DA and RA Arms Problem

Here's the problem. I had bought a Deluxe Aggression 2 Carlito, as I feel they are the best figures available, however I am bothered by the arms that have been used on this Carlito, as they have used the heavyweight mold, which, as you know tend to look huge, especially against the smaller torsos, such as the singlet and the Middleweight (Cena/Orton/Edge)

I have no problem with the arms on heavyweight torsos, and they look more in place, but I decided to switch Carlitos arms for some smaller RA arms. However, the arms don't seem to fit correctly. I have used the boil method, and swapped the arms around but there is an odd looking space between both the shoulder balls, and the bicept as t is. Now I ahev seen pics on this site, and they show no such fault. Here's some pics of the problem, I don't know how they'll appear.







I'm sure that's enough pictures for you to see my predicament. Now here's my question:

Is there a way that I could lose this space, and the arms fit normal, like the arm would in an RA socket. If not, I'll change it back to the large arms that he came with.
