I guess the difference tonight was that Dallas’ over-their-head three point shooting didn’t fall off in the second half like it did the other night. I bet they go 9-30 their next game.

Steph is ridiculous lately. Probably the best player in the league over the last two weeks or so. Another game with 10 threes last night, no biggie. Maybe I’m just biased but I think you have to at least mention him in the early MVP discussion with Embiid, LeBron, Jokic, and whoever else gets mentioned. We saw how bad they were last year without him, and for them to be 14-12 right now says a lot about how he’s playing.
Also, great stat I saw on ESPN. Career games with 10+ threes made.... Curry 17, Klay 5.... no one else more than 3.

Another great win today by Phoenix over Philly. I been really impressed by them the last couple weeks since they've gotten healthy, they 8-1 in the last 9 games and 5 in a row beating most of the top teams in the East. They beaten Boston,Bucks and 6ers within the last week and Booker is playing out of his mind the last 7 or 8 games the guy averaging close to 40 a game in that stretch. Paul looks awesome too but somebody gotta step up and be that third guy,Ayton been good but not like he was earlier imo. Hopefully Bridges and Crowder keeps getting better and it was great seeing Super Dario get back and look impressive against his old team.

What is going on with the Pistons and Blake Griffin? Are they giving him DNPs or is he sitting out himself? He's making an awful lot of money for not playing.

Dubs pulled a rabbit out of their hat tonight. Draymond didn’t play, and it’s crazy how immediately it’s easy to see how different the offense flows when he’s not on the floor. They struggled a lot in the first half and barely managed to get to 45 points at halftime. Not to mention Steph was OFF tonight. Beats me how they managed to get back into the game by the end. Steph hit the threes when it mattered though, one late in the 4th to close the gap to 2. And two late in OT to take the lead and then ice it. 5-20 from deep for the game overall though 🥶
Let’s see if they can finally get their first 3-game winning streak of the year in Orlando on Friday.

Side note, I forgot to mention Kent Bazemore. Helluva game with 26 points and probably the biggest reason they were able to force OT. Also the first time since November 2016 that they had 4 different players score 20 points: Curry, Bazemore, Wiggins, and Oubre. Last time would’ve been of course Curry, Durant, Klay, aaaand Ian Clark.

It's a lot of money for a guy who is either declining rapidly or really unhappy playing in Detroit. The whole sitting out thing is ridiculous, but about the team fit? I don't know. I think he would be a good fit for teams needing a physical/stretch big off the bench, even though those aren't polished parts of his game. The catch will be balancing the contract. Contract aside, maybe the Lakers, Bucks, 76ers or Raptors? Really guessing haha.

It'd be interesting to see Blake in Milwaukee or Philly, but it'd be so lame if he signed with the Lakers for next to nothing.

Will be interesting to see if Golden State tries to move Minnesota's 1st that they have and what they could get for it.

Disappointed in this Celtics loss to the pelicans.. Watched the entire game from start to finish, we blew a 24 point lead with 6 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter. It’s not surprising to me cause it seems like every celtics game I watch this happens.

They fired Saunders today and hired Raptors assistant coach Chris Finch. If he can't help them figure it out, time to blow it up.

And Golden State is good enough to the point where they might sneak into the playoffs, or end up being at the very end of the lottery.
A shame they've botched this road trip so far. Couldn't get that 3rd win in a row in Orlando, after they had a huge 3rd quarter/early 4th quarter turnaround to then themselves blow a 13 point lead. Then Charlotte was a disaster last night. Looking like they're gonna get a win without Curry, then lose the lead again in the 4th quarter. Big help from the awful timeout Charlotte was granted instead of a jump ball, which in turn led to Draymond blowing up (awful on his part).... ejected, 2 FTs tie the game (with 9 seconds left mind you), and then a buzzer-beating shot to win the game.

If I had to guess I think the Warriors will make the playoffs but I thought they would've been a higher seed, going into the season I thought they would be a 4th or 5th seed now I would guess around 8th. Unless some big injuries happen I think Utah, both LA teams and Denver will finish with the best records in the West then I got Mavs,Suns and Blazers 5-7 with Warriors,Spurs and Pelicans being the other teams in the play in tournament.

Another big win for Phoenix last night and Booker keeps looking like a MVP candidate. With that win and the Lakers little slide lately tightens the Pacific division even more with all three teams within a game and all have the same amount of losses. I didn't think their first game against the Lakers could be for the division lead at the start of the year.

It's interesting, Davis is obviously an incredible player but him being gone shows the lack of depth the Lakers have. Not to have the Lebron/MJ debate, but Lebron needs to get that team together. Everything is flowing through him though. Suns are a fun team, deep and high energy. Booker should get more credit, really more dynamic these days. Looking forward to his evolution now that I'm paying more attention.
