Any of the higher level customizers know how to do them I expect. What are you looking for?

You can print your own. Use Waterslide Decal Paper. Comes in Clear or White. Use clear for tattoos and such, white if putting a design on tights or shirts (plastic). All you really gotta do is find the image you want and edit it down to size with Photoshop or GIMP, or even Word.

Yup, just follow the instructions. Print on a regular Ink-Jet Printer. You can find the stuff in the Model Car section of your local Hobby shop, or just order a ton off of eBay. Pick up some Sealer too, you will need that to keep the ink from running in the water (you should have some anyway, if you are making customs).

You will see a lot of different brands and stuff on this board. Personally, what I do is seal it with a Krylon or Treehouse gloss coat. Then I spray over that with Testors Dull Coat or Krylon Matte finish. Pretty much ANY matte spraypaint will be ok (nothing oil based, and yes, it will say it on the can). The reason I do the gloss coat first is because, from what I have seen, it seems to be more durable than the matte finish.
