...why is this board so dead?
I admit I fell out of interest with the UFC as soon as Australian networks took it off free-to-air TV, as the place where I live can't get pay TV...here in Australia I know it is still big, but I'm just curious as to why this board has next to no activity?

Yeah... I was thinking this the other day. I don't think it's anything to do with the UFC product or fights... the board just seems to have lost a lot of it's regulars though: Kliquid, James Hetfield, PrideFCF, 1991, Unanimous Decision etc., so it's been pretty quiet.  |

It has been dead. Well with the Barao and Dillashaw card tommorrow, I'll have to make a prediction and discussion thread.

Holy crapwhat an upset. I didn't give Dillashaw a shadow of a chance and he dominated. Props to him. Cormier finishing Hendo and Lawler finishing Ellenberger was great too.

Dillashaw was amazing... I never saw that coming. I think that punch/knockdown in the first round really took a lot of the fight out of Barao... he did really well to come back from it at all. It was sad to see Hendo dominated like that... maybe it's time to call it a career - he's looked pretty poor in his last three fights now (even though he pulled out the win against Shogun). Jones Vs Cormier would be epic.  |
