I'm pretty sure the only fury one was USA attire. I coulda swore they made one in the usual green attire but a Google search proves the USA was the only one.

Yes. While I'm not big on the Unmatched Fury figures, I do remember the regular release and then a USA Warrior being made specifically for Warrior. I do not remember how limited it was produced, but it was very low.

The original unmatched fury was in an always believe theme. There are now 2 on ebay that have the USA attire. I wasn't sure if they were customs, variants, or special versions made exclusively for Warrior.

It was a 1/15 Warrior exclusive that Jakks made for him I think.

Are they the figures that look like giant Maximum Sweat figures? If so there was an exclusive USA one 1/5 or 1/15 that went to Warrior himself as part of his contract.
