With some modding to the hair, it could possibly make an Alex Shelley or Jack Evans.
Give it a good hair molding/paint job, and it could possibly work.
To me, the smirk doesn't make him a very suitable Tatanka. Sure, you could mold a mullet easily onto that head, but I dunno.
