Do any good customisers think they could make something like this?

I have no idea how he did It, if you don't know I mean the one with the full snake mask (not black), if anyone thinks they could do something like this, PM me! I'd be giving a good price for something like that.

It's vinyl for the mask. I'd hit up ClassicDAs (http://forum.wrestlingfigs.com/user/5847) and ask him. CMD was the guy that made them but I dunno if he does custom orders anymore.
