can you take pegs out of ra heads and put it into ttl heads? My bro cut a peg and it broke in half

Yes, there are three ways.
1. Pull it out of the head with thin tweezers (as it's in a narrow space).You need a firm grip if you aren't going to boil the head first.
2. Boil it in water as the plastic will be softer and squishy and pull the peg out with tweezers.
3. Only try this method if you don't mind losing the head. Cut open the back of the head and take the peg out by hand. I use this method for heads I have lying around that have had updated versions( I did this for AD13 Conway's head because I have RA19 now.)
