I've been planning to make this custom for a while but I've been scared to do it because this is my first time cracking a torso.I'm glad I took the risk because it looks great! Here is my updated Dean Ambrose with no vest!

How'd you crack it? I've cracked torsos before but they always have white marks on them when I'm done.

How'd you crack it? I've cracked torsos before but they always have white marks on them when I'm done. I took his head off then used a box cutter to cut down the seam of his neck while it was still hot, and then I stuck a flathead screwdriver into his shoulder joint and turned. it popped right open. This video should help:
