You never can tell with neck injuries. How do you think Daniel Bryan will be remembered if he is somehow forced to retire and can no longer compete. I would somewhat compare him to a more popular Magnum TA. Magnum never won the big one. Thoughts on how his legacy would be remembered?

He is one of the most over guys of the last decade. He won't retire now but if he did, he'd be remembered greatly.

I think he will be remembered greatly. WrestleMania 30 was mainly based around him winning the big one, so that alone will make people remember Bryan.

One of the greatest pure professional wrestlers of this generation, whose crowning moment also turned out to be the beginning of one of the most unfortunate chain of events in history.

The greatest technical wrestler ever. (Come at me, Bret Hart and Kurt Angle fans)
The most over guy since the Attitude Era (Come at me, Punk fans)
Best wrestler to never get a title run.
And if he does have to retire, which I doubt, I'll legit cry for weeks.

I think if he was forced to retire tomorrow, he'd still be remembered as one of the greatest wrestling stories ever in my book. Coming up from nothing, to working years on the indies, to making it to WWE, and becoming WWE Champion in the main event of Wrestlemania 30.

He Won Two Matches at WM 30 the biggest wrestling event of the year against one of the men in charge of WWE and later on won the title againts two of the top superstars of WWE And had the celebration that any wrestler would just die to have That's how he will be remembered.
I Never wanna hear Daniel Bryan Has been misused again from Nobody.

Honestly, he'll be more "out of sight, out of mind" type. I dont think there will be a reaction like there was for Magnum though. WWE might do a Raw Tribute thing to his career but they tend to just move on after it. Magnum's struggle was milked for over a year.

I think Daniel Bryan will remember fondly if he were to retire very early. Bryan is one of the best technical wrestlers that WWE has had in years and has sparked a connection with the audience that was quite reminiscent of Stone Cold Steve Austin, in my opinion. His catchphrase, "YES!", has transcended professional wrestling, which is something that a rare few can lay claim to.
As much as I think that Bryan will be remember fondly, I can't say the same thing about his WWE World Heavyweight Title reign. It will be remembered for the unfortunate circumstances that occurred during his reign as champion (Bryan's father passing away, "Stone Crusher" succumbing to cancer, neck injury).

It would be very misfortunate for him. I would hate to see it happen. He worked really hard to get where he's at. At least if he goes out, he goes out with s injury or something he can't control, instead of what CM Crybaby did.
Bottom line, I'd hate to see him go. But the show goes on

BEST IN THE WORLD! BEST IN THE WORLD! I chanted this many times at him during ROH shows.
I'll remember him as that and I'll remember CM Punk as a skinny fat ass.

If he had to retire he would be remember as one of this generation's greats. He won in the main event at Wrestlemania where everything and everybody was against him, you can't write a better career than that.
