I can crack em just fine, but when I put them back together, it never stays closed enough and is loose, is there anyway besides glue, to get them to stay tight?

I think you have to glue them.
But there may be another way.

I know exactly what you mean, I cracked a figure perfectly, having me think that when I put it back together it would seal completely as though its never been cracked, but the gap was there no matter how much pressure I used to completely seal it.

Exactly, I guess I'm gonna have to just grab some glue, Do you think I would have to re-crack it to glue it? I was planning on almost just using a paper clip and kind of trying to shove the glue in the spaces.

What I do is use sculpey clay and fill in the gaps, then after it hardens I paint it the color the torso is, I've only done it with the molded shirts though.
