Could be a custom. There were members on this site who used to make their own exclusives.

So 5 of the 100 are factory errors, does this make it more valuable?
Its similar to Classic superstars 11 black belt variant which aren't cheap
Appreciate the feedback guys

I guess it makes it more valauble. I dont understand how you know it's legit though. Couldn't someone just switch the stickers from the 1 of 100 Hogan and any 1 of 3,000 fig?

It's legit I received mine from toyfare/toy fair (whichever one I get them confused) mislabeled. I had it graded by AFA as they registered it at an error. I sort of remember someone saying there were like 10 with this error before it was caught & fixed. Hope this helps, if I get time I'll later I'll post my afa graded 1-100 Hogan to confirm.
As for its price I've NEVER seen one sold before until now so who knows if it will be more, the same, or less than the normal one. Someday I plan on selling mine & we'll find out I guess.

Did you mind the label was the 1/3000 or did you want the 1/100 figure?

They could but doesn't really make sense, 1 of 100 is more rare then 1 of 3000 obviously, but wouldn't that just devalue the 1/3000 unless the box is needed

I actually was going to trade my error 1-100 to another collector tonystewart on here years ago for his normal 1-100 Hogan because I preferred the normal one but it never happened. Also JUST a FYI there are several 1-3000 Hogans with the 1-100 label as well because tonystewart had one of those.
