Ball joint in the neck? Here's what I do. I have a mini glue gun, heat it up, and stick the nozzle in the head for a few seconds. It warms it up enough and makes it soft so I can push it on. If you don't have one, heating it up with a hairdryer or leaving it in some hot water for a few seconds works just as well. It's all about making the rubber soft enough.
Ball joint in the head, I take that same glue gun, heated up, and stick it in the neck. It widens the hole and makes the plastic softer. Alternatively, do the same thing. Either hit it with some hot water or a hairdryer.
