Did they modify the lettering on the torso so it was a Y instead of an I? Also, I need a good quality picture of him. Thanks in advance.

Yeah they modified it on the figure, probably since they copyrighted 'Rhyno' but not 'Rhino' itself since he used it in TNA. Here he is with the "I" intact on the singlet:

No problem man, a little red paint and you'll be all set. The only downfall is that it's kinda short.

I have this figure but wasn't sure which series he was from, since I got him in a lot. That's pretty cool to know. I just assumed he was an early Ruthless series since I am largely unfamiliar with early sets.
He's an awesome looking figure, one of my favorites.
