um ok i think ug u take a flat head screwdriver and put it in the joint were the knee conects and on each side pop it up and it should come lose from the leg with half the peg in the leg still and u should just pull it off karma?

If you boil it, it will get really soft and you can just kind of pull it off. Or you can pop the pin out. Putting them back on is the tricky part.

I don't boil. I use a hairdryer. I find it easier, IMO.
