I feel he is overrated and i'm annoyed by how hard WWE is going out of there way to push him. I mean the superman punch, apron drop kick, spear, and the little upper cut thing he does are all cool moves but what else does he have? I feel like he has 4 good moves and thats it. It's not like his bad in ring skill set can be covered up by his mic skills, cause his mic skills are atrocious IMO. I miss when the Shield were more equals, now a days it just feels like the Shield is just a stepping stone for Reigns. These were my exact feelings for quite some time and I really hope this isn't how it all plays out. I will be incredibly bummed out. The same thing happened when WWE butchered the Nexus storyline which actually caused me to stop watching the product for several months out of disgust.

I'm not sold on Roman Reigns. Reigns looks great when he's wrestling six-man tag matches with The Shield because Reigns does all his signature spots (apron dropkick, leaping clothesline, Superman Punch, spear), which I will admit look really cool and Reigns does them well. Outside of the six-man tag matches, Reigns hasn't done that well on his own. I can't name a single Roman Reigns match that has been good. I feel as if Reigns' weaknesses are well hidden when he's wrestling multi-man matches with The Shield because Ambrose and Rollins do most of the work while Reigns comes in to do his signature stuff and get the pin.
Ever since the slow face turn of The Shield, I believe that Seth Rollins has been the guy to really step up out of the three Shield members. Rollins has shown intensity, he's delivered in nearly every match he's had, and has evolved on the microphone. The Extreme Rules press conference promo that Rollins did was amazing, and the words he said resonated on me, and his words were backed up with the string of matches that The Shield has had since their debut.
I'll be honest, seeing Roman Reigns be the one guy to lead The Shield in confrontations with The Wyatts, seeing Roman Reigns get the spotlight while Rollins and Ambrose do most of the work in Shield six-man tag matches just sucks in my opinion.

God no. Ever since his push I've despised the guy. First with Survivor Series, the only guy to pin Punk, being the only Shield member to get a win on that episode of SD, the Royal ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) ing Rumble, being referred to as the "leader of the Shield" at EC, then being the guy who leads Ambrose/Rollins into the ring when they squares off with Evolution/Wyatts, I mean give me a break. Dude's incredibly overrated because of a couple moves. I preferred him when he was Tag champ with Rollins and he was the quiet guy but still kicked ass. Don't get me wrong, he still kicks ass, but it didn't seem as forced as it is now. Nowadays it's Ambrose and Rollins carrying the match for 15 minutes, getting the hot tag, leaping clothesline to a couple guys, some weird arm motions and duck face, superman punch, OOOOOO AHHHHH, spear, gets countered, Rollins/Ambrose do something to get the upper hand again, spear connects, win. It just really bothers me, I can't explain it. I see this no different than Cena, Orton, Sheamus, Del Rio, etc. Loved at first, then later hated. It's only a matter of time until you start hearing boo's when he gets tagged in. Well....hopefully. Couldn't really have said it any better. This basically sums up my exact feelings.

i like the other two just as much, but it's clear they have a lot of focus on him. he's a solid wrestler so i have no issue with him being majorly pushed.

I am not a fan...yet
Maybe it's because it's hard to look like the good one next to Ambrose and Rollins. While Ambrose has been consistently good, Rollins just keeps getting better and better. And Reigns is just meh...

He does 4 moves and gets gassed. The man has had bad matches with Daniel Bryan and punk. Punk even put him over clean.

I think people who are questioning/getting annoyed by the fact that Reigns seems to get the most "focus" out of the Shield are forgetting how much the crowd loves him. If I remember correctly, he was really the first Shield member who started to get over on his own.

I'm a fan of the concept of The Shield, have been since they debuted, love all three guys and what they bring to the unit; I'm not someone who will analyse each member, I like everything they do, I guess I'm old school that way, as it is similar to how much I liked The Fabulous Freebirds back in the day; they all lent their individual skills, traits and talents for the collective...

Reigns.....>Rollins................................................>Ambrose
He's the future, and I'm more than alright with that. The dude has been improving consistently. People complain he's not great on the mic -- he's not about talking, yet a couple weeks ago when the 3 of them stood in the ring, talking to Evolution on the stage, he was the most coherent, and well-spoken of the group.
People complain he doesn't deliver in the ring, but his match with Wyatt was far better than "terrible" which people seem to be saying it was. He did awesome in the Rumble, plays his part as the heavy hitter in tag matches, and just had a decent match with Mark Henry of all people just last night on TV.
The average fans (men, women AND kids) are taking to him, and as long as he continues to get better, that's what matters. I think the very small % that the IWC represents just can't stand Ambrose/Rollins not being the company's choice...
Rollins is up there, I think if they ever split the Titles again, Reigns/Rollins could easily be the champs of the future. Ambrose is just painful to watch, most of the time, though. Sounds like he's had a stroke on the mic, and his offense looks weak as hell, but he sells like a champ. Not as good as Rollins, but -- good.

I've never had a problem with him. He's not amazing but he's not bad and he has a brilliant look. He's going to get better.

If used right he could be the future of the WWE. The same goes for Ambrose and Rollins. I know the shield will have to come to an end one day but I hope it's not any time soon. I'm enjoying having some factions back in the WWE.

I'm a massive Roman Reigns fan, I think he's got the potential to be at the top in a few years time. I think with The Shield all compliment each other really well. The Shield needs a big guy in it as well as sheer atheletesism of Seth Rollins and that ruthless aggression from Dean Ambrose, it's what makes them such a good trio and one reason why I prefer them to the Wyatts. Great heels and faces as well. Best thing in WWE right now in my opinion, the main reason I watch it.

Well, after last night he lost me a little bit. Why the heck are you going to have Ambrose who acted like he could barely walk and Rollins also look not 100%, but Reigns went out there like normal. And why only could Roman win? It just annoys me that they are trying to make Reigns seem bigger than he is physically. ![](http://www.sescoops.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/tumblr_mr2gwbdYUe1so54lao1_1280.jpg) Look the same size to me.
