I want to make a finly the wall and ull buchanon what bodys head legs would look good btw i can not mold lol karma + 2 for help

For the Wall, use a Heidenreich head maybe. If you want him to be in "ring gear" just use a body of someone in a dress shirt/pants. Pop open the body, and switch the arms to plain ones. Slap any spare sunglasses you may have on him.
For Bull Buchanon, a Tyson Tomko head would likely be your best bet. Slice off the goatee, and sand away he paint. I don't know what look of his you are going for though. Is it the one of him as Bossmans sidekick? Cena's sidekick? Or his run as a casual grappler?
Without molding ability, the bossman option may be out of reach. As cena's sidekick, just use Matt Hardy legs, and a heavyweight torso. For the late run as a casual grappler, just use Haas legs, and heavyweight torso.
Finlay is a tad tough. You should definitely use a Jay Strongbow body, and just add paint to the legs to make it seem like shorts. As for heads, I really don't know. Heidenreich could work, but if you use it for Wall as well, it'd be odd. Maybe someone else can help with this.

For Finlay I would have said to try a Ken Kennedy especially if one comes out with a straight face ( I think Kennedy is a dead ringer especially after the first time I saw him) modified Benoit or Regal may work well for him (though the hair on either would need to be modified some)
For Wall and Bull I agree with Lowki. With Wall, you would have a perfect attire if you wait for IRS in CS11
with the Paint removal though I prefer to use Nail Polish remover instead of Sanding it if you do want to try the Sand paper use a really fine grade ((doing a body swith would be easier either way
