over the announce table. Bray runs across the English announce table and takes out Cena once he gets to his feet on the Spanish table with a huge body block. Both men crash to the floor, but Bray is first up. “These guys may both end up in the hospital tonight” says Michael Cole. They go into the ring for a bit, where Bray continues to dissect Cena. He does his exorcist walk, but Cena is no longer weirded out by this and he strikes Bray to knock him down. The fight moves up to the entrance, near the ambulance. Bray is the first to attempt the win by tossing Cena inside, but the 14 time World Champion busts out with a chair and whacks Bray in the back. He now puts Bray in the ambulance, closing one door, but Bray gets out of the other. Cena pulls the stretcher out from the ambulance, but Bray strikes first and lays him on it. He runs it into the ambulance and Cena gets launched inside. Bray is slow to close the doors but does shut them. However, before the second one closed, Cena made his way out of the front of the ambulance! “Bray Wyatt thinks he’s won but look at Cena” shouts Cole. Cena smashes Bray’s face into the ambulance before climbing atop. He dares Bray to join him, though the heavy boos from the fans seem to bug him. Bray climbs and they trade shots. Cena gets Bray hoisted up for the Attitude Adjustment, when the Wyatt signature hits. The lights are out for a while, but when they come back on, a choir of children are standing in the entrance. They are all wearing Cena armbands but have Erick Rowan’s sheep mask on. They begin to sing “He’s got the Whole Cenation in his Hands”. Cena drops Bray as he watches the creepy scene play out, looking stunned, scared, worried and confused all at once. The distraction allows Bray to recover and hit Sister Abigail on top of the ambulance! Cena rolls off the top and hits the floor, while Wyatt laughs looking down. He gets down, places Cena in the ambulance and slams both doors shut. Bray Wyatt defeats John Cena!
The crowd lets out a pop for Bray Wyatt’s victory. The kids have continued to sing through this whole thing until Bray points in their direction to stop. They stop instantly as Bray heads over and stands in the middle of them. He puts his arms out and screams “FOLLOW THE BUZZARDS” as the crowd continues to give a mixed reaction and the camera pans over to show some children hiding in their parent’s shoulders, in tears and some women stunned. The ambulances starts to take off to the back, while Bray Wyatt laughs manically. “Has Bray Wyatt really destroyed the Cenation? Are they really his now?” asks Michael Cole.
Cutting away, an advertisement runs for Total Divas. The Season Finale of it airs tonight but you can catch the replay at 11PM after Payback, only on E! WWE DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP – PAIGE (C) VS. TAMINA SNUKA; Since becoming the youngest Divas Champion in history two weeks ago, Paige has had a target on her back and Tamina Snuka has been taking aim. Despite the strange circumstances of the previous bout, the crowd is red hot for the “Anti-Diva”. Surprisingly, it is Paige who is the early aggressor. She backs her into the corner and stomps away before screaming to the delight of the fans. “We’ve seen many things from our young Divas Champion, but this is a new aggressive streak and I gotta say…I like it” says JBL. Paige goes for her series of knee strikes on the apron but Tamina blocks and just shoves her off and to the outside hard. Outside, Tamina rams her into the guardrail a few times before rolling her inside. Once there, Tamina delivers a backbreaker and focuses on that part of the champion’s body. She hammers away on Paige, who is able to weather the storm, but as she begins to rally, Tamina wipes her out with a loud superkick. “Paige could be out cold here” says Jerry Lawler. Tamina covers but the resilient champion gets her shoulder up. Tamina climbs up for the splash, but Paige is able to stop her. With both girls up top, Paige comes off with a big superplex that surprises the crowd. Both girls are slow to their feet, but when they get up, Paige hits a kick to the gut and the Paige Turner. She then rolls Tamina over and manages to get the PTO locked in! She struggles with Tamina size but she is forced to tap out. Paige defeats Tamina Snuka to retain the WWE Divas Championship!
Cheers rain in over the Allstate Arena as Paige lets go of the submission and stumbles back. She gets her Divas Championship and raises it high in the air. Paige shows that she is no fluke as she successfully defends her newly won title for the first time. “With AJ Lee gone and Tamina Snuka now behind her, one has to wonder what is next for our 21 year old Divas Champion” asks Michael Cole.
After an ad for Mountain Dew Kickstart airs, we go back to the arena when a familiar voice is heard. “Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman.” The fans leap to their feet for the arrival of Paul Heyman. As he steps out to the stage, “Heyman” chants are heard. He looks around waiting for them to die down. He says that he is here as the advocate of the ultimate Paul Heyman guy. This leads the Chicago crowd to chant “CM Punk” loudly, so Heyman smirks and replies, “No not that guy, that guy is over in the United Center watching your Blackhawks lose.” Heyman laughs before continuing, claiming that he’s here to remind us of something. “In case anyone forgot, though you shouldn’t have…my client Brock Lesnar conquered the Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania!” After the fans boo some more, Heyman continues, “Now obviously that’s not the only reason I’m here. You could all go relive that moment for just $9.99 on the WWE Network. What I am here to tell you is that Brock Lesnar is coming back soon. He’s at home right now, waiting for the right prize fight to come around but when it does, I guarantee you that the Beast who destroyed Big Show at the Royal Rumble and the Beast who killed the Deadman at WrestleMania, will be more dominant than ever.” Heyman claims that tonight, he’s scouting backstage for a potential new Paul Heyman guy or girl and we will be seeing him again real soon.
A video package is shown to chronicle the rivalry between Evolution and the Shield. We see both teams at some of their most dominant. Evolution destroying Goldberg and various other Superstars from the mid 2000’s, while the Shield is seen taking out the Rock, the Undertaker, John Cena, Randy Orton and more. We are then taking to clips of their wars against each other including War Games and the main event of Raw two weeks ago between Roman Reigns and Triple H. It all comes down to tonight.
