That’s a great point, I didn’t even look at it from that aspect. How are they determining home court for the Finals these days? Best record,if I'm not mistaken Boston had the 2nd best overall and Denver was 3rd both being behind the Bucks Okay, that makes sense. I remember the all star game used to determine it, I think, but since they stopped East vs West I guess I never really paid attention to how they went about it these days |

Baseball had the the All-Star game determine home field, the NBA did not. I don't know if seeding ever mattered in the past, but it is and has been the better recording getting home court in the finals.
Unrelated, but before the All-Star game was for home field in baseball they simply alternated home field by league each year.

Which makes sense That’s probably the best way to determine it and keep the regular season records as more of a meaning than just playoff seeding |

I thought they would be the first 8th seed but guess I was wrong,that Knicks team in the late 90's were a 8th too. Still the first play in team to reach the finals,Martin made himself a very rich guy during these conference finals,one of the best players on the floor throughout. |

Miami pulls off the comeback victory in Game 2. Much more entertaining game to watch than Game 1 I thought. We got a series, folks.

The Finals are going almost how I thought they would. I really thought Denver would sweep. I guess by 5 ain't bad.
I really don't know why at this point anyone would take a chance with Kyrie. The Harden to Phoenix speculation is intriguing. Houston seems to want to give everything to Harden, but he could stay with Philly to get traded to team with Westbrook again. Do you take the money or the better team? I think he ultimately ends up back in Houston.

Lets be honest,it would've been a sweep if Denver didn't fall asleep in the 4th quarter in that loss. They seem to be on cruise control right now,I think about all the teams they've matched up against figured out how to beat them but they just couldn't do it on the court.
I hope its just speculation on Harden,I'm not excited about having Ayton back but Harden disappears A lot too. So if they gotta give up Ayton and another piece,I rather just stay with this roster and see if Book can take that next step and get them over the finish line. Dame Time in The Valley is sounder better and better with every new rumor I'm hearing.

That was one impressive run through the playoffs and it didn't even look like they was playing 💯.
This off season is gonna be really interesting,I've seen more rumors before the season even ended then we see during most off seasons
