Saw it last night. I’m mixed. Cast was great but it had major issues.
Pros:
- Cast had good chemistry. I thought the interactions with the league were great. - Atlantis scene was cool and I’m excited to see more in Aquaman. - I’m not a fan of the Cyborg character at all but they did a good job with him and struggle with his new self. - Superman finally felt like Superman - Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot are great as Batman and WW (which makes me really hope that the rumors of Affleck being done aren’t true). - Parademons looked good.
Cons
- Stepenwolf sucked. Hardly any characterization and was another generic CGI villain who wants to take over the world. You can tell he was originally set up to lead into JL2 and Darksied, but with that movie being put on hold indefinatly he became a shallow nobody. - CGI was bad in a lot of scenes, especially the final fight. For a movie with a $300 million budget, this should be an embarrassment. Atlantis scene looked good, so not sure why the final fight looked so bad. - Story was really rushed, especially the first act. It felt much better paced once the league got together, but the 2 hour mandate hurt the start of this movie. - Flash was funny in some spots, but he was definatly not the Barry Allen we know from the comics. I thought they could have toned down his “weirdness” vibe a bit. - Aquaman had the least characterization and felt like he suffered the most from the choppy first half. He was basically “broody-hot guy” without much else revealed about him. - I detest Amy Adams version of Lois Lane. She just doesn’t fit the role for me. She was a big problem for me in BvS, and while he role is much smaller this time, it was still annoying seeing her take screen time. Her scenes dragged on and bored me to death.
Those are just off the top of my head. I’d say about a 6.5/10 for me.

People are going to bash this regardless because of what's come before it but I really liked Justice League. My primary complaints are the abundance of CGI and the runtime. I really feel like this movie would have benefitted from having an extra 15-20 minutes of character development before bringing the team together. I'm hoping there's an extended edition released for home video that will show a bit more development of Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg. The cast really gelled well together and I was surprised by how well the jokes landed. No, this won't win any oscars but this was an incredibly entertaining ride that really acts as a launching point for the future of the DCEU. I can't wait to see more of these guys and am now really stoked for the Aquaman film.

I don’t care what the reviews say(critics opinions hold no weight with me), I absolutely LOVED it. It’s nice to have 2 good DC movies back to back.

I watched it with my son and his friends. I have a question, did they CGI Supermans mouth? Like every time he was talking it looked like they CGI'd it. It was a distraction. Other than that we enjoyed it a lot.

He has a mustache and Paramount wouldnt allow him to shave it so they had to CGI it out in the reshoots...apparently they did a horrible job.

When it first showed him talking I thought it was an imposter Superman. I instantly looked at my wife and whispered in her ear "you see his mouth, it is an imposter Superman."

Also is Flashes dad Doctor Manhattan? It was weird that Billy Crudop is uncredited.

Saw JL yesterday. Liked it a lot, but Superman's mouth was not a good way to open the first 3 minutes of the movie. Rough start. Both end credit scenes were good stuff.

I went to see Justice League with my wife and son yesterday.
I thought it was pretty darn good, it was a fun action movie and I will admit seeing the Justice League together on the big screen was something I never thought would happen. The movie is not going to win any awards that is for sure, but after Nolans pretentious trilogy and the ultra serious and boring Batman v Superman, I wanted to see a movie that was fun and fun I think is the best way to describe this movie.
To say the CGI on Superman's mouth is bad is an understatement, what the hell were they thinking here? I do not know if they were pressed for time or what, but if you have not yet seen the movie and are thinking it cannot be that bad. I assure you it is worse than you probably think it is.
As far as the characters go, DC have to hitch the Justice League train to Wonder Woman, she is by far the star of this franchise. Aquaman was really cool, so cool that I just wish there was more of him. As cool as he was though, all his badass moments you have already seen in the trailer.
The only character that did not click for me was The Flash. I love the TV Flash so I knew going in I was going to have a hardtime with this new one, but he is by far the weaklink of the team. He has some good moments, like when he tries to stop Superman attacking the others and Superman turns his head and can actually see him. But the way he runs is just so freaking weird, it really took me out of it.
If I had to give the Justice League a score out of 10 I would give it a 7.5 maybe an 8. It is not the best superhero movie I have ever seen, but I had a fun time while watching it and I am excited to see more of this DC Universe and while it may not be the opinion of everyone, this more light hearted tone is what I want to see from it.
Without spoiling it, the second credits scene was awesome and something my son especially flipped out over as he is one of his favorite characters dating back to when he first watched the original Teen Titans show.

I enjoyed it. Didn’t set the world on fire and I can’t compare it to a Marvel movie, but it is a step in the right direction.

I don't feel as bad now after leaving thinking that might be the only one lol.

We've had consistent post credit scenes for 10 years now. Just wait 5 minutes.

A lot of people sure do like reading the credits." I mean...we're not sitting there for the words.

Sometimes I'll look online and sometimes I might just ask the usher standing there if there's anything else. I saw the first one and I had someplace to get to so just took a chance and missed out on the cooler one. There are times I stayed through comic book movies that actually didn't have one-it happens once in a blue moon. Just asking a question-I'm sorry I even did now.
