From 2004/2009 Jakks were great when it came to new figures and pretty much every guy on the roster was made but looking back on the Attitude era there was lots of Austin, Rock HHH & Taker figures but mid carders were very limited and some guys never even got a figure.
Here's an example. BCA Jim Neidhart. Los Boriquas. Bart Gunn. The Acolytes. Mideon. Golga. Giant Silva. Gillberg. Tiger Ali Sing. Mean Street Posse.
TTL The Kat. The British Bulldog in jeans. Terri. Updated Godfather. Updated D'Lo Brown. RTC Val Venis. RTC Goodfather. RTC Bull Buchanan. RTC Ivory. APA in wrestling gear. Updated Mark Henry. Moolah. Mae Young. Evil Taka. Evil Funaki. Paul Heyman. Chris Kanyon. Mr Perfect.
RA Sean O Haire. D'lo Brown. Rodney Mack Jazz.
All the ones I listed above did warrant figures during their time but sadly were never made.
PS. I didn't include Rtec 3 since they were made during the same time as the TTL's.

Yeah because he was in the WWF during the Attitude era... I would have liked Jeff Jarrett, Essa Rios and Dean Malenko all in ttl form. God know why some guys didn't get made - I mean at least D'Lo and Godfather should have - Godfather was over as ****!

I had always wanted a Jim Neidhart BCA figure and to this day I still don't understand why we didn't get one.

I was very impressed by the amount of different characters we got in the BCA line actually. Some of the ones you mentioned were very low end of the card guys. Yes they did alot of Austins, Rocks, HBKs, Takers etc but those are 4 of the greatest wrestlers to ever live! We got tag teams, managers, announcers etc. I do agree on Neidhart though, we definetly should of got him. I think WCW Toybiz line was horrible when it came to getting mid carders and different characters and they had a much, much deeper roster than WWE did at the time.

Because he was still on Bad terms with WWE. Plus Mattel's Macho Man would blow the Jakks one out of the water
