I'm going to be 29 years old in 6 months, & I've never been to a concert before. Not sure why. Probably because I chose to spend my money on tickets for wrestling shows or other sports. But I'm seriously considering seeing one this summer featuring Linkin Park, AFI, & 30 Seconds to Mars

not many bands I like visit my neck of the woods but I seen quite a couple of me idols, some twice
bands in order of when I first saw them
Red Hot Chili Peppers Franz Ferdinand Oasis (twice and on last tour with Noel) Slayer (original line up!) NIN Yeah Yeah Yeahs Deftones (twice) Garbage MetallicA w/ Anvil Five Finger Death Punch (not a fan of their music but they know how to put on a good rock show) Rob Zombie KoRn Alter Bridge (they were opening act so no choice) Alice in Chains (highlight of my life)
hope to catch Mastodon, Ghost or Rammstein in the near future.

Massive concert lover! I try to get to as many as possible. I've left a fair few off this list as I can't remember everyone off the top of my head. Anyway here's a summary:
Akir Army of Freshman Artful Dodger A$AP Rocky Bad Rabbits Billy Talent Biffy Clyro Bloodhound Gang Bowling For Soup Bring Me the Horizon Caspian Chase and Status Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip Deftones Dido Dizzee Rascal DJ Hixxy DJ Semtex DJ Static Don Broco (x2) Editors Eminem Fall Out Boy Foals Frank Turner Green Day Haim Half Moon Run Hasan Salaam HIM Immortal Technique Ironik Itch Johnny Marr Kate Nash Katherine Jenkins Kitty, Daisy and Lewis Manic Street Preachers Newham Generals Nine Inch Nails Palma Violets Royce Da 5'9 Sarah Williams White Skindred Skrillex SL2 Stereophonics System of a Down Ultrabeat Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats Wolf Alice White Lies Zebrahead The Zico Chain
I'm seeing Nine Inch Nails for a second time at the end of the month! Hopefully make it to a few gigs and a festival this Summer too!

I ing hate you. Never been to any concerts but I'm going to see Justin Timberlake on the 30th of this month. Wondering how it goes tho... As there's no seats, who gets to stand in front of the scene? First come first served or? ...

First come first served or? ... First in first served. People with standing tickets are the ones you'll see lining up for hours outside the arena long before the show starts. I've done it myself plenty of times to get to the front, except when I saw Lady Gaga and just paid a bit extra to get early access into the arena.

I've seen somewhere in the ballpark of 150-200 bands over the years. That's probably a lowball. I had a list going at one point, but I never kept up with it.
Just a few highlights - big artists, or bands I've seen many times.
Taylor Swift Green Day (x2) Blink-182 (x2) Fall Out Boy (x3) Paramore New Found Glory (x8) Taking Back Sunday (x5) All Time Low (x4) Bayside (x5)
I saw more or less every major modern rock act at least once when I was heavily invested in that scene (Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, Godsmack, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Disturbed, etc., etc.) Same goes for the pop-punk genre over the last five years or so (The Wonder Years, Fireworks, Yellowcard, Man Overboard, The Story So Far, etc., etc.)
Plus, 5 years worth of Warped Tours, countless other shows. I'd be here all day if I tried to drum up a full list.

Let's see...
Van Halen Finger Eleven (Twice) Megadeth Judas Priest Volbeat
Megadeth was probably my favorite. It was their Rust In Peace tour and not only that but it was Chris Broderick's birthday so they brought out a cake. You can guess where that went.
I've also seen these bands as opening acts:
Exodus Testament Thin Lizzy Black Label Society Spoken Danko Jones
Thin Lizzy was great and while I had no idea who Spoken were before, I was a fan after. It's a shame people behind me were crapping on them solely because they're a Christian rock band. Danko Jones was pretty bad though.
