i cant find out how to change the hands and wrist tape on a test figure its a ra fig and i wanna change the hands with another ra hand

there is a FAQ on this. Run the joint under hot water then pull out the hand from the forearm. to put it in just pop it in like it is or run the forearm under hot water to make it easier.