NO HOLDS BARRED – EVOLUTION VS. THE SHIELD; As the ring announcements are made, Lillian Garcia mentions this will be No Holds Barred. “When did that become a rule?” asks Michael Cole. If the decision was made by the Authority, the Shield seem to have no qualms with it. Both teams stand across the ring from each other before charging and colliding in the middle. The action spills outside where Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose come off the ropes and hit stereo suicide dives! They break off from each other as Roman Reigns and Triple H brawl in the ring, while Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton and Batista go through the crowd. Both teams just trade shots until Orton and Ambrose make it back to ringside, where Orton gets him on the guardrail and hits his signature DDT. He rolls him inside for a pin, but Reigns breaks it. The match slows down to involve tags, with Evolution choosing to pick apart Ambrose, who is still feeling the effects of the DDT. Each member of Evolution gets a chance to show off against him, as he can’t make the hot tag. Tired of waiting, Reigns drops from the apron, runs around the ring and dropkicks Orton. All hell breaks loose again as the Spanish announce table gets cleared off, before Rollins slingshots Orton onto it. The Shield then call for the Triple Powerbomb through it, but Triple H breaks that up with a vicious chair shot to Reigns’ back. “Things are about to get uglier now that weapons have come into play” says JBL. He then whacks Ambrose with it too, but Seth ducks a shot and nails the Pele kick. The numbers game is too much though as he gets beat down. Evolution gives us a replay of two Mondays ago when they hoist up Roman Reigns for a Triple Powerbomb, but it’s through the announce table! “My god, Roman Reigns is broken in half” screams Lawler. Evolution, in firm control, drag Seth and Dean up by the entrance, looking to do even more damage. Triple H goes to the side of the stage and pulls out the sledgehammer. They turn the focus to Ambrose, as Triple H drives the sledgehammer into his ribs multiple times. He gives the thumbs up signal for the Triple Powerbomb again. “Not on the concrete!” exclaims Cole. Before that can lift him, Seth Rollins climbed the entrance stage and leaps off with a massive cross body that takes out everyone! They make it back to the ring, where Seth goes for the Curb Stomp but Batista catches him in midair with a spinebuster! He covers but only gets two. Evolution, even after all of this, is still in control as Orton slides the steel steps into the ring. Ambrose pops up with a flurry of right hands on him as they brawl outside. Triple H grabs Seth for a Pedigree on the steps, but Reigns is back up! He slides in, taking out Batista with a Superman punch before doing the same to Triple H. On the outside, Dean plants Orton with Dirty Deeds, while inside, Seth puts down Batista with a perfect Curb Stomp. Both men enter the ring, surrounding Triple H. “Uh-oh, the COO is in a bad way” says Cole. He notices this and tries to plead his case with the Shield, who want no part of it. Reigns charges and nearly rips him in half with a vicious spear! They call for it and nail the Triple Powerbomb on Triple H. Reigns covers, earning the three to end this war. The Shield defeats Evolution!
Broken bodies surround the ring, but the Shield have prevailed. Roman Reigns screams as he gets to his feet, while his brothers come around him and they all put their fists together. “That was an absolute war. Who’s to say the Shield aren’t the greatest faction in WWE history?” asks JBL. The Shield exit the ring, but are still clearly in pain. Dean Ambrose is limping and Seth Rollins holds his back as they head up the entrance following their hardest fought victory ever.
A commercial is shown for Money in the Bank. It comes to you live on June 29th, 2014 on Pay-Per-View and the WWE Network from Boston, Massachusetts.
The WWE Tag Team Champions, the Usos, make their way down to the ring to sit at ringside and watch the upcoming Tag Team Turmoil match. Remember, the winners of this match will become the top contenders for the Tag Team Titles. TAG TEAM TURMOIL – THE BROTHERHOOD VS. RYBAXEL; Starting us off is two teams that have faced off several times in the past. Cody Rhodes and Goldust, judging by their interview earlier tonight, are looking to right the ship and they do a good job of that early here. They work some crisp double team moves and seem to be absolutely on their game. Ryback proves to be a difference maker though, as he utilizes his power to turn the tables on the former WWE Tag Team Champions. He gets some “Feed Me More” chants as he builds up for the Meat Hook clothesline, which wallops Goldust. They continue to work him over until the tag comes to Cody Rhodes. He comes in hot, spouting off springboard moves, a throat thrust and capping it all with a gorgeous moonsault on Curtis Axel. Ryback charges, but Goldust pulls down the bottom rope on him before following out with a front flip off the apron! Cody hits the Cross Rhodes to advance! “Cody Rhodes and Goldust advance but a new team is on their way out right now” explains Michael Cole. THE BROTHERHOOD VS. LOS MATADORES; El Torito and Los Matadores rush down to the ring to try and get a jump start. The Brotherhood, reeling from the last bout, are unable to keep up with the speed of Los Matadores. Diego and Fernando nail some fast paced offense that earn them multiple near falls. Diego nails a second rope dropkick that gets a really close two. They connect on a double Russian leg sweep for two, before signaling for El Picador. Goldust enters to stop this from happening, taking out Fernando with an elbow very reminiscent of his daddy. Diego goes after him, but Cody finds the opening to nail the Disaster Kick and pin him for the 1-2-3! THE BROTHERHOOD VS. 3MB; As 3MB walk to the ring, they laugh at Los Matadores exiting. El Torito takes it upon himself to bite Heath Slater in the rear, bringing laughs from the crowd. “These shenanigans are giving Cody Rhodes and Goldust some time to rest” explains Jerry Lawler. When they do start, it turns out to be Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre competing. They take cheap shots and try some underhanded tricks to gain the upper hand. However, it doesn’t prove to be enough as Mahal falls victim to the Curtain Call, eliminating them. THE BROTHERHOOD VS. KOFI KINGSTON AND ROB VAN DAM; “Something has gotten into Cody Rhodes and Goldust as they have now eliminated three straight teams” says JBL. The crowd comes alive for Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston, as the high flying duo her certainly won over the masses. Cody and Kofi begin, exchanging some stuff, with Kofi getting the advantage due to Cody being worn down. Kingston and RVD bust out a variation of Rolling Thunder, which involved Kofi hitting the Boom Drop. “King, RVD and Kofi are calling that the Booming Thunder” explains Cole. That is only enough for two as the Brotherhood continue to fight valiantly. RVD gets in some shots but when he tries the split legged moonsault, Cody rolls out and tags his older brother. Goldust continues to show incredible athleticism for his age, staying with Kofi at every step. Kofi hits an enziguri that sends Goldust to the corner and Cody tags back in. He comes in with a clothesline, but Kofi ducks and connects with Trouble in Paradise to advance. KOFI KINGSTON AND ROB VAN DAM VS THE WYATT FAMILY; Before the Wyatts arrive, the fans give the Brotherhood a hand for their efforts tonight. Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston offer handshakes. Goldust accepts, but Cody looks around, backs away and leaves them hanging as he exits in disappointment. The Wyatt signature hits as they arrive in the ring. This has a completely different feel to anything else in the turmoil match so far. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are so big, brutal and violent that RVD and Kingston get tossed around from the start. They are reeling, leading to Harper and Rowan focusing on Kingston. They cut the ring in half and isolate him. Harper brings out some impactful moves including a gator roll and sidewalk slam. Rowan nails a surprising spin kick but when he tries a full nelson slam, Kofi slips out and hits the SOS, giving him an opening. He makes the hot tag to RVD, who flies in with a big kick. Harper runs in, but Kofi is able to muster up the strength to take him out with Trouble in Paradise! He turns to Rowan and gives him one as well, as RVD climbs up top. He comes off with a big Five Star Frog Splash and that’s all she wrote. Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston win Tag Team Turmoil!Rob Van Dam gets to his feet to celebrate with Kofi Kingston. They have surprised many people as they are a new tag team and overcame the extremely tough duo of Erick Rowan and Luke Harper. The Wyatts retreat up the ramp, clearly pissed off, as the fans cheer for RVD and Kofi Kingston. The Usos slide into the ring and offer a handshake to their next challengers. RVD and Kofi Kingston, unlike Cody Rhodes earlier, accept the handshake and we have one hell of a future Tag Team Title match lined up.
We are now taken to a video package that goes way back to the days of Team Hell No. Daniel Bryan and Kane went to anger management together, forming a bond that led to Tag Team gold. They would hold those belts for over six months before losing them to the Shield. Bryan would go on to win the WWE Championship while Kane ditched the mask and became the Director of Operations. Kane put the mask back on last month in War Games. Since then, Kane has targeted Bryan, blaming him and Team Hell No for him going soft. Kane then tried to go after Brie Bella, Daniel Bryan’s new wife, making this extra personal. Unfortunately for Bryan, he has been left lying more than once in encounters with the Big Red Machine. WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP – DANIEL BRYAN (C) VS. KANE; Before Kane can even enter the ring, Daniel Bryan greets him with a suicide dive! The crowd chants “Yes!” at the top of their lungs as he continues to fire away with kicks until the referee forces them into the ring. Once we officially begin, Bryan charges again, only to get caught with a big boot. “He’s not catching Kane off guard now, running at him may not be the best idea” says JBL. Kane realizes this and starts to pummel Bryan in the corner, but Bryan ducks a shot and rolls out. Now, he wisely picks his spots. He steps forward, unleashing kicks to Kane’s legs, but avoiding his grip. “The bob and weave strategy is a much smarter one for Bryan” explains Michael Cole. Finally, Kane is able to catch Bryan and things go downhill for the champion. Kane hits a side slam, powerbomb and DDT but Bryan shows resilience, kicking out of all of them. Kane is clearly frustrated as he signals for the end. He goes to pick up the champ, but Bryan pulls Kane into an inside cradle for a close two. Bryan begins to rally, nailing his running elbow before climbing up top. Kane is up though, grabbing Bryan by the throat, looking to chokeslam from the top. Bryan is able to block by firing off some vicious kicks to Kane’s face, breaking his grip. Bryan follows with the missile dropkick, before nipping up and striking with a series of kicks to Kane’s chest. The final roundhouse is ducked by Kane, who instantly grabs Bryan by the throat and slams him with a chokeslam. He covers but Bryan is able to kick out. Kane hoists him up for the Tombstone, but Bryan slips off, bounces off the ropes and hits the Busaiku Knee! Bryan is too hurt to cover instantly though, so when he crawls to Kane, the Big Red Monster sits up, though he’s struggling to do so. Bryan backs to the corner and as Kane manages to get to his feet, Bryan drops him with a second Busaiku Knee that earns him the win. Daniel Bryan defeats Kane to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship! The fans leap to their feet in celebration, chanting “Yes!” at the top of their lungs as Daniel Bryan is handed both of his titles. He raises them high in the air as the fans chant along with him. Kane ruins everything by clubbing Bryan in the back. He plants the champion with a chokeslam before signaling to the back. Out comes Evolution and Sheamus, the former all still the effects of their match earlier. “No! The Authority is looking to end Daniel Bryan right here and now” screams Michael Cole. Before they can do any damage, the Shield’s theme hits as Chicago comes unglued. The Shield, also still reeling from their battle earlier, come in through the crowd and the fight is on! The Shield fight hard, but with Bryan out in the corner, the 5 on 3 disadvantage takes its toll. Suddenly, “Cult of Personality” hits and the Authority turn to the entrance in shock. The Chicago crowd unleashes an unreal ovation as CM Punk steps out onto the stage! “Oh my god! King, we haven’t seen CM Punk since the Royal Rumble!” exclaims Michael Cole. Punk rushes into the ring with a steel chair, ducks a shot from Batista and strikes him in the back. Sheamus charges and is hit with one as well. Kane steps forward but is stopped by a huge spear from Roman Reigns, while Bryan gets up and clotheslines Randy Orton outside! Just like earlier tonight, Triple H is trapped in between these guys, but it’s Punk who strikes with a kick, before dropping him with a Go to Sleep! The crowd in Chicago is ravenous, filling the arena with “CM Punk” chants. The Authority regroups outside, holding up Triple H as the Shield, CM Punk and Daniel Bryan stand tall in front of a raucous crowd.

