I think a Tyson Tomko head could work pretty good. Mod the beard a little bit. As for body recipe, I'd say a new dress shirt mold like Batista in the pink shirt or Sheik in the Slaugter pack. Paint that white and add suspenders by either painting them or making some. I guess for the pants, I'd use a fat crotch piece and I guess legs from a newer Rey Mysterio or the HBK ref.
