I'll watch it, probably like it, but man, I am so over these CGI fests at the end of the movies. I hope The Batman if/when it gets released, has a very down to Earth final fight. Just a fist fight, no buildings blowing up or anything.
It's what took me out of Suicide Squad. I feel like I'd almost enjoy that more if I watched it before the CGI was put in.

I'll watch it but I'm not expecting anything great.
I was never a fan of Affleck as Batman and I don't like the suit.
Also, I cannot stand the guy who plays Superman. At all.

So who is Alfred talking to in the trailer? And why mention Lanterns if Green Latern isn’t in this? Yet  ing Cyborg is. Also not a fan of the exclusion of Lex. I actually liked his portrayal. |

Before Ragnarok the trailers were TLJ & Justice League. The JL trailer grated on me a little bit I haveta say.

Affleck hasn’t specifically stated that he’s done, just like he hasn’t specifically stated that he’s staying. Everything has been wishy-washy with him and WB for months. Affleck originally signed on for three films; BvS, Suicide Squad and Justice League. Then there was all this talk before BvS even hit about a solo Batfleck film. BvS then flops, and the terrible press and reaction from fans clearly took a toll on him even though he was mostly applauded for his portrayal. WB soon after announced that he will write, direct and star in a solo film. This is also the same time that his personal life was falling apart and he began drinking again. The constant “what’s up with the Batman film” questions and flop of Live by Night also seemed to take a big toll on him. It was also reported that WB was not happy with his films failure. It’s then announced that he’s only staring in the solo film now, and from there all the “will he or will he not be in a solo film” rumors began to arise. I don’t think Ben ever intended to be in the role long (which is a shame because he’s great in the role). Yes these current allegations are not good for his future in the role, but if JL is a box office hit I feel like we’ll get atleast one solo film from him before he’s out. If JL is a box office disappointment, I think he’s gone (with a simple re-cast of the role rather than a whole retcon like a lot of fans think). |

I hope with the release of Justice League, Warner will finally decide to stop giving Snyder DC material to direct. And hopefully they don't think Whedon will do any better because he won't. Is he still attached to direct Batgirl?

If anyone goes to a Regal theater to watch Justice League and picks up the Unmasked Flash Funko POP and you dont want it, shoot me a message. I dont have a Regal around me so if I can avoid ebay Id rather buy it from someone here so at least they can get their money back from their tickets.

Just back from Justice League.....yeah it was VERY average. Very much disliked Millers Flash I must say...
I have to say I was disappointed and my expectations were low as hell. Some glimpses of greatness but overall? its no good.

Some glimpses of greatness but overall? its no good. Yeah, pretty much how I felt. And can I just say the overuse of cgi now is crazy. There were full scenes where I felt like I was watching a video game. And Steppenwolf looked way too artificial. It took me out of his scenes way too much. It felt like some God Of War or World Of Warcraft character just crossed over into the real world somehow interacting with real people. If he is the main antagonist, I wanted to see more of a flesh and blood actor to give more weight to the scenes. |