I LOVED it!
Loved how Roman Reigns got the win and I love how you have Rusev doing a 5 minute challenge and the winner receives a cash prize!
And CM PUNK IS BACK! Can't wait to see what happens with Punk is back!

Alright it is Payback and it is in Rosemont CHICAGO! Booker T answering the Rusev invitational was a surprise and I dug it. No pun intended, SUCKA. Whats two plus two? Thomas Jefferson, sucka! Anyway, obviously Rusev was going to get the win but it was a nice surprise to have a guy like Booker show up. He could probably still go today full-time if he wanted. Dolph Ziggler starts things off hot and ends up winning the United States Championship from Christian over him and Bad News Barrett, a decision I'm cool with. I wouldn't mind a feud between Ziggler and BNB out of this but it leaves me curious as to what Christian is going to do now. Cody plans to get back on track, but I don't see the winning the turmoil. Next up, we get an expected victory from Cesaro but Swagger got a solid showing from it. Looking forward to where you go from here with Cesaro. Sheamus retains the Intercontinental Championship against Big E, rightfully, with him being an Authority guy now. I'm not sure if this is the end of the feud between these two but, if it was, it was a good feud overall that helped bump up the IC Title a bit. We get an exciting match up next wth an Ambulance Match. Weird ending reminiscent to the real-life Extreme Rules ending, but Bray Wyatt going over John Cena was for the best. I guess it keeps Cena from being hurt but I'll never understand why Cena can't lose a feud. I mean, it isn't going to hurt him at this stage in his career as we all know it's Super Cena. Good win for Wyatt, even with the antics. Paige beats Tamina Snuka as expected, nothing really to comment on. We'll see what comes of Paige. Ohhh snap, Brock Lesnar is on his way back! I'm anticipating he'll face Bryan at Summerslam. Next, the co-main event and as everyone expects, The Shield beats Evolution, as they should. I'm wondering if you'll break The Shield up tomorrow night like reality and if it'll be Seth that gets the turn. Hell, it could be Reigns! Kofi Kingston and Rob Van Dam, the new team on the block, get the victory in the tag team turmoil to somewhat of a surprise in my eyes. I expected a Harper/Rowan victory, but I feel you might be holding off on that a bit. A solid main event to conclude things here even if I don't view it as main event caliber and never did, with Daniel Bryan obviously going over Kane. Uh-oh, it's EEEVALUSHIN IS A MYSTERREEEE... and Sheamus. The Shield coming to Bryan's aid. Well, it's cool but I don't think we need more Shield-Evolution interaction do we? But wait.. wait.. CM PUNK CM PUNK CM PUNK IS BACK IN CHIAGO BAH GAWD KENG HE'S BACK! HE'S BACK! A huge ending to the show that would have been a giant shocker and I'm glad to see him back, definitely helped pump out the finish to the show with the main event being a lackluster look, I dug it. A very good Payback event, looking forward to what is to come next.

Booker T was a cool surprise challenger for Rusev in the Invitational. Like I've said before, the whole Alexander Rusev Invitational thing is a great way to build Rusev up and is more fun than just having Rusev squash people in random matches each week. The element of surprise in the Invitational really adds to it. Dolph winning the U.S Championship was the right call out of the three as I feel like there's more you can do from here on out. A Dolph/Christian feud, I'm presuming, is next which has alot of potential. Hopefully Christian sticks around in this for a long time. Yeah, I expected Cesaro to go over Swagger in this one. I just hope that Swagger doesn't get lost in the mix now that the feud with Cesaro is over. Hopefully you can keep both men relevant. Expected Sheamus to retain here over Big E. given how he only recently joined The Authority. Cena/Wyatt sounded fantastic. I really loved the addition of the children's choir and how post-match some kids in attendance were terrified. Like I've already said to you, you're doing an excellent job in capturing Bray's character. Looking forward to seeing what you have lined up for him next, presuming that's the feud with Cena over. Yeah, not a shocker to see Paige retain the Diva's Championship here. I wish you would have went for another finish besides the PTO, though. I know that's how the match went down in real life but I feel like it makes Tamina look a bit weak by tapping out. Yes! Glad to see that Brock is coming back soon. Wonder who you've got in mind for the next Paul Heyman Guy or Girl. Huge win for The Shield to go over Evolution here. I expect that feud to wrap up now, so I'm keen to see what you'll be doing with The Shield following this. The Money in the Bank logo looks really cool in 3D. Wow, Kofi and RVD winning the turmoil comes as a surprise. Not a bad one, though. Rybaxel </3 Main event was a bit meh overall, to be honest. It done it's job in putting Bryan over Kane but I feel like even Shield/Evolution would have been a better main event but I can totally understand why the World Championship match closed the show. The post-match stuff sounded epic. Makes even more sense now why Bryan/Kane went last. Funnily enough, I was looking at your roster page the other day and wondered if you would go down the route of bringing Punk back. Executing his return in Chicago was perfect and I'm stoked to see what you have planned for him. Solid show, Kev.

