The only reason people hate on that bubble championship is because a LeBron team won it. Jimmy Butler was getting talked about like Jordan Jr that playoffs so had Miami won it would probably be looked at as impressive. But LBJ got the ring so of course people try to discredit the legitimacy. |

People make it seem like the Lakers got an automatic bye into the finals or something. |

I don’t think it’s LeBron. Part of it of course, but it’s because it’s the Lakers. People do the same thing with the Dodgers winning the 2020 World Series.

Pretty easy to remember that................... The younger generation of fans aren’t all necessarily going to know that. So if asked, and they don’t know, they won’t be able to guess correctly. This Finals was so unmemorable, that some years down the line, it might slip the mind who won because there was nothing to remember. Sorry that you didn’t find any humor in the joke. |
