Awful yesterday. Angriest I've been at football in years. As soon as WBA won the free kick I knew they'd get a dodgy deflection and we'd lose 1-0. Worried for top 4 now. Palace are better than West Brom and we're away too, and then Arsenal after before Hull away to end the season. 6 points doesn't look anywhere near as likely as it should. Also really disappointing we're fighting for 4th considering where we were less than a month ago. We could've gone for 2nd if we won yesterday and against Everton. RVP is well past it. I like him but he needs to go MLS in the summer. Was awful all game and I knew he'd miss the penalty too. We have Palace and Chelsea so no chance of us getting top 4 and I think Southampton and Spurs are about 3/4 points behind us.

Plus I still firmly believe that there's no chance United gets fewer then four points, while with LFC it might be a struggle to get six.

Liverpool lose out on another target - same old ing story. If you believe Rodgers, they were never interested in Depay.

Can't call it between Hull and Newcastle now. Newcastle have the favourable games but they are in complete free fall. I'd rather they went down.

Don't discount Sunderland either. Their goal difference is 4 better than Newcastle at the moment but games against an in form Leicester, Arsenal and Chelsea could wreck that. QPR will be down when Newcastle play them so even the most jaded of us fans would still expect to win that one. If the players can be arsed. All we need really is for Hull to get no more than a point or two and considering their games, they shouldn't even get that. I'd like Sunderland to survive with us for the derbies so for me, Hull have to go.
Major overhaul needed for Newcastle in the summer though, which will hopefully be rebuilding for another Prem season. It's a shame Mike Ashley can't see that his position is untenable and he's in the wrong business for moneymaking. I was always against billionaires coming in and buying titles for teams but that's what's required to even compete these days. I'd give my left arm for a richer guy than Ashley to take over and actually run the club the way one should be.

As much as I want to see Steve Bruce go away, I want Newcastle to go down. Newcastle fans have had it in for Villa ever since Damian Duff scored an own goal which relegated them a few seasons ago

Glad to see Hull go down today because of a Danny Ings goal. Really hope we sign him in the summer.

Yeah, Hull are pretty terrible. Steve Bruce always starts well and then everything goes to sh*t after a couple of seasons. Wouldn't have minded Newcastle going down either but oh well.
Sunderland have officially claimed Wigan's old title of "Team that should go down every season but never do". I don't know how they keep pulling it off.

We're incredibly like Coventry when they were in the PL. Glad my opinion of Bruce is starting to get picked upon by people. We were gonners when he got the sack yet we go pelters.