CM Punk speaks tonight on Raw!Last night, CM Punk made his shocking return to the WWE in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois! Not only did this stun the WWE Universe and the Authority, but it sent shockwaves over social media as well. #Payback and #CMPunkReturns were both trending well into the night. Tonight, live on Raw from Indianapolis, Indiana, CM Punk will address the WWE Universe. It will be the first time we hear from the "Best in the World" since he abruptly departed the company at the Royal Rumble earlier this year. Why did CM Punk leave? Where did he go? Monday Night Raw: June 2nd, 2014 – Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana
A video package opens Raw tonight, showcases highlights of the three main events at Payback last night. We see some still images of Bray Wyatt’s eerie win over John Cena, the Shield’s historic win over Evolution and Daniel Bryan retaining the WWE World Heavyweight Title against Kane. Then, the most shocking thing happened as “Cult of Personality” hit and the roof nearly blew off of the arena in Chicago as CM Punk made his return to the WWE, taking out the Authority and standing tall with the Shield and Daniel Bryan. We go right into something big as Triple H’s theme hits and the Authority step out onto the stage. Triple H is sporting a black eye, Randy Orton has his ribs taped and Batista is limping, showing the battle scars from last night. Sheamus, who did not face the Shield last night, looks relatively fine. They are clearly in a foul mood as they enter the ring. Triple H grabs a microphone and has to take a deep breath before speaking. “Last night was one of the absolute worst nights in the history of this company. With the exception of Sheamus retaining his Intercontinental Title, nothing went right. Of course, you all loved it. You all cheered when the Shield got lucky and beat us. You all cheered when that B+ player, Daniel Bryan, somehow beat Kane. And you all loved it when CM Punk showed his stupid face last night.” The crowd breaks out into “CM Punk” chants that seem to drive Triple H even crazier. He begins to shout, saying that the Shield, Bryan and Punk didn’t win anything last night. “I always win! Tonight, there are Money in the Bank Qualifying matches and I guarantee each and every single one of you that the Shield will not qualify.” He directs his attention to Batista, telling him that he owes him. “I owe both you and Randy. You both have had your one on one title matches with Daniel Bryan end via disqualification. Tonight, you both will be in Money in the Bank Qualifying matches.” Batista snatches the microphone, getting a small pop from the fans. “I didn’t come back to be in any ridiculous ladder matches. I came back to be the WWE Champion!” Triple H tells him to calm down, citing that regardless of whether the matches ended in DQ, they did end unsuccessfully so this is the next route. “I have to do what’s best for business and you beating Seth Rollins to get into Money in the Bank and keep him out of it is just that.” Batista still doesn’t look pleased but doesn’t argue more. Triple H informs the crowd that CM Punk will be out here later tonight to talk about his return. “I promise you, I will be out here to hear exactly what Punk has to say.”
A graphic appears to confirm what Triple H just told us. CM Punk will indeed be here later tonight to address the WWE Universe and discuss why he was gone for so long and what’s next for him. MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: BATISTA VS. SETH ROLLINS; After the opening promo, Batista stayed in the ring and Seth Rollins makes his way out. Commentary informs us that there will be four qualifying matches tonight, meaning we’ll know half of the field for that match by the end of the night. Batista, still in a bad mood, is aggressive at the start, just walloping Seth with impactful offense. They work through a commercial break, which is when things start to pick up. Batista hits the spinebuster and signals for the Batista Bomb. However, Seth is able to slip out and hit a big Pele kick. This knocks Batista into the corner and, although he charges out, Seth is able to dodge as Batista hits the corner. He stumbles out and is hit with the Curb Stomp! Seth makes the cover and is able to score the pinfall. Seth Rollins defeats Batista to qualify for Money in the Bank!Seth Rollins throws his arms in the air in celebration as he has just scored a major win over the “Animal”. Seth rolls out of the ring, joined by Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns in celebration. Batista begins to stir and when he realizes what just happened, he is livid. Triple H furiously comes out to the stage and it’s clear that he is pissed too. “I am sick and tired of you three getting lucky. Dean Ambrose, your qualifying match is next and it’s against someone who is undefeated in the WWE, Alexander Rusev!” The crowd boos as Dean Ambrose gives his brothers a fist bump before entering the ring. Batista heads up the ramp, kicking the railing out of frustration.
Returning, we are shown a graphic discussing the ten most watched shows on the WWE Network this week. Payback, the Kickoff show, NXT TakeOver, Legends House and Main Event round out the top five. MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: ALEXANDER RUSEV VS. DEAN AMBROSE; We are reminded that this is unlike the Alexander Rusev Invitational, because there are no time limits at all. A lot of people like to take it slow with the Bulgarian Brute, but Dean Ambrose is never one for conventional thinking, and he comes at him with everything early. That proves to be a mistake as Rusev overwhelms him with his monstrous offense. He pounds away at Ambrose, who does rally a few times, but ultimately Rusev is able to subdue them. Ambrose does manage to connect on his rebound lariat, which sends Rusev outside. This gets the crowd hype as he follows with a big suicide dive. Lana shouts for them to get back in the ring, but Rusev and Ambrose now brawl around ringside. Rusev goes to whip him into the announce table, but he’s able to counter and send him into the steel steps. The referee’s count reaches nine as Ambrose is able to slide in to beat the count. Dean Ambrose defeats Alexander Rusev via countout to qualify for Money in the Bank!Alexander Rusev just misses getting back in and when the bell rings, he is fuming. Dean Ambrose smirks as he is declared the winner, while Rusev throws the steel steps over in anger. Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns exit through the crowd, having foiled the Authority’s plans. “The Authority has put two incredibly tough opponents in the way of the Shield so far tonight and both Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins qualified for Money in the Bank. What will they have in store for Roman Reigns?” asks Michael Cole.
Backstage, the Authority is shown and they are not pleased. Triple H is livid at two members of the Shield advancing in Money in the Bank so far. A knock is heard and in steps Bad News Barrett. Triple H tells him this isn’t a good time but Barrett has an idea. “I come with a plan. Obviously, you guys are not happy with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins qualifying for Money in the Bank but I think I can help you there. Last night, I was robbed out of the United States Title by Dolph Ziggler. Now I know he has to defend the belt against Christian tonight, but I want my rightful one on one shot at the belt. So, how about this? Tonight, put me in there against Roman Reigns in the qualifying match. I’ll make sure he doesn’t advance and you give me a United States Title shot.” Triple H isn’t buying into it at first, but Barrett seems very confident. “Alright, you got a deal. You know, the Authority could use a guy like you. If you beat Reigns tonight, we may have to talk a bit more.” They shake hands and Barrett heads off.
