I made a Mascarita Sagrada using an OSTFM Goldberg and painted all over the figure and sculpted the mask over his head.
It's one of my best customs IMO. It's not very playable though but I never intended to make him for that reason. When I can be bothered I'll start making my Octagoncito to go with him(which I'm making out of Randy Savage from the same series as Goldberg, will need heavy modding but it'll be worth it).
