I was think mayber a danny basham face with RA17 Orlando's hair, with a cruiser torso and black jeans. Would that be good enough?

i would use a HW torso, and an angle head. you would have to modd the hair though.

I'm not sure how well the hair off of Orlando would work. I'd use a Test head and add some hair sticking up but the rest of your recipe sounds good.