We are now joined by the “Anti-Diva” and WWE Divas Champion, Paige. She walks to the ring to an ovation from the crowd and is holding a bag in one hand. In an alternate universe, there would be thumbtacks in there. She enters the ring and is handed a microphone, waiting for the crowd to quiet down. Paige begins to speak, saying that becoming a champion in the WWE has been her dream since she was a child. “When I won this title, I though a lot about what it means to me. I’m very proud of this achievement, but it’s not THE achievement I’ve been chasing. Growing up there wasn’t a Divas Title for me to want. I’ve always known that I am no Diva. It’s why people call me the ‘Anti-Diva’. So I am here tonight to show you what I’ve been chasing.” The announcers are left confused, but that turns to shock as Paige throws the Divas Title down to the mat. She reaches into the bag and pulls out the retired Women’s Championship. “This is what I dreamt of! The title that’s been held by the likes of Trish Stratus, Lita, Molly Holly, Victoria, the Fabulous Moolah and other legendary women.” The crowd cheers this revelation until they are surprised to hear the theme of Stephanie McMahon hit. One of the principle owners of the company has a concerned look on her face as she enters the ring. “Paige, what the hell are you doing? You can’t just throw down the Divas Title. I have been fighting for this Divas division to be as important as possible and you throwing that down is a slap in the face to the women who have held it before you.” She brings up AJ Lee, Michelle McCool, the Bella Twins and Natalya as some examples. Paige responds by saying that she has nothing against those girls, she is against the Diva term and Diva mold. “You knew I was different when you signed me. I am here to be the Women’s Champion. I am here to hold a title that you’ve held before. I am going to be the Women’s Champion, no matter what anyone says.” Stephanie is taken aback by Paige’s anti-establishment stance. “Excuse me. I am Stephanie McMahon, you do what I say.” Paige surprisingly gives a slight smile, “If you want to take the Women’s Title away from me, we can get a referee out here.” The crowd oohs at this as Stephanie is again shocked. She shouts at Paige, “Who the hell do you think you’re talking to? You don’t dare threaten or challenge me. I fought to get the Divas Title introduced and you will carry it dammit.” Paige shakes her head, telling Stephanie, “If someone can beat me for this title, you can have whatever belt you want. Until then, I am your Women’s Champion.” Paige holds the title high in the airs and leaves the ring, leaving Stephanie and the fans stunned at what they just witnessed. WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP – DOLPH ZIGGLER (C) VS. CHRISTIAN; Over the past few weeks, these two have met twice, splitting that series. 24 hours ago, Dolph Ziggler won the United States Title in a Triple Threat match, and Christian quickly went to ask for his rematch. Dolph is his usual cocky self throughout, frustrating Christian who is unable to get the advantage. Christian is finally able to get in the driver’s seat with a well-timed thumb to the eye behind the referee’s back. He continues to use underhanded tactics to try and steal his gold back. Ziggler proves to be one tough hombre though, weathering the storm. Christian goes for the Killswitch, but Dolph is able to slip out and nail the Zig Zag, allowing him to retain the title. Dolph Ziggler defeats Christian to retain the WWE United States Championship! The hot streak of Dolph Ziggler continues as he successfully retains his United States Title against the former champion, Christian. “One has to imagine that there is a Money in the Bank Qualifying match in the very near future of Dolph Ziggler” says Michael Cole. Dolph takes his title and poses with it next to the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy.
Backstage, Renee Young introduces her guest at this time, Randy Orton. She asks Randy for his feelings on having a Money in the Bank Qualifying match next, against a man who beat him a few weeks ago, Big E. Randy tells her that he doesn’t like the tone of her question, but regardless, Big E got lucky when he beat him. “People seem to forget that I am a twelve time World Champion. I was World Champion as recently as two months but one loss to Big E and that’s all people care about. Tonight, I’m going to right that wrong, and then I’m going to win Money in the Bank for the second straight year.”
An advertisement runs to promote the DVD and Blu-Ray release of WrestleMania XXX. Featuring over 4 hours of bonus footage including the entire Hall of Fame ceremony! MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: BIG E VS. RANDY ORTON; A few weeks back, Big E shocked the world when he defeated Randy Orton. However, Big E suffered a setback when he failed to regain the Intercontinental Championship against Sheamus last night. That may be on his mind as he struggles in the beginning, while Orton picks him apart with some of his vicious offense. Big E is able to rally though, getting the crowd behind him. They believe in his comeback as he hits a big running splash and takes the straps down! He goes for the Big Ending, but Orton is able to slip free and go for the RKO. Big E shoves him off into the corner and charges in, but Orton dodges and when Big E comes out, Orton drops him with the RKO, covering for the three. Randy Orton defeats Big E to qualify for Money in the Bank!Getting to his feet, Randy Orton has his hand raised and the fans boo loudly. Randy Orton now joins Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose in the Money in the Bank match. “We now know three of the four participants that we will find out tonight. Who will join them? Bad News Barrett? Or will Roman Reigns complete the Shield sweep in our main event?” asks Michael Cole. Orton poses for the fans with a smug look on his face.
ALICIA FOX VS. BRIE BELLA; As the Bella Twins are walking to the ring, we get an insert promo from them. Brie does most of the talking, stating that she and her sister are not fans of what Paige did earlier tonight. “While I respect that she wants to honor history, the Divas Title is the belt that Nikki and I both won and to see it thrown down hurt us.” Brie says she doesn’t know if she can forgive the “Anti-Diva”. As for the match, it is the typical stuff we’ve come to expect between these two. Alicia hits some crisp offense, but Brie has the crowd in her corner as she get in her BRIE MODE missile dropkick to score the win. Brie Bella defeats Alicia Fox!The Bella Twins celebrate Brie’s victory as Alicia Fox rolls out of the ring. Then, to the horror of everyone, the Wyatt signature hits. The lights go out and when they come back on, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are in the ring. “Hasn’t the Wyatt Family done enough to John Cena? Now they’re going after his girlfriend” exclaims Michael Cole. They surround the Bellas before Harper grabs Brie and the signature strikes again. When the lights return on, Nikki is the only one left in the ring, scared for her life. “What? I thought for sure they were going after Nikki. What the hell does the Wyatt Family want with Brie Bella?” asks Jerry Lawler.
Returning, Paige is shown walking backstage with the Women’s Championship on her shoulder but as she passes by Divas, some are giving her dirty looks. Cameron and Eva Marie give her the cold shoulder, but Emma and Naomi seem okay with her. Daniel Bryan appears, frantically searching for Brie Bella. He asks if any of the Divas have seen her, before searching in random rooms.
The below graphic shows up to promote Main Event tomorrow, where we will see a Money in the Bank Qualifying match! The former WWE United States Champion, Christian, will take on the man that defeated his former partner last night at Payback, Cesaro! CESARO VS. DAMIEN SANDOW; Less than 24 hours ago, Cesaro officially put his former partner, Jack Swagger, behind him by defeating him. Meanwhile, Damien Sandow has been picking up some wins on Main Event in recent weeks. This starts with neither guy gaining a clear advantage. Sandow uses some classic heel tactics but Cesaro counters that with some of his impressive offensive skills. He manages to trip up Sandow and do the Cesaro Swing, which gets a huge reaction from the WWE Universe in Indianapolis. With that done, Cesaro cranks his neck, showing no effects of being dizzy. He lifts Sandow up and ends him with the Neutralizer. Cesaro defeats Damien Sandow!
The crowd cheers as Cesaro stands up, picking up even more momentum heading into his Money in the Bank Qualifying match tomorrow night. We see Christian watching on a monitor backstage while icing his neck, and it’s clear that he is unnerved at the thought of facing the Swiss Superman tomorrow night on Main Event.
Returning, Daniel Bryan’s theme hits and the crowd begins to “Yes” but Bryan is in no mood for this. He heads straight to the ring, grabs a microphone and demands that the Wyatt Family bring out Brie Bella right now. There is no answer for a bit, but then the Wyatt signature hits. Bray Wyatt appears atop the stage and Bryan immediately goes to step out of the ring but Bray tells him to stop for Brie’s sake. ‘Daniel, if you step out of that ring, I will not be to blame for what happens to your pretty little wife.” Luke Harper steps out beside him holding Brie Bella in gorilla press slam position. Bryan, the fans and the commentators are horrified as he steps near the edge of the stage. Bray continues, “Daniel, Daniel, Daniel. Calm down brother. You love this woman do you not? I don’t believe you’d want her to take a tumble off the stage now would you?” Bray gives a laugh as Bryan demands to know what the point of all of this is. “I thought it was fairly obvious Daniel. Let me take you back for a minute. Do you remember earlier this year, when you defied me and tries to infiltrate this family? How dare you Bryan? You learned at the Royal Rumble that I am no mere mortal and that this family is unbreakable. Last night I vanquished John Cena and the whole Cenation is now in my hands. That is not enough for me though, no no. There is power that came with taking the Cenation, but there is more power in those titles that lie on the mat.” Bryan looks down at them and responds, “These. These titles are what this is all about? I’ve proven to be a fighting champion. If you wanted a shot at my title, all you had to do was ask. I’ll give you one just put my wife down!” Bray begins to laugh again, “So, I have your word that you will give me a shot at the titles to save your loved one?” Bryan shouts yes, so Bray tells Luke to put her down. “Understand this Daniel. This is the kind of thing that I could do anytime I want. I am everywhere Daniel and soon, I will have more than the Cenation, more than the WWE Title…I’ll have the whole world…in my hands.” The signature hits and they’re gone, leaving Brie Bella cowering in fear atop the stage. Bryan rushes up to check on her as we go to commercial.
Renee Young is standing by with the Shield. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are still not in the best condition following their matches earlier tonight, but Renee is focused on Roman Reigns as she asks him about his Money in the Bank Qualifying match tonight and the fact that his teammates are barred from ringside. Reigns says that tonight has been typical Authority stuff. “They tried to take us out at WrestleMania and they failed. They took us to War Games and they failed to end us. They sent Evolution at us last night and we won. Hell, tonight they’re throwing three of the toughest guy in this business in our way and so far, Dean and Seth did their job. I plan on joining them at Money in the Bank and then one of us will win that briefcase.” Dean steps up, saying that this won’t be like the Royal Rumble. “Back then, we hit a hiccup of jealousy. At Money in the Bank, it’s every man for themselves, but I guarantee you, the Money in the Bank briefcase will be won by a member of the Shield.” Seth closes thing with Roman’s normal line of “believe that…and believe in the Shield.” NON-TITLE MATCH: THE USOS VS. THE BROTHERHOOD; Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston, who won the Tag Team Turmoil at Payback last night, are out on commentary for this match. They are asked not only about their upcoming match against the Usos, which has been announced for Money in the Bank, but also about Cody Rhodes refusing to their hand last night. RVD attributes it to frustration. Here, Cody is on fire just like last night. He is flying around the ring and picking up near falls. However, he runs into a loud superkick from Jey. Jimmy knocks Goldust off the apron with one before climbing up top and hitting a big splash on Cody. Jey covers and the Usos are victorious. The Usos defeat The Brotherhood! The Usos hug to celebrate their win as Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston get off commentary and look up at them. The staredown doesn’t escalate as both teams seem to have respect for each other. Goldust checks on Cody Rhodes, who shows just as much as frustration as he did last night.
MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: BAD NEWS BARRETT VS. ROMAN REIGNS; Our final Money in the Bank qualifier pits two of the hotter Superstars in the entire WWE. They start off with hard hitting shots, just trading big time blows to the point where Roman Reigns gets a busted lip. That just shows how this match is going. Midway through, Sheamus slowly trots to ringside, leading commentary to question why he’s allowed out here and not the rest of the Shield. Reigns nails his apron dropkick before rolling inside and punching the mat, signaling for the Superman punch. When he goes for it, Bad News Barrett has the Bull Hammer ready and they nail each other at the same time. Both guys are down for nearly the count of ten, but as Barrett gets up, he pulls the referee close to him. Reigns is using the second rope to assist himself, but Sheamus comes by and nails him with a vicious kick to the head! Barrett takes advantage, hitting a second Bull Hammer and getting the three. Bad News Barrett defeats Roman Reigns to qualify for Money in the Bank!As soon as the bell rings, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins rush to the ring, but Bad News Barrett is quick to exit and head up the ramp with Sheamus. Ambrose and Rollins are not pleased, and neither is Reigns, who is beginning to get to his feet. “The Shield are unable to complete the sweep and Roman Reigns will not be in Money in the Bank!” exclaims Michael Cole. Barrett revels in his relatively surprising victory, but it is clear from the looks on the faces of the Shield, that there will be hell to pay.
The moment the fans have been waiting for all night is finally here as CM Punk comes out to a thunderous ovation. He holds his arms out as he walks to the ring, basking in their positive cheers. He enters the ring as the fans chant “CM Punk” and he waits for them to die down, though it takes a while. The first words out of his mouth tell us that he’s happy to be back, but he knows that there are a lot of questions. “The question I’ve been asked the most is why did I leave. Well, there were multiple reasons. First, I was beyond banged up and had to do a lot of healing. Quite frankly, I currently feel better than I have in the past seven years. The other reason that I stepped away was the Authority and the WWE as a whole. You see, I was sick and tired of watching a B+ Player himself, Triple H, tear down a good friend of mine, Daniel Bryan. Not only that, but I was unhappy with my placement in the company. I went from being the WWE Champion for 434 days to losing to the Rock to losing to Paul Heyman on Pay-Per-View.” The fans boo that but Punk admits that some of it is on him too. He then goes into what he’s been doing while he’s been away. “I’ve actually been getting into some cool things while healing. Hell, I’m even writing a comic book which you should all check out when it comes out.” The WWE Universe gives a collective chuckle at that before Punk gets serious again, discussing why he has returned. “Now that I’m back at 100%, I’ve come back for two reasons. One, is to do what Daniel Bryan and the Shield have been doing for months and that’s fight and put an end to the Authority. The other is…” Punk is cut off by theme of the COO of the company as Triple H comes down to the ring. He gets a microphone and gets right in Punk’s face, telling him that he has no business coming back. “I was perfectly fine paying you to sit out your contract so I didn’t have to deal with your ass.” Punk laughs and tells Triple H that he actually just signed a brand new contract, personally sent to him by Vince McMahon. This takes Triple H aback, but he manages to regroup quickly, telling Punk that there is no way that he will end the Authority. “I run things around here and your little stunt last night won’t change any of that.” Punk admits that he can’t change it just by returning but he promises that is his endgame. Triple H is not happy with this and strikes Punk, leading to a fist fight between the two. Things spill outside, where Punk smashes Hunter’s head into the announce table. Security and officials rush out to keep these two separated, but that is easier said than done. As the show goes off the air, they are still struggling to accomplish this task.

CM Punk is back! I'm glad Punk is back, I'm hoping we get to see CM Punk vs Triple H at Summerslam. I don't understand also why Bray Wyatt kidnapped Brie Bella to try to get his shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Title, I mean he defeated John Cena in an Ambulance Match at Payback. But he wants to beat Daniel Bryan to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, he's already had the whole Cenation and now will we have the whole YES Movement in his hands?, it's possible. I'm still looking for Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose or Roman Reigns to leave the Shield and join the Authority. But I wonder what is next for John Cena too, will he make his return soon. I'm very surprised with Dolph Ziggler winning the Andre The Giant Battle Royal and won the WWE United States Championship. I wonder if we're going to see Paige vs Stephanie soon. We could see it happen. Lot of good storylines planted in this diary.
Plug: Summerslam 1995 is up too man, take a look at it.

Time for some Doobla Doobla Ee: The Diary! I'm a little behind, but here's Payback. - Rusev puppy dog, Rusev cha cha. The Book Man? Aw shucky ducky. Shame that he lost. I enjoyed the write up for this match. - Loved the write up for Zigglett-Christian-Wade. Glad that Dolph got the win, too. As I noted, loved the write up. - You've built Cesaro vs Swagger really well, and it would appear that the winner of this match is going to get a good deal of momentum going forward. I really hope you have something big planned for Cesaro since he is one of the best workers you have. - IT'S A NEW DAY, YES IT IS!.. oh wait, he lost. Regardless, another enjoyable match and I really dig that you have Sheamus as a mid-carder. Also love that he's in The Authority. - WEE WOO! Ambulance match time. Decent write up, although the ending kind of surprised me, but regardless, it was enjoyable. - Paige retaining was no surprise, and rightfully so, if I'm honest. She didn't need to drop the belt to Tamina. The right girl won here. - Absolutely loved this match. Crazy stuff all the way through and the ending was great. Great match throughout and I'm very pleased that The Shield won. - Tag Team Turmoil was dope. Great action from start to finish. Felt very realistic and it's awesome that you're pushing the boiz Kofi and Rob. - Main event. Another really great read, and I really felt the build in this match. Ending was good and Bryan retained, which was best for business. - THAT'S CM IN' PUNK! Holy chit, Maggle, warfare! Punk coming out to even the odds was sick and it made everybody on his side look strong. Great PPV Kev, can't wait to see where you continue with this.
